针对贵州省山地居多、生态环境脆弱、交通通讯不发达,人力资金相对不足等现状,研究建设了在线、离线相结合,内业、外业相协同,"省、市、县、乡"四级一体化应用,涵盖"线索发现、问题分析、外业核查、立案查处"全流程的国土资源执法监察监管系统。系统突破了高效、高精度、多模式的国土资源执法监察监管的系列关键技术方法,建立了国土资源监察监管系统与"一张图"平台一体化集成应用的新模式,已经部署应用到贵州省国土资源执法局和9个市州国土局和若干区县国土局。实践表明系统可以节省大量的国土资源执法人力、物力和时间,有效提升贵州省国土资源执法监察监管的效率和水平。  相似文献

In GPS meteorology, the weighted mean temperature is usually obtained by using a linear function of the surface temperature T s. However, not every GPS station can measure the surface temperature. The current study explores the characteristics of surface temperature and weighted mean temperature based on the global pressure and temperature model (GPT) and the Bevis T mT s relationship (T m =?a?+?bT s). A new global weighted mean temperature (GWMT) model has been built which directly uses three-dimensional coordinates and day of the year to calculate the weighted mean temperature. The data of year 2005–2009 from 135 radiosonde stations provided by the Integrated Global Radiosonde Archive were used to calculate the model coefficients, which have been validated through examples. The result shows that the GWMT model is generally better than the existing liner models in most areas according to the statistic indexes (namely, mean absolute error and root mean square). Then we calculated precipitable water vapor, and the result shows that GWMT model can also yield high precision PWV.  相似文献

Urban land-use change is the result of coupling interaction between planning and environment systems. The aim of our study was to construct an effective model to show how the urban land-use changes under the planning–environment interaction system with multi-hierarchy and major function oriented zoning. Combining the Cellular automata (CA) model with logistic regression model, the proposed multi-hierarchal vector CA model (MH-VCA3) was constructed by mining multi-hierarchal land-use transition rules under the planning–environment interaction system. Taking Jiangyin City (China) as an example, we compared the simulated result of the proposed model to those of the well-accepted Logistic CA and traditional multi-level CA models to demonstrate the effectiveness of the consideration of top-down decomposition constraint and bottom-up updating. Furthermore, by simulating the land-use changes under different population regionalization scenarios, we found that in order to form the spatial pattern of “agglomeration in the north and ecology in the south,” the planned population growth at the global hierarchal level should be allocated to the district units according to the law of Central district > Chengxi district > Chengdong district > Chengnan district > Chengdongnan district. The proposed model is expected to provide scientific support for the formulation of urban planning schemes in the future.  相似文献

Bridges located in mountainous areas are vulnerable to rockfall accidents, posing a threat to bridge engineering construction and operation safety in these regions. Under the coupling effect of complex environments and engineering disturbances, integrated rockfall risk simulation has become increasingly important for canyon bridge structural protection in long-term construction and operation phases. One of the main scientific challenges in rockfall risk simulation is studying the interaction between rockfalls and the topography and engineering environments during consecutive contacts. To systematically simulate the integrated bridge rockfall risk, an integrated construction of multivariable elements coupled with rockfall risk environments and scenarios is required. In this article, we proposed a VGE-based integrated rockfall scenario simulation method that uses the “associated representation—integrated modelling—interactional simulation” core strategy. Our method constructs a virtual rockfall risk environment by fusing multisource data to represent rockfall factors that induce rockfall disasters, hazard-forming environments, and elements at risk. We design rockfall scenarios under different bridge engineering construction conditions and extreme environmental conditions to analyze the interactional rockfall risks. The results demonstrate that our method enables a systematic analysis of the potential integrated rockfall risk, providing realistic reference value for the timely and effective disposal of emergencies, and reducing the harm and losses caused by such emergencies.  相似文献

Over the past decade, the electric vehicle (EV) industry has experienced unprecedented growth and diversification, resulting in a complex ecosystem. To effectively manage this multifaceted field, we present an EV-centric knowledge graph (EVKG) as a comprehensive, cross-domain, extensible, and open geospatial knowledge management system. The EVKG encapsulates essential EV-related knowledge, including EV adoption, EV supply equipment, and electricity transmission network, to support decision-making related to EV technology development, infrastructure planning, and policy-making by providing timely and accurate information and analysis. To enrich and contextualize the EVKG, we integrate the developed EV-relevant ontology modules from existing well-known knowledge graphs and ontologies. This integration enables interoperability with other knowledge graphs in the Linked Data Open Cloud, enhancing the EVKG's value as a knowledge hub for EV decision-making. Using six competency questions, we demonstrate how the EVKG can be used to answer various types of EV-related questions, providing critical insights into the EV ecosystem. Our EVKG provides an efficient and effective approach for managing the complex and diverse EV industry. By consolidating critical EV-related knowledge into a single, easily accessible resource, the EVKG supports decision-makers in making informed choices about EV technology development, infrastructure planning, and policy-making. As a flexible and extensible platform, the EVKG is capable of accommodating a wide range of data sources, enabling it to evolve alongside the rapidly changing EV landscape.  相似文献

Time is a crucial factor for many remote sensing applications such as emergency response. The traditional approach requires users to spend a lot of time downloading, processing, and viewing satellite images with specialized software. Realizing interactive real‐time processing and visualization of satellite images online is our focus. This article presents an On‐Demand computing schema for remote sensing images. A processing chain model is proposed for satellite images on a private cloud computing platform designed for the China Centre for Resources Satellite Data and Application (CCRSDA). The architecture, processing flow, optimization method, fault tolerance, and user interface are described in detail. To test the efficiency and scalability of the platform, 11 processing chains were created and three load balance experiments were executed. The results from these experiments show the validity of the proposed methods and architecture.  相似文献
