面向本地市场的目的地旅游发展研究——以香港为例

通过对香港居民本地旅游消费行为的调查与访谈发现,家庭群体是本地旅游市场的消费主力,因此,本地居民虽然在单次旅游消费上表现为中低水平,但旅游活动的频率次数、人数规模都相当可观,同样成为了旅游目的地消费群体的主力构成。同时,居民本地旅游活动表现出自助活动为主、意愿偏好明显等消费行为特征,由此对旅游产品开发、公共交通设施、市场宣传营销以及旅游发展的社会公平都提出了不同于外地游客的要求,目的地的旅游发展必须在上述方面进行针对性地组织安排,才能实现对本地旅游消费市场的开拓发展,从而促成目的地旅游发展经济性和公平性的共同实现。     

Isolation of plasmid from the blue-green algaSpirulina platensis

CCC plasmid was isolated from an economically important blue-green alga —Spirulina platensis (1.7×10⁶ dalton from the S₆ strain and 1.2×10⁶ dalton from the F₃ strain) using a rapid method based on ultrasonic disruption of algal cells and alkaline removal of chromosomal DNA. The difference in the molecular weight of the CCC DNAs from the two strains differing in form suggests that plasmid may be related with the differentiation of algal form. This modified method, which does not use any lysozyme, is a quick and effective method of plasmid isolation, especially for filamentous blue-green algae. 碳纤维布改善钢筋混凝土短柱延性的试验研究

通过横向包裹碳纤维布的钢筋混凝土短柱在低周反复荷载作用下受力性能的试验研究，验证了碳纤维布对钢筋混凝土短柱延性的改善作用。经碳纤维布包裹的钢筋混凝土短柱，其延性得到了显著改善，但承载能力却变化不大。试验还发现，碳纤维布在使用中存在一个作用效率的问题，碳纤维布包裹层数愈多，其作用效率愈低。     

南天区耀变体的VLBI研究

本文报道南天区５ＧＨｚＶＬＢＩ的第二轮观测．第二轮观测是在１９９３年５月期间进行的，共观测了２５个射电源，检测到２４个源，获得了２３个南天区耀变体（Ｂｌａｚａｒ）的ＶＬＢＩ高分辨率的图象，其中１５个是第一次ＶＬＢＩ成图，７个是高能（＞１００ＭｅＶ）γ射电源，１２个源呈现核－喷流结构，其余１１个源是单一的致密核，未发现致密双源．有两个源可能有视超光速现象．     

Ontogenic study of isozymes in giant tiger prawn,Penaeus monodon (Crustacea: Decapoda)

The patterns of isozyme variation throughout the life cycle of the giant tiger prawn,Penaeus monodon were described for ten enzyme systems (G3PD, MDH, LGG, GPI, MPI, FBP, PGM, LDH, PGD, and PROT). The zymograms showed little variation in the number of isozymic loci expressed during larval development compared with results reported for other penaeid prawns. There were specific ontogenic patterns at some loci. As larvae developed beyond the embryonic stage, there was a tendency for intensity of staining and complexity of banding patterns to increase.

A linear road object matching method for conflation based on optimization and logistic regression

The purpose of object matching in conflation is to identify corresponding objects in different data sets that represent the same real-world entity. This article presents an improved linear object matching approach, named the optimization and iterative logistic regression matching (OILRM) method, which combines the optimization model and logistic regression model to obtain a better matching result by detecting incorrect matches and missed matches that are included in the result obtained from the optimization (Opt) method for object matching in conflation. The implementation of the proposed OILRM method was demonstrated in a comprehensive case study of Shanghai, China. The experimental results showed the following. (1) The Opt method can determine most of the optimal one-to-one matching pairs under the condition of minimizing the total distance of all matching pairs without setting empirical thresholds. However, the matching accuracy and recall need to be further improved. (2) The proposed OILRM method can detect incorrect matches and missed matches and resolve the issues of one-to-many and many-to-many matching relationships with a higher matching recall. (3) In the case where the source data sets become more complicated, the matching accuracy and recall based on the proposed OILRM method are much better than those based on the Opt method.
