光山县发现一中型银矿

近日，河南省地矿局第三地质调查队在河南省光山县发现一中型银矿产地，银资源总量661．25吨，达到了中型银矿产地规模。     

Bioenergetic responses in green lipped mussels (Perna viridis) as indicators of pollution stress in Xiamen coastal waters, China

Samples of green lipped mussels (Perna viridis) were collected from three sites (Huoshao, I’Maluan and Tong’an) around Xiamen coastal waters, where levels of various trace organic pollutants have been studied. Samples were also collected at a “cleaner” reference site near Dongshan Island for comparison. Clearance rate, absorption efficiency and oxygen consumption of the mussels were measured under controlled laboratory condition; organic pollutants in their tissues were also analyzed. Scope for growth (SFG) was employed as a general biomarker to evaluate the stress of pollutants. Specimens from Tong’an site had the lowest SFG values (1.14 J/h/g); while specimens from the I’Maluan site and Huoshao site had SFG values of 5.01 and 6.72 J/h/g, respectively. Specimens from Dongshan (reference site) had a relatively high SFG value of 10.96 J/h/g. There was a significant negative correlation between the SFG of the different populations of green lipped mussels and the concentration of DDT in their tissues.

The Discovery of a Second Field Methane Brown Dwarf from Sloan Digital Sky Survey Commissioning Data

We report the discovery of a second field methane brown dwarf from the commissioning data of the Sloan Digital Sky Survey (SDSS). The object, SDSS J134646.45-003150.4 (hereafter SDSS 1346-00), was selected because of its very red color and stellar appearance. Its spectrum between 0.8 and 2.5 μm is dominated by strong absorption bands of H2O and CH4 and closely mimics those of Gliese 229B and SDSS 162414.37+002915.6 (hereafter SDSS 1624+00), two other known methane brown dwarfs. SDSS 1346-00 is approximately 1.5 mag fainter than Gliese 229B, suggesting that it lies about 11 pc from the Sun. The ratio of flux at 2.1 μm to that at 1.27 μm is larger for SDSS 1346-00 than for Gliese 229B and SDSS 1624+00, which suggests that SDSS 1346-00 has a slightly higher effective temperature than the others. Based on a search area of 130 deg2 and a detection limit of z*=19.8, we estimate a space density of 0.05 pc-3 for methane brown dwarfs with Teff approximately 1000 K in the 40 pc3 volume of our search. This estimate is based on small-sample statistics and should be treated with appropriate caution.     

矿物沥青基质成烃性的TOF-SIMS研究

运用高分辨率飞行时间型二次离子质谱仪(TOF-SIMS),详细研究了吐哈盆地和准噶尔盆地侏罗世烃源岩中矿物沥青基质的生烃性(为了进行对比,亦测定了部分均质镜质体),建立了TOF-SIMS烃源岩评价方法,认为低分辨率的质谱解析对烃源岩生烃性研究是没有意义的,必须应用高分辨率的二次离子质谱仪;据“质量亏损”的质谱裂分规律,准确划分了矿物沥青基质中无机和有机碎片离子峰的归属,讨论了矿物沥青基质的谱形分布特征,其“前陡后缓”的典型特征可与其它组分相区分;由于“基体效应”,使得依靠单个碎片离子进行定量分析不具有实际意义,众多离子相对丰度的综合反映了控制“基体效应”的物质结构和组成;提出了特征峰参数XAL、YOX和ZAR以反映矿物沥青基质中脂、氧和芳香结构的组成,经岩石热解实验表明,在相近成熟度条件下,它们作为矿物沥青基质的成烃性指标     

乌达矿区高硫煤层的聚积环境与煤中硫的分布

对乌达矿区高硫煤层的沉积相、煤相和煤中硫在平面上的分布进行了研究。结果表明,１０煤层泥炭聚积时的古水系对煤中硫的分布有明显的影响,９煤层泥炭聚积时的三环境决定了煤中硫的分布,浅水陆棚或分流间湾环境中形成的煤层具有较高ＧＩ、Ｖ／Ｉ值和硫含量,在障壁砂坝中形成的煤层具有高的硫含量、低的ＧＩ、Ｖ／Ｉ值,在泻湖中具有高ＧＩ、Ｖ／Ｉ值和相对较少的硫含量。
