自动海洋站数据接收与处理软件的功能及特点

采集设备采集数据发送到值班PC机，在无人干预的情况下接收处理软件自动对数据进行回放和进一步处理，为用户提供数据产品和服务，并提供一个界面，使用户能够了解系统的运行状况，获得相关数据和状态参数。     

Comments on the Gravity and Magnetic Anomalies of Saros Bay using Wavelet Approach

In this paper, residual and regional gravity and magnetic anomalies of Saros Bay are separated using wavelet method. Wavelet is one of the modern, stochastic image approaches processing technique in electronics. The vertical, horizontal and diagonal components of wavelet output are evaluated simultaneously and an underground model is obtained by suitable cross-sections. Thus the geological and tectonic properties of Saros Bay are extracted. Our proposed model is confirmed by deep and shallow seismic researches of Turkish Petroleum Cooperation (TPAO). The South-East region of Saros Graben is formed by strike slip Ganos Fault and Anafartalar reverse Fault that lies on the east of Ganos Fault. On the Northwest region, there is strike slip component fault resulting in the Enez Graben. Here we detected two new oval type geological structure, both of them starting from the Eastern direction of Canakkale Dardanelles and but one of them continuing through Gelibolu Peninsuls, while the other tending to the Enez Graben. We think that these structures are the ruins of a very old sea in this region. This revised version was published online in November 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.

Cross thermocline mixing effect due to tide in the shallow sea

Using the data specially observed on the Bohai Sea oil platform by the authors for studying thermocline for two weeks, the thermocline depth, the temperature and the salinity of the layers below and above the thermocline were numerically modelled. The model is based on the Stigebrandt model and some important supplements are made in this paper in accordance with the local condition of the sea. The modelling results fit well in the observations. It is proved that the entrainmem due to both the tide and the wind can give rise to rather intense mixing cross the thermocline. This process makes the temperature rising below the thermocline,and causes the nutrient increasing above it,which has important significance for the marine physical environment and the marine organism.     

用纤维素乙酸平板电泳测定中国卤虫的同功酶变异(英文)

本文报导了应用纤维素乙酸平板电泳方法,测定采于中国山东省东方红盐场卤虫(Artemia)的同功酶。经测定,8种同功酶其中有6种是多态的,即:苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)、异柠檬酸酶(IDH)、谷氨酸草醋酸转移酶(GOT)、葡糖-6-磷酸盐脱氢酶(D6PHD)、6-磷酸萄糖脱氢酶(6PGDH)和磷酸葡糖异构酶(PGI)。本文所提供的研究方法,不仅适用于基础研究,而且在水产养殖业上有助于对卤虫的筛选和确证。     

用16S rRNA基因的内切酶图谱快速鉴别几种对虾病原菌

坎普氏弧菌是青岛海洋大学生物系微生物实验室于１９８９－１９９０年自对虾养殖场中国对虾红腿病心脏及血淋巴中分离并鉴定的菌株，副溶血菌和溶藻胶弧菌两菌株于１９９４年９月得自中国科学院微生物研究所，为建立快速、准确的中国对虾病原菌的诊断技术，根据几种细菌的１６ＳｒＲＮＡ基因的序列，设计并合成该基因的多聚酶反应的引物ＰＬ１和ＰＬ２。并用该对引物分别从坎普氏弧菌、副溶血弧菌和溶藻胶弧菌的ＤＮＡ要品中扩增出分     

On the adequacy of second-order models to predict abnormal waves

The paper is intended to extend the investigations about the nature of abnormal waves that have been reported in the work of Guedes Soares et al. (Characteristics of abnormal waves in North Sea states. Applied Ocean Research 25, [337–344]). The same dataset gathered at the oil platform North Alwyn in the North Sea during the November storm in 1997 is used along with the time series from the Draupner platform, in which an abnormal wave occurred. The data are reanalyzed from the viewpoint of the applicability of second-order models to fit large waves. The observed results confirm that the second-order approximation is not adequate to describe highly asymmetric and abnormal waves.     

4种重金属离子对海洋三角褐指藻生长影响的研究

于１９９３年４月－１９９３年５月以Ｚｎ＾２＋，Ｃｄ＾２＋，Ｐｂ＾２＋，Ｃｕ＾２＋不同浓度的海水对三角褐指藻进行生长影响的研究。实验表明，Ｃｕ＾２＋对三角褐指藻生长的毒性最大，其９６ｈＥＣ５０为０．０１７ｍｇ／Ｌ。Ｐｂ＾２＋的毒性最小，其９６ｈＥＣ５０为０．４６８ｍｇ／Ｌ。４种重金属离子的毒性顺序是Ｃｕ＾２＋＞Ｃｄ＾２＋＞Ｚｎ＾２＋＞Ｐｂ＾２＋，除Ｃｄ＾２＋外，其他３种金属离子对该单细胞藻的生长安全     

Numerical modelling of the sea level under the actions of the tide and strong wind in the Bohai Sea

In this paper, the numerical modelling of the tidal level and current in the Bohai Sea was carried out with ADI method, by taking the sum of four main tidal components M2,S2K2,O1 as the open boundary condition. The calculated values were consistent with the predicted ones (the observed values in the case of calm) in the Tidal Table. On the basis of the modelling of the tide, the sea level and current fields under the effects of strong wind were simulated. The calculated results were also quite satisfactory.     

一种改进的膜盐度计

叙述了一种可用于现场及实验室使用的新的浸入式电池膜盐度计的设计与结构。该膜盐度计传感器由下列电化学电池组成,用此传感器与微机或pH/离子计配合组成了膜盐度计。该仪器可用于近岸河口地区表层海水盐度监测并用于有潮河口底栖动物生态现场研究。仪器现场条件使用准确度约为盐度测量值1％。同时能用于Cl~-及其他离子的现场监测。
