海洋产业影响省域经济增长估计及其分异动因判识

采用静态和动态计量方法分析2006~2015年海洋经济对沿海省（市、区）经济发展的影响程度并通过空间计量方法识别差异动因。研究发现：① 海洋经济对中国省域经济发展具有显著地影响,其中天津、上海、福建、山东、广东、海南海洋经济总量贡献率高于全国平均水平;② 省域海洋产业对区域经济影响度分异呈现省际绝对差异不断扩大、相对差异不断缩小,且具有显著的空间相关性;③ 引起省域经济增长差异的海洋经济相关因素中,海洋第二产业、海洋进出口贸易额等起到正向促进作用（即拉大差异）,且海洋第二产业结构具有显著的溢出效应。相关发现有助于中国沿海省（市、区）经济的协调发展和科学决策。     

The characteristics and sources of natural gases from Ordovician weathered crust reservoirs in the Central Gas Field in the Ordos Basin

The Central Gas Field is a famous large-sized gas field in the Ordos Basin of China. However, identification of main gas sources of the Ordovician reservoirs in this gas field remains puzzling. On the basis of a lot of geochemical data and geological research on natural gases, the characteristics and sources of natural gases from Ordovician weathered crust reservoirs in the Central Gas Field in the Ordos Basin were studied. The results indicated that natural gases from Ordovician weathered crust reservoirs in the Central Gas Field in the Ordos Basin have similar chemical and isotopic compositions to highly mature and over-mature dry gases. Both coal-derived gases and oil-type gases coexist in the Central Gas Field in the Ordos Basin. The former was derived mainly from Carboniferous-Permian coal measures and the latter from Lower Paleozoic marine carbonates. It is suggested that coal-derived gases occur in the eastern part of the Central Gas Field while oil-type gases may be produced mainly in the northern, western and southern parts of the Central Gas Field in the Ordos Basin.

ECOLOGICAL SERIES OF SOIL ANIMALS IN DARLIDAI MOUNTAIN

The ecological series of soil animals under the broad-leaved and pine mixed forest in Darlidai Mountainwas studied. Seven sample plots were selected according to different altitude gradients, which belong to different vegeta-tion types. By investigating and analyzing soil animals in every sample plot it is found that there are 45 groups and 1956individuals, which axe involved in 3 phylums, 7 classes, 16 orders, respectively. The altitude is a key factor which af-fects ecological series of soil animals. Both the groups and individuals of soil animals increase with altitude increasingunder certain conditions, which contrastes with ordinary cases, resulting from special micro-climate in studied area. Thegroups and individuls of soil animals are the most under the broad-leaved and pine forest on the top of the mountain, andthe least under Picea-Abies forest in the foot of the mountain.     

Comparison of lipids in organs of the starfish Asterias amurensis associated with different treatments

Lipids were extracted from organs of the starfish Asterias amurensis associated with different treatments(raw-control,boiling and heating),and then analyzed for lipid content,lipid oxidation index,lipid classes and fatty acid composition.Results showed that boiling softened the hard starfish shells,thus facilitating the collection of starfish organs.As compared with raw organs,the boiled organs had lower water content and higher lipid content,possibly due to the loss of water-holding capacity caused by protein denaturation.Both boiling and heating increased the peroxide value(PV),thiobarbituric acid(TBA) value and carbon value(CV) of lipids.Despite slight increases in the content of complex lipids,associated lipid composition had no substantial variations upon boiling and heating.For simple lipids,the content of 1,2-diglyceride decreased in boiled and heated organs,with free fatty acids observed on thin layer chromatography(TLC).However,neither boiling nor heating significantly changed the fatty acid compositions of simple or complex lipids in starfish organs,suggesting that these two treatments had no significant effects on complex lipids in starfish organs.Together,our results indicated that boiling of starfish soon after capture facilitated the handling and extraction of useful complex lipids consisting of abundant glucosylceramide and eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA)-bounded phospholipids.

Identification and sequence of a cDNA clone corresponding to a gene involved in development ofUndaria pinnatifida

During the induction of gamete-producing gametangia, induced gametophytes were collected at 4 days intervals (0,4,8,12 d) and total RNAs were isolated by CsCl gradient ultracentrifugation. Some stage-specific expressed mRNAs were identified by differential display of mRNAs from different developing stages of the gametophytes. The cDNA of one specific mRNA was verified, cloned and sequenced. This gene was specifically expressed during 4 days of induction, and had partial homologous sequence with tobacco IAA-binding protein gene. It suggests that this cDNA may represent a gene which is related to the IAA regulating function during the development of the gametophytes.
