Chemical constituents of marine medicinal mangrove plant Sonneratia caseolaris

Twenty-four compounds including eight steroids (1-8), nine triterpenoids (9-16, 24), three flavonoids (20-22), and four benzenecarboxylic derivatives (17-19, 23) were isolated and identified from stems and twigs of medicinal mangrove plant Sonneratia caseolaris. The structures of the isolated compounds were determined by extensive analysis of their spectroscopic data. Among these metabolites, compounds 1, 4-20 and 22-24 were isolated and identified for the f'urst time from S. caseolaris. In the in vitro cytotoxic assay against SMMC-7721 human hepatoma cells, compound 21 (3',4',5,7-tetrahydroxyflavone)exhibited significant activity with IC50 2.8 μg/mL, while oleanolic acid (14), 3,3'-di-O-methyl ether ellagic acid (18), and 3,3',4-O-tri-O-methyl ether ellagic acid (19) showed weak activity. None of these compounds displayed significant antibacterial activites.

Taxonomic Studies on a New Marine Ciliate, Apocoleps magnus gen. nov., spec. nov. （Ciliophora, Colepidae）, Isolated from Qingdao, China

The morphology and infraciliature of a new marine colepid ciliate, Apocoleps magnus gen. nov., spec. nov., are described based on living observations and silver impregnations. 浅谈菏泽市国土资源档案的作用及开发利用

德州市临盘采油区地面沉降监测

济南市的鹊山上设立了3块岩层水准标石的原点组。使用美国Tri mble Di Ni 12电子水准仪和条码式铟钢水准标尺施测一等精密水准82.2 km,二等精密水准30.8 km,联测各类水准点35个。对观测结果进行统计与分析表明,在临盘采油区(以后仓西北采油四队LY18为中心)形成了一个较明显的沉降区域,年沉降量为54.3 mm。建议在其周边增埋地面观测标石,进行加密观测,以掌握其变化规律。     

Underwater autonomous manipulation for intervention missions AUVs

Many underwater intervention tasks are today performed using manned submersibles or remotely operated vehicles in teleoperation mode. Autonomous underwater vehicles are mostly employed in survey applications. In fact, the low bandwidth and significant time delay inherent in acoustic subsea communications represent a considerable obstacle to remotely operate a manipulation system, making it impossible for remote controllers to react to problems in a timely manner.Nevertheless, vehicles with no physical link and with no human occupants permit intervention in dangerous areas, such as in deep ocean, under ice, in missions to retrieve hazardous objects, or in classified areas. The key element in underwater intervention performed with autonomous vehicles is autonomous manipulation. This is a challenging technology milestone, which refers to the capability of a robot system that performs intervention tasks requiring physical contacts with unstructured environments without continuous human supervision.Today, only few AUVs are equipped with manipulators. SAUVIM (Semi Autonomous Underwater Vehicle for Intervention Mission, University of Hawaii) is one of the first underwater vehicle capable of autonomous manipulation.This paper presents the solutions chosen within the development of the system in order to address the problems intrinsic to autonomous underwater manipulation. In the proposed approach, the most noticeable aspect is the increase in the level of information transferred between the system and the human supervisor.We describe one of the first trials of autonomous intervention performed by SAUVIM in the oceanic environment. To the best knowledge of the authors, no sea trials in underwater autonomous manipulation have been presented in the literature. The presented operation is an underwater recovery mission, which consists in a sequence of autonomous tasks finalized to search for the target and to securely hook a cable to it in order to bring the target to the surface.     

岩石圈热-流变结构的研究方法和发展动向

岩石圈并不是经典板块理论认为的整体的刚性圈层,而是在不同大地构造位置及不同深度具有不同的流变性质。在介绍岩石圈热一流变结构的计算方法以及不同大地构造位置的岩石圈流变学分层特征的基础上,阐述了岩石圈热一流变结构所反映的地球动力学信息,并对我国在该领域的研究进展做出总结,认为未来需要加强深部结构和地热学的研究,尤其是我国海域此方面的研究。     

数字化城市管理系统基础框架数据库建设方法研究

结合郑州数字化城市建设工程的实施,制定了数字化城市建设中基础框架数据库建设的技术路线,采用基于AutoCAD平台一体化制作DLG及城市管理专题数据的方法。结果证明该方法可以整合数据生产,有效避免数据的冗余和矛盾,提高生产效率和数据质量,取得了良好效果。     

基于GIS的公路自然灾害的预警预报系统研究

自然灾害发生后,首先考虑的问题之一是如何尽快赶赴灾区实施救助,而自然灾害的一个直接结果往往是对道路交通产生毁灭性的破坏即所谓的公路自然灾害。因此,研究公路自然灾害及其应急预警预报方法具有重要的意义。本文立足于建立基于GIS的公路自然灾害预警预报系统,分析了自然灾害的类型和公路自然灾害的成因,讨论了公路自然灾害GIS的空间数据和属性数据的类型和数据组织技术,针对地质、暴风雪天气、地震等不同成因的公路自然灾害,提出了基于GIS的公路自然灾害预警预报系统的解决方案。并已经运用于为用户开发的公路自然灾害应急预警预报系统中。     

抗差卡尔曼滤波在聊城古建筑动态数据处理中的应用

古建筑在日照、风压等因素的影响下,易产生老化变形,一般会采用及时补救的方法,有时并没有分析其根本原因,本文在布设动态监控网,获得监控数据后,用抗差卡尔曼滤波对监控数据进行分析的方法,对变形方向进行预测,预测值与平差值的误差均在限差范围内,且变化方向大致相同,可以将它作为古建筑变形方向的预报,做到防患于未然。
