一种新型的遥感影像压缩质量评价指标

针对遥感影像的特性,提出了一个用于压缩质量评价的多维结构模型,该结构模型由影像特征畸变、纹理畸变和相关性损失三个"维"组成,在此基础上提出一种新的构像质量综合性评价指标。实验证明,该指标与传统的PSNR指标相比,与主观评价结果具有较好的吻合性。     

土地开发整理项日管理信息系统建设

本文首先分析了我国土地开发整理的地位和现状,回顾了“十五”期间我国在土地开发整理方面做出的巨大的成绩,展望了“十一五”期间我国在土地整理工作上的投入力度和方向。在此基础上,对我国土地整理工作所采用的技术手段进行了分析,提出了实施土地开发整理工作的信息化是解决目前存在问题的有效措施,为了保证国家每年投资数十亿资金的土地开发整理项目从审查到实施各个环节的科学性和规范性,迫切要求充分利用计算机技术、网络通信技术和3S技术等先进手段加强项目的全程管理。接着,对“国家投资土地开发整理项目管理信息系统”从功能角度进行了详细的阐述,将系统划分为若干个子系统进行开发,并对一些子系统的功能进行了阐述。最后介绍了系统的应用情况。     

Late Cambrian to Early Silurian Granitic Rocks of the Gemuri Area, Central Qiangtang, North Tibet: New Constraints on the Tectonic Evolution of the Northern Margin of Gondwana

The Paleozoic tectonic framework and paleo–plate configuration of the northern margin of Gondwana remain controversial. The South Qiangtang terrane is located along the northern margin of Gondwana and records key processes in the formation and evolution of this supercontinent. Here, we present new field, petrological, zircon U-Pb geochronological, and Lu-Hf isotopic data for granitic rocks of the Gemuri pluton, all of which provide new insights into the evolution of the northern margin of Gondwana. Zircon U-Pb dating of the Gemuri pluton yielded three concordant ages of 488.5 ± 2.1, 479.9 ± 8.9, and 438.5 ± 3.5 Ma. Combining these ages with the results of previous research indicates that the South Qiangtang terrane records two magmatic episodes at 502–471 and 453–439 Ma. These two episodes are associated with enriched zircon Hf isotopic compositions(εHf(t) =-10.1 to-3.9 and-16.6 to-6.5, respectively), suggesting the granites were formed by the partial melting of Paleoproterozoic–Mesoproterozoic metasedimentary rocks(Two–stage Hf model ages(TCDM) = 2094–1704 and 2466–1827 Ma, respectively). Combining these data with the presence of linearly distributed, contemporaneous Paleozoic igneous rocks along the northern margin of Gondwana, we suggest that all of these rocks were formed in an active continental margin setting. This manifests that the two magmatic episodes within the Gemuri area were associated with southward subduction in the Proto-(Paleo-) Tethys Ocean.     

电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测试地质样品中的基体效应及校正办法

电感耦合等离子体发射光谱（ICP-AES）法分析速度快、干扰较少并能同时测定多种元素，被广泛应用于地质调查样品的分析测试中，成为通用的无机化学元素分析测试工具.在测定复杂基体样品时，由于基体效应产生的各种干扰也会影响分析测试结果，包括光谱干扰、物理干扰、化学干扰、电离干扰等.以ICAP-6000型号仪器为例，结合仪器特点及实际工作经验，对复杂基体地质样品测定中出现干扰的原因、特点进行分析，探讨基体消除的方法以保障测试结果的准确性.     

基于Weibull分布的红砂岩颗粒崩解破碎演化规律

红砂岩在我国分布广泛，由于含水率的变化使其崩解破碎十分显著。采用湖南株洲地区的红砂岩样，进行室内静态与扰动崩解试验。基于Weibull分布建立了红砂岩颗粒崩解破碎级配曲线演化模型，分析了模型参数λ与k的意义。分析表明，Weibull分布参数λ与k的大小及变化速率体现了红砂岩颗粒崩解破碎的演化过程。在建立模型的基础上，求得了相对崩解比的计算公式，并验证了计算公式的正确性。依据试验结果与模型计算值，讨论了耐崩解性指数与崩解比的异同及所采用试验方法的不同对试验结果造成的影响。在已有成果的基础上，验证了Weibull分布模型应用于岩石颗粒崩解破碎演化过程的可行性。     

快速建立地下水网点数据库方法及管理软件简介

为快速准确建立相应数据库,编制了数据库管理软件。通过对四川石棉地震重点监视区地下水网点水位和气压４０余万组数据的处理实践,效果很好,并已在有关单位推广应用。     

大陆下地壳的研究进展综述

大陆下地壳对认识整个地壳的组成演化具有重要意义,对大陆下地壳的研究正在世界范围蓬勃开展,大陆下地壳的研究基于两个方面：一是太古代地壳剖面的研究,二是麻粒岩包体的研究,相比较而言后者的研究程度要难得多,下地壳包体出露少,成分多为麻粒岩,且无一例外地都含有基性麻粒岩,对其成因现基本趋于一致认识,即由幔源岩浆底侵至地壳再受变质而成,然后被火山作用带至地表,因此,基性麻粒岩包体更可能反映了现今大陆下地壳的     

Burst strain disturbance — A new test study on fracture precursor

A multi-functional high-frequency seismometer, a new instrumental system, is used for recording multi-point strain variations of rock samples in the process of fracture development. The results indicate that strain in each point appears burst disturbance synchronously besides a tendency variation before main fracture. The burst disturbance could probably be one of the short-impending precursors before great earthquake.     

前陆盆地类型及其沉积动力学研究综述

从前陆盆地的特点及类型入手,综述了前陆盆地研究的热点内容,最新方法及其沉积动力学进展状况,揭示了前陆背景下盆地充填序列的构成及内部演化特征,指出了盆地的沉积－地层格架与冲断造山带的幕式活动之间的响应关系。     

Characteristics of telemagmatic metamorphism of the Ceshui Formation coal in Lianyuan coal basin

The Ceshui Formation coal is mostly anthracite and its metamorphism has been less documented.By analyzing systematically the reflectance of vitrinite and the results of X-ray diffraction of the Ceshui Formation cola in the Lianyuan coal basin,the spatial variation characteristics of coal ranks,coal metamorphic regions,the extension of coal metamorphic belts.coal metamorphic gradients,coal chemical structure and the effect on the degree of metamorphism of heat-production and -storge conditions,buried depth of the Indosinian-Yenshanian granites at the margins of the Lianyuan coal basin are discussed.The research results in conjunction of the features of regional hydrothermal alterations,endogenetic deposits with the Ceshui Formation coal measures,and the development of secondary vesicles indicate that the telemagmatic metamorphism is the main factor leading to the metamorphism of the Ceshui Formation coal in the region studied.
