增氧机自动控制电路

介绍作者自行设计、研制的控制增氧机运行时间的自动控制电路及其原理．该电路采用ＣＭＯＳ集成芯片，结构简单、工作可靠，价格低，业经试验证实：各项性能指标均符合要求．     

Sea ice characteristics between the middle Weddell Sea and the Prydz Bay, Antarctica during the austral summer of 2003

The antarctic sea ice was investigated upon five occasions between January 4 and February 15, 2003. The investigations included: (1) estimation of sea ice distribution by ship-based observations between the middle Weddell Sea and the Prydz Bay; (2) estimation of sea ice distribution by aerial photography in the Prydz Bay; (3) direct measurements of fast ice thickness and snow cover, as well as ice core sampling in Nella Fjord; (4) estimation of melting sea ice distribution near the Zhongshan Station; and (5) observation of sea ice early freeze near the Zhongshan Station. On average, sea ice covered 14.4% of the study area. The highest sea ice concentration (80%) was observed in the Weddell Sea. First-year ice was dominant (99.7%-99.8%). Sea ice distributions in the Prydz Bay were more variable due to complex inshore topography, proximity of the Larsemann Hills, and/or grounded icebergs. The average thickness of landfast ice in NeUa Fjord was 169.5 cm. Wind-blown snow redistribution plays an important role in affecting the ice thickness in Nella Fjord. Preliminary freezing of sea ice near the Zhongshan Station follows the first two phases of the pancake cycle.     

Current status of bacteriological parameters and DOC/POC in Xiamen coastal waters

The surface and bottom waters samples were collected from six locations in Xiamen western sea. The quantified estimation of bacterial production (3H-thymidine method) and observation of bacterial heterotrophic activity (14C-glucose method) have been made in order to have a better understanding of the role of marine bacteria and their activities. The results showed that the mean value of bacterial heterotrophic activity was 9×108 cells/(L.h) in the surface waters and 2.6×108 cells/(L.h) in the bottom waters. The mean value of bacterial production was 38×108 cells/(L.h) in the surface waters and 7.1×108 cells/(L.h) in the bottom waters. The relationship between bacterial production, heterotrophic activity, POC and DOC measured during this survey were discussed. The good understanding of the relationship between bacteria activity and total coliform was addressed.     

秦山核电站邻近水域石油降解细菌的生态学研究

本文分析了1989年4月(春),7月(夏),10月(秋)和1990年1月(冬)秦山邻近水域表层水中石油降解细菌的丰度和分布规律,同时比较了温度、含油量、营养盐、溶解氧、盐度等环境因素对其数量变动的影响。分析结果发现,测区表层水中石油降解菌数量最高值达1.1×10~5个/dm~3,最低值为400个/dm~3,季节变化波动于97～4.9×10~4个/dm~3之间,菌量变化与水温,含油量呈正相关,与盐度呈负相关趋势,认为测区高营养盐、高溶解氧状况可能不成为石油降解细菌生长繁殖的限制因子,并指出测区低丰度的石油降解菌数量与该海区低水平的油污是一致的。     

福建罗源湾海滩互花米草盐沼中18种金属元素的分布

本文对福建罗源湾可湖海滩互花米草盐沼中的18种金属进行了测试,结果表明,罗源湾可湖海滩的环境质量基本是好的,并探讨了开发利用互花米草的新途径。     

Analysis of Mixing of Pollutants in Water Waves and Currents

A vertical two-dimensional turbulence numerical model for the interaction of waves and currents is developed in the paper based on the nonlinear two-equation k-ε model with the VOF method.The one-dimensional equivalent advection velocity and equivalent mixing coefficient are defined and the solving process is introduced:The pollutant concentration field,generated by an instant source in waves and currents,is calculated with the model,and then the equivalent advection velocity and equivalent mixing coefficient are obtained by calculating the time derivative of the mean and variance of pollutant concentration probability distribution.The effects of wave period and wave height on the equivalent mixing coefficient for waves and wave-currents are also investigated.     

超短基线声学定位原理及其应用

声学定位系统（Acoustic Positioning System)的技术研究和应用开发在现代海洋科学调查中起着重要作用。以挪威Simrad公司的HPR410P超短基线定位系统为例，从几方面讨论了超短基线（Ultrashort Baseline)声学定位系统的原理、应用范围、定位误差来源及其相应的修正方法；通过最大程度地减少误差来提高系统的定位精度，从而获取高质量的海洋科研调查资料。     

华南三水盆地白垩纪—早第三纪古纬度漂移与南海演化

本文主要依据三水盆地古地磁数据所反映的华南地块的古纬度漂移讨论南海的演化模式。结果认为,华南在南海的形成演化中居主导地位,南海基本上是晚白垩世至中新世期间通过华南的南漂及其后的北向回漂过程中,华南大陆南部的拉张、断裂、解体并自东向西扩展的方式形成的,而南海中散布的微大陆碎块则是在华南回漂时被滞留下来的。演化过程中,其周缘菲律宾岛弧自南向北漂,直到上新世后才构成南海的东界;印支地块则仅起转换边界作用;加里曼丹则基本土没有明显的漂移。     

外源激素对花尾胡椒鲷血清性类固醇激素的影响

对花尾胡椒鲷(Plectorhynchus cinctus)雌鱼注射人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)和促黄体生成素释放激素类似物(LRH-A)。注射后6h，两种处理均能显增加血清睾酮(T)水平3注射后24h，两种处理睾酮水平均下降，与对照差异不显。注射后6h，HCG处理组血清T水平比LRH-A处理组更高，而注射后6—24h，LRH-A处理组血清事酮水平更为稳定。实验过程中，血清雌二醇(E2)水平没有显变化。     

温度对南美白对虾的影响

探讨了温度对南美白对虾(Penaeus vannamei)的影响。结果表明，在9～22℃范围内。南美白对虾能够适应逐渐降温和逐渐升温，存活率分别达100％和97．92％。降温后。10℃充氧密封24h，对其生存无影响，存活率100％。此后逐渐升温至22℃，并在22-23℃中暂养3d,对虾存活率95％。
