运用AMMI模型分析水稻区域试验 (I).参试组合的产量稳定性评价

运用 AMMI模型对 1 996年全国籼型杂交稻区域试验中稻两系组资料进行分析 ,结果表明 :组合稳定性评价很重要 ,基因型与环境的互作达极显著水平 ,互作效应 (平方和 )几乎为基因型效应 (平方和 )的 2倍 ,AMMI模型的前三个主成分共解释了 80 .4 1 %的交互作用信息 ,为线性回归模型的 3 .1倍。安湘 S/ 871 3、两优 T63表现出较高产且稳产 ,培矮 64 S/山青 1 1、培矮 64 S/ 2 4 1 0、培矮 63 S/ R3 1 8表现较稳产而不高产 ,两优 79、培矮 64 S/ JR1 0 68既不高产也不稳产。     

加氯水体有机浓集物对团头鲂血液指标的影响

本文对团头鲂 2项血液学指标 (红细胞数 RBC和血红蛋白量 Hb)的正常值进行了研究 ,同时检测了加氯水体中有机浓集物对这 2项指标的影响。结果表明 ,团头鲂血液中 RBC和 Hb的正常值受生长和水温等因素影响 ;在相同的试验条件下 ,加氯水体中的有机浓集物对团头鲂血液 RBC和 Hb有抑制作用 ,抑制率分别为 4 .3 %～ 2 6.0 %和 5.0 %～ 2 2 .5% ,表明此类物质对鱼类正常的生长代谢有一定的危害。     

利用催化动力学原理测定化探样中微量碘的含量

在HAc-NaAc形成的中性缓冲溶液体系中,利用碘的催化动力学原理,使N-N-四甲基-4-4-二氨基二苯甲烷与氯胺T的氧化反应,生成蓝色络合物来测定地探样中微量碘的含量。通过实验,最佳试剂加入量为8%的HAc溶液5mL,8%的Na2CO3溶液3mL,0.1%的N-N-四甲基-4-4-二氨基二苯甲烷溶液5mL所组成的溶液体系中,在加入0.1%的氯胺T1mL显色后,其测定结果准确度、精密度高,检出限低,测定化探样中微量碘时该方法可以推广应用。     

Iron isotopic analyses of geological reference materials on MC-ICP-MS with instrumental mass bias corrected by three independent methods

Here we report iron (Fe) isotopic data of three pure Fe solution standards (IRMM-014, GSB Fe, and NIST 3126a) and five widely used geological reference materials (RMs) from the United States Geological Survey and Geological Survey of Japan obtained on a Neptune Plus multi-collector–inductively coupled plasma–mass spectrometer (MC-ICP-MS) in our laboratory over the past 3 years. The instrumental mass bias was corrected by three independent methods: sample-standard bracketing (SSB), Ni doping?+?SSB, and ⁵⁷Fe–⁵⁸Fe double spike?+?SSB. Measurements reveal that both the Ni doping and double spike methods helped calibrate short-term fluctuations in mass bias. Collectively, almost all measurements of RMs yielded δ⁵⁶Fe within?±?0.05 of recommended values, provided that each sample was measured four times on MC-ICP-MS. For the first time, new recommended values for NIST SRM3126a are reported (δ⁵⁶Fe?=?0.363?±?0.006, 2SE, 95% CI; and δ⁵⁷Fe?=?0.534?±?0.010, 2SE).     

Copper(II) humate mobility in kaolinite soil

An investigation of the influence of humate on the mobility of copper(II) ions in a kaolinite soil using leaching tests and electrokinetic experiments is reported. The data are interpreted in terms of humate–copper–clay interactions and humate electrical charge. Humate is mostly immobile below pH8 but is more mobile in alkaline conditions (sorption to kaolinite reduces its mobility in neutral conditions). Copper humate complexes are mobile in both acidic and alkaline conditions, but not in neutral conditions where they are sorbed. The dissolved copper humate complexes that form in acidic conditions are positively charged. The net effect of humate is to increase cupric ion mobility in kaolinite soil, especially in alkaline conditions.     

北祁连西段柳沟峡铁（铜）矿田牙形刺的发现及其地质意义

笔者依据北祁连山西段柳沟峡铁铜矿田原定长城系朱龙关群含铁（铜）矿火山沉积宕系中新发现的牙形刺化石Ｐｈａｋｅｌｏｄｕｓｏｆｆｅｎｕｉｓ（Ｍｕｌｌｅｒ）Ｐｒｏａｃｏｎｔｉｏｄｕｓ；（∈２－３、∈３）和青白口系大柳沟群碳酸盐岩中新发现的Ｔｒｉｐｏｄｕｓ？Ｓｐ（Ｏ１），并与青海郭密寺地区中寒武统黑茨沟群中所发现的牙形刺化石（∈３－Ｏ１）属种相类似而论，认为上述原定地层还有可能重新厘定为寒武一奥陶系和奥陶系。这一发现为研究和恢复北祁连西段区域构造格架及区域构造演化历史提供了早古生代化石依据，对查明铁（铜）矿等的形成环境、总结成矿规律、扩大找矿效果具有较深远的意义。     

四川攀枝花2008年8月31日Ms 5.6地震震源深度的确定

利用四川区域数字地震台网记录,采用滑动时窗相关法识别sPn震相,测定了四川攀枝花2008年8月31日Ms 5.6地震的震源深度.研究结果显示,震源深度为17 km,表明震源位于中上地壳.元谋-绿汁江断裂带上中强地震分布与断裂走向吻合,震源机制解以走滑为主,这些表明此断裂近乎直立.结合此次地震的震源深度,我们推测此断裂可能达到20 km深.
