With the increasing occurrence frequency of emergency events, emergency management (EM) has been a very important issue in management science. One of the major activities of EM is to evaluate and select the most desirable emergency alternative(s). This paper proposes a new framework combining the analytic network process (ANP) method, the decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) technique, and 2-tuple linguistic technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution (TL-TOPSIS) method to solve the emergency alternative evaluation and selection problem. This study has been done in three stages. In the first stage, we use DEMATEL technique to obtain the network relation map (NRM) among emergency alternative evaluation criteria or sub-criteria. In the second stage, we use ANP method to calculate the global weight of each sub-criterion based on the NRM among emergency alternative evaluation sub-criteria. In the third stage, the ratings of emergency alternative with respect to each sub-criterion are described by linguistic items, and the TL-TOPSIS method is used to rank the emergency alternative. Finally, a practical example of urban fire emergency alternative selection is given to illustrate the application of the proposed framework. 相似文献

通过分析辉铜山铜矿体特征及矿山开采时深部找矿成果,发现矿体具SE向倾伏趋势,地表被大面积第四系覆盖。对测区岩(矿)石进行物性测量,发现区内矿石具高极化中低阻电性特征,与围岩电性差异明显,可用激发极化法进行深部地球信息探测。在1∶1万矿区地质填图基础上,采用激电中梯和激电测深2种方法进行矿产勘查,圈定2处明显的激电异常。结合区内地质特征和钻孔资料,发现高极化中低阻激电异常与推测的隐伏铜矿体具良好的空间对应关系,显示该矿区具良好的深部找矿潜力,为进一步详查工作提供了依据。 相似文献

Landslides and slope failures are very common phenomena in hilly regions, Southwestern China. These are hazardous because of the accompanying progressive movement of the slope-forming material. To minimize the landslide effects, slope failure analysis and stabilization require in-depth understanding of the process that governs the behavior of the slope. The present paper first briefly describes a three-dimensional numerical brittle creep model for rock. The model accounts for material heterogeneity, through a stochastic local failure stress field, and local material degradation using an exponential material softening law. Then a case study of the Jiweishan rockslide that occurred in China is numerically investigated considering the effect of the mining activity. Numerical simulations visualize the entire process of the Jiweishan rockslide from the fracture initiation, propagation and coalescence. The distribution and evolution of associated stress and deformation field during the slide are also presented. Numerical simulations show that the underground mining excavations have remarkably negative effect on the stability of the rock slope, which is one of the important triggering factors of the rockslide. Moreover, it is possible to take some precautions for the unstable failure of rock mass by monitoring acoustic emission (AE) events or microseismicities since the occurrence of clusters of AE events prior to the final unstable rockslide. The results are of general interest, because they can be applied to the investigation of time-dependent instability in rock masses, to the mitigation of associated rock hazards in rock engineering, and even to a better understanding of the seismic activities in geological and geophysical phenomena occurring in the earth’s crust. 相似文献

珠江作为亚洲的一条重要河流,它的中上游南盘江-红水河(中段)流经右江-南盘江被动陆缘造山带的西北段.研究南盘江-红水河(中段)的河流地貌是了解老造山带内部新构造活动情况和考察青藏高原新生代构造活动远程效应的重要手段.经过调查发现,南盘江-红水河(中段)所属的亚流域Ⅱ出现左右岸流域严重不对称,亚流域Ⅱ南部隆林至天峨一线出现近东西向弧形分水岭.隆林附近的坝索至纳贡一带,南盘江河道出现裂点段落,小流域(RN3)出现“反S”形河网,且其北边界发生地貌跃迁.该河段附近的北东向和近东西向弧形断层发育,并有弧形支流出现.天峨附近红水河河道有反向裂点出现,天峨附近的布柳河呈北东向弧形展布.文章引入了向形构造体系和旋块构造体系对上述地貌现象和构造活动特征进行解释.研究表明,南盘江-红水河(中段)的流域不对称、近东西向的弧形分水岭分布、北东向和近东西向弧形断层以及弧形支流展布受控于先存构造形成的向形构造系统.在先存的向形构造系统中,隆林一带河流的裂点、地貌跃迁和“反S”形河网等河流地貌现象是对后期构造体系活动的响应,后期构造活动继承了早期向形构造体系的格局,以祥播块体(A)为旋转中心,带动了周边构造变形,形成旋块构造体系.天峨反向裂点是上下游水利条件差异与构造抬升共同作用的结果.但旋块构造体系活动的启动和分期活动的时代仍未有合理的时间约束.亚洲大陆逃逸为旋块构造体系活动提供了一种可能的动力学解释. 相似文献

红柳煤矿属宁夏东部大型国有煤矿,投产仅半年,矿井首采工作面就发生较大规模的涌水4次,最大涌水量达3000m3/h,造成了较大的经济损失。在分析矿区水文地质条件和涌水特征的基础上,对矿井水文地质条件进行了评价,总结了工作面涌水特征。研究发现,直罗组砂岩裂隙孔隙承压含水层地下水是井下突水的主要水源.顶板导水裂隙带是矿井的主要充水通道;工作面突水呈现周期性特征,并与老顶周期性垮塌步距基本一致;涌出水总量与工作面推进距离及开采面积呈正相关;随着工作面开采面积的增大,工作面稳定涌水量也随之增大;顶板的岩性及其组合特征为离层储水空间的形成提供了条件;离层水的形成是矿井涌水量较大的主要原因。研究成果对该矿乃至宁东地区煤矿安全生产和矿井防治水措施的确定具有一定的指导作用。 相似文献
