近年来我国地震谣言的起因及对策

在充分考虑《中华人民共和国防震减实法》和《地震预报管理条例》中有关地震谣言的新规定的基础上，结合前人的工作，给出了地震谣言的新定义；对1995年12月－1999年1月期间在我国发生的31起地震谣言事件的起因和平息手段进行了研究，并对地震谣言进行了分类；将地震谣言的传播和发展过程分为三个阶段，归纳出了可以采用的地震谣言辟谣工作手段和在辟谣工作中应该注意的问题。     

一个改进的湍流垂直扩散过程参数化方案

研究了数值天气预报模式中次阿格湍流垂直扩散过程的参数化问题。以Ｂｏｕｇｅａｕｌｔ和Ｌａｃａｒｒｅｒｅ（１９８９）的参数化方案为基础，改进了处理湍流混合长的方法，使湍流混合长和热力混合长分别依赖于基本气流的静力稳定度和风场切变。新方案的基本思路是把ＶｏｎＫａｒｍａｎ（１９３０）提出的动力（风场切变）湍流扰动假设与ＢＬ－８９方案提出的热力（静力稳定度）湍流扰动假设结合在一起，强调了大气的热力结构、动力结构和湍流动能对湍流混合过程的共同影响。新方案和ＢＬ－８９方案的二维对比数值试验结果表明，在大气处于静力较稳定而风场切变明显条件下的湍流扰动表现能力方面，新方案比原方案有明显的改进。     

SYNERGISTIC EFFECTS ON ATMOSPHERIC ANOMALY OF THE TROPICAL INDIAN AND PACIFIC OCEANS IN NORTHERN WINTER

In terms of observational analysis and numerical simulations,study is performed of thesynergistic effects of the tropical Indian Ocean and Pacific SSTA on the atmosphere in northern win-ter.It turns out that the SSTA features show in-phase variation for the Indian Ocean and the central/eastern Pacific at low latitudes and anti-phase change compared with that in the neighborhood of thewestern Pacific“warming pool”.When negative SSTA in the western Pacific and positive SSTA inthe central/eastern Pacific and the Indian Ocean are available,the 500 hPa height anomaly exhibits awave train of a positive-negative-positive anomaly following a great-circle path emanating from thesubtropical western Pacific via the NW portion to North America,with enhanced westerly jet overmidlatitude East Asia and the NW Pacific,and v.v.The comparison to the results from the numeri-cal modeling of the tropical western Pacific SSTA reveals the importance of the synergistic effects ofthe oceans on atmospheric circulations.     

大同遥测地震台网小震群活动与大同-阳高中强地震预报讨论

根据大同遥测地震台网记录到的小震群资料，用组合模式理论［１］对本区的小震群时空演化规律进行了分析研究。结果表明，对于１９８９年１０月１８日在本区发生的大同—阳高５．８级地震，利用震前小震群资料得出的预报震中与实际震中有较好的一致性。另外，通过震群与外因相关性的分析，对发震时间的预报也取得了较好的效果     

新疆盐湖卤水成分及其成因

根据野外考察和室内研究资料，论述了新疆盐湖的概况，卤水主要和次要成分，盐湖的水化学类型。探讨了盐湖卤水化学成分的来源和集散特点。     

A NUMERICAL STUDY FOR MECHANISM OF THE EFFECT OF NORTHERN SUMMER ARCTIC ICE COVER ON THE GLOBAL SHORTRANGE CLIMATE CHANGE

In terms of nine-layer global spectral model involving fuller parameterization of physical process,with arhomboidal truncation at wavenumber 15,experiments are conducted by virtue of two numerical schemes,one withlong-range mean coverage of Arctic ice,and the other with supercooled water at the same temperature as the ice,fol-lowed by an analysis of the difference field simulated by the two schemes.Results show that(1)the impact of Arctic iceon the northern short-range climate is realized through the change in polar ice coverage to cause local temperaturechange in the polar region to set up gradient difference in temperature from north to south,thus affecting the atmospher-ic circulations and,on the other hand,two trains of two-dimensional Rossby waves excited by the atmospheric heatsource anomaly have impacts on the Northern Hemisphere(NH)extratropical region,one of which is similar to the JPteleconnection pattern first presented by Nitta(1987);(2)The significant impact of Arctic ice anomaly on the southernshort-range climate change is accomplished with the aid of the anomaly of the equatorial heat source that excites a two-dimensional Rossby wavetrain propagating along a great circle route into the Southern Hemisphere(SH)extratropics,and the cross-equatorial propagation of the NH wavetrain also has effects on the SH atmosphere.Simulation indicatesthat with the 15-day integration the Arctic ice exerts an influence mainly on the NH and when the model atmosphere isgetting stabilized,the effect is dominantly on the SH short-range climate change.     

北半球大气臭氧层的遥相关结构分析

本文分析了北半球冬春季和夏秋季大气O_3层的遥相关结构.结果发现,O_3层存在一系列遥相关型,其时域特征与O_3层槽脊及大气环流型的变化有关,主要可分为:(1)O_3槽间型,(2)O_3槽脊型,(3)O_3脊间型.表明遥相关区域的空间分布具有波状结构.随着环流型的季节调整,冬春季与夏秋季O_3层的遥相关结构存在着差异.所得结果可显示出大气环流对O_3的输送作用以及环流系统振荡导致的O_3层异常分布,这对进一步揭示O_3层的时域演变特征具有重要意义.     

浙东沿海海蚀地貌及其与断块差异运动的关系

本文阐述了浙江东部沿海海蚀地貌的分布特征,认为高位古海蚀地貌是浙江东部一种普遍存在的现象,这些海蚀地貌确系古海面遗迹,但它们今日之分布高度乃是长时期构造抬升作用的结果。同期海蚀地貌的分布高度不同,除在形成时受到各种因素制约外,断块间的差异升降运动也是其影响因素之一。     

土壤空间变异研究中的定量分析

 系统地介绍了用地质统计学方法定童地研究土攘空间变异性的基本原理和方法以及这一领域目前研究的几个重点问题，并简单介绍了我国在这方面的研究现状。
