Interannual variability of low-degree gravitational change, 1980–2002

Time variations in the Earths gravity field at periods longer than 1 year, for degree-two spherical harmonics, C₂₁, S₂₁, and C₂₀, are estimated from accurately measured Earth rotational variations. These are compared with predictions of atmospheric, oceanic, and hydrologic models, and with independent satellite laser ranging (SLR) results. There is remarkably good agreement between Earth rotation and model predictions of C₂₁ and S₂₁ over a 22-year period. After decadal signals are removed, Earth-rotation-derived interannual C₂₀ variations are dominated by a strong oscillation of period about 5.6 years, probably due to uncertainties in wind and ocean current estimates. The model-predicted C₂₀ agrees reasonably well with SLR observations during the 22-year period, with the exception of the recent anomaly since 1997/1998.     

当前国家电子政务建设的思路

各位来宾,女士们、先生们:上午好!国土资源信息化建设研讨会今天在昆明隆重召开,我谨代表国务院信息化工作办公室王旭东主任,对此表示热烈祝贺!土地资源管理是国家非常重要的一项工作。土地审批,是宏观调控的重要闸门之一。搞好国土资源信息化建设,有利于合理利用土地资源,有利于国家宏观调控,有利于可持续发展,有利于构建和谐社会。国土资源信息化是国家电子政务和信息化建设的重要组成部分。在这里,我主要介绍一下国家整体上推进电子政务建设的一些想法和做法,供大家参考。

Practical Research of IKONOS-2 Geopositioning and Its Accuracy in Tibet of China

This paper presents the studies of the refining of IKONOS-2 RPC, the transform of the datum, the mode of the control point distribution and the method of IKONOS stereo triangulation, so that IKONOS imagery can be used to collect the precise geospatial data and produce the large scale map. The transform between the IKONOS-2 image space and the national coordinate system based on the RPC have been developed, and the results of block adjustment with various control schemes in a practical project near Himalayas have been examined and analysed. The encouraging results of high positioning accuracy have been obtained.     

Influence of Adoptment of Geocentric 3D Coordinate System on Chinese Existent Maps

If a geocentric 3D coordinate system is adopted in China to replace 2D non-geocentric coordinate system, the coordinates of the surface points will be changed accordingly. The influences on the current maps of China, especially the topographic maps, are discussed due to the replacement of the coordinate systems. Taking the replacement of Xi‘an 80 coordinate system by GRS80 for a numerical example, this paper analyzes the changes of latitude, longitude, Gauss plane coordinates of the surface points, as well as the orientation and the length changes between the points on the map, including the changes of map border lines and sheet corner points.     

环境遥感的未来十年——祝贺中国地理学会环境遥感分会成立10周年

过去十年,随着卫星航空信息日渐丰富,作为国家重点攻关项目的遥感技术不断开拓了应用的新领域,初步形成了一个新的高科技信息服务行业。“八五”期间,遥感又列为重点项目,预期气象卫星信息的开发与应用,将会再次出现高潮。在资源卫星群星灿烂,航空遥感持续发展的形势下,需要充分利用现有设备潜力和所取得的技术进步,集中力量,研制大容量存储,实时传输和快速处理功能的智能化技术系统。这样才能适应防灾,估产为主要目标,并兼顾开放城市及全球研究的需求。     

Implementation of OGC web map service based on web service

OGC Web Map Service is one kind of OGC Portrayal Services belongs to OGC Web Service model and it provides multi-platform interoperability of spatial data set. This paper presents a method for implementing OGC Web Map Service based on Web Service technique and introduces the detailed process.     

我国国家重力网的系统转换

本文分析了我国１９５７年国家重力网的精度和问题，探讨了国家重力网的系统转换模式，利用现有的新旧重力网的重合点实际数据进行了回归分析、方差分析和系统误差检验，结果表明在“５７网”与“８５网”之间，除了—１３．５８ｍｇａｌ的平均基准差之外，并不存在其它明显的系统误差，特别是看不出有尺度系统差的影响，也不存在差值随纬度变化的任何规律。因此认为将“５７网”系统转换成“８５网”系统时，可以不必加“尺度系统差改正”，更不用考虑“非线性系统差改正”，建议一律只加一项“基准系统差改正”，其数值应该采用—１３．５８ｍｇａｌ。     

川北地区岩石反射谱波特征

四川北部地区既有岩浆岩、变质岩构成的前震旦系结晶变质基底,又有震旦纪以后的沉积盖层,岩石类型十分齐全。本文根据该区的120件岩(矿)石样品反射波谱测试结果,绘制了区内主要岩石类型典型波谱曲线,并对这些波谱曲线进行了初步分析,总结了主要岩石类型的波谱特征,这些岩石波谱特征在西南地区有一定的代表性。     

用Voronoi方法为MapInfo扩展拓扑功能

分析了Voronoi图在表达邻近关系方面的特性,提出了用Voronoi方法为MapInfo建立动态邻近关系并扩展拓扑功能的方法。
