Detection of the end point temperature of thermal denatured protein in fish and chicken meat through SDS-PAGE electrophoresis

Sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) was applied in the detection of the end point temperature (EPT) of thermal denatured protein in fish and meat in this study. It was also used in studying the thermal denatured temperature range of proteins in salmon and chicken meat. The results show that the temperature ranges of denatured proteins were from 65 ℃ to 75 ℃ , and these temperature ranges were influenced by the processing methods. Cloning and phylogenetic analysis of a fatty acid elongase gene from Nannochloropsis oculata CS179

Nannochloropsis oculata CS179, a unicellular marine microalga, is rich in long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids (LCPUFAs). Elongase and desaturase play a key role in the biosynthesis of PUFAs. A new elongase gene, which encodes 322 amino acids, was identified via RT-PCR and 5′ and 3′ RACE. The sequence of the elongase gene was blast-searched in the NCBI GenBank and showed a similarity to those of the cryptosporidium. But the NJ-tree revealed that the N. oculata CS179 elongase clustered with those of the microalgae Phaeodactylum tricornutum, Ostreococcus tauri and Thalassiosira pseudonana.     

Study of Panjin wetlands along Bohai coast (II): Ecological water requirement of Shuangtaizi estuarine wetland

Shuangtaizi estuarine wetland along the Bohai Sea coast, the biggest bulrush wetland in the world, has been listed in ‘The Record of Important International Wetland Conservation District’. Taking the year of 2 000 as an example, the minimum, the most suitable and the maximum ecological water requirement of Shuangtaizi estuarine wetland are calculated in this paper based on both ecological theory and Geological Information System technology. In addition, the remote sensing technique is adopted in the data acquisition process. Moreover, the total water requirement and the unit area water requirement for different wetland types are obtained. The result is very important for water resources planning, ecological conservation and regional agriculture structure adjustment in Shuangtaizi. Meanwhile, this study can serve as a useful example for calculating the ecological water requirement in other similar estuarine wetlands.     

Adaptation management of mountain tourism service: the case of the source regions of the Yangtze and Yellow River

Mountain areas are often rich in ecological diversity and recreational opportunities. Mountain tourism is thought to be an effective and important means for maintaining and expanding rural economies and, thus, improving the living conditions of rural societies. As mountain tourism service research is a professional field with several disciplines involved, a multi-disciplinary management pIatform is needed and it facilitates participation in sustainable mountain development by diverse stakeholders. With the source regions of the Yangtze and the Yellow River as a case study, this paper presents a conceptual framework for an adaptation management of mountain tourism services according to technical, policy, social and economic dimensions. The framework is based on a vulnerability assessment of mountain ecosystems, and can serve as a reference for the development of tourism service in other mountain areas.     

沂水南小尧金矿锆石U-Pb同位素特征及其地质意义

沂水南小尧金矿产于沂沐断裂带汞丹山凸起上,赋矿围岩为古元古代花岗岩。通过对南小尧金矿矿石中的锆石采用LA—CPMS法进行单颗粒锆石微区U—Pb同位素年龄测定,获得锆石谐和年龄（2438±13）Ma的结果,为赋矿围岩的形成年龄;而下交点（116±20）Ma大致为金矿的形成年龄。结合南小尧金矿石中钾长石矿物K—Ar年龄为（94．29±1．38）Ma的结果分析。本区金矿的形成时代应在早白垩世中-晚期。

文登市地处胶东半岛东部,矿产资源种类丰富,全市共发现矿产资源20余种,其中已开发利用的有10种,年产矿石量1000多万吨。近年来,文登市围绕增强综合竞争力和可持续发展能力,加快资源节约型、环境友好型社会建设,不断强化对矿山地质环境的保护和管理。

文登市位于山东半岛东部,总面积1 779.84km2。辖14个镇、3个街道办事处、2处省级开发区,810个行政村、88个居委会,总人口64.25万人,其中农村人口46.2万人。全市耕地面积62 137.93hm2,人均耕地不足0.084 hm2,低于全国和全省的平均水平,土地供需矛盾日益突出。     

上海市水源地水质综合评价方法的探讨

基于2005年至2007年上海市陈行水库和青草沙水源地的监测资料,应用基于组合权重法的水质综合评价模型对水质状况进行了综合评价。并将综合评价结果与单因子评价结果进行比较分析。研究结果表明:基于组合权重法的水质综合评价模型简便、适用,利用样本信息较为全面,能够实现对水质客观、准确、量化的分类和排序,是一种较为有效的水质评价方法。     

基于云理论、粗集和模糊神经网络的区域橡胶种植适宜度评估模型

针对橡胶种植适宜性评估,基于云理论、粗集理论和模糊神经网络理论,提出了一种适宜度评估模型。该模型将转化的样本数据进行粗集简约,通过模糊神经网络得出评价因子的隶属函数,计算评价等级。研究结果表明,此模型能够科学、快速、准确地分析出橡胶种植最适宜区、适宜区、次适宜区和不适宜区。
