新生产力的概念最初由Dugdale等(1967)提出,近年来由于全球变化研究的发展,赋予了新的含义。它不仅反映了海区的群落净生产能力,同时也是海洋真光层对于大气中CO_2的净吸收的一种度量。新生产力研究已经成为当今海洋研究的前沿领域,它涉及海洋生态学、生物海洋学、生物地球化学和物理海洋学的研究,具有重要的理论意义和实际意义。新生产力的基本研究方法是~(15)N示踪法,此外,还可应用沉积物捕集器法、f比推算法、物理模型法、真光层净产氧量法、~(234)Th滞留时间法、物质通量模型法以及遥感等方法进行观测或推算。新生产力的研究已被纳入一些国际重大联合研究计划,如JGOFS,GLOBEC等,在短短的几年时间里已取得了迅速的发展,90年代将在更大范围和深度上展开研究,并将对全球新生产力水平有一个较精确和全面的了解。  相似文献

A framework of risk based inspection and repair planning was presented to optimize for the ship structures subjected to corrosion deterioration. The planning problem was formulated as an optimization problem where the expected lifetime costs were minimized with a eonstraint on the minimum aceeptable rehability index. The safety margins were established for the inspection events, the repair events and the failure events for ship struetures. Moreover, the formulae were derived to calculate failure probabihties and repair probabilities. Based on them, a component subjected to corrosion is investigated for illustration of the process of selecting the optimal inspection and repair strategy. Furthermore, some sensitivity studies were provided. The results show that the optimal inspection instants should take place before the reliability index reaches the minimum acceptable reliability index. The optimal target failure probability is 10^-3. In addition, a balance can be achieved between the risk cost and total expected inspection and repair costs by means of the risk-based optimal inspection and repair method, which is very effective in selecting the optimal inspection and repair strategy.  相似文献

A Mobile Offshore Base (MOB) is a multi-purpose logistics base, which can be stationed in coastal or international waters. In the conceptual design of the MOB, attention should be paid to the dynamic responses of the inter-module connectors because tremendous loads occur in the connectors. In this paper, a study on dynamic responses of the MOB connectors is carried out by use of the Rigid Module Flexible Connector (RMFC) model which assumes that the module stiffness is significantly larger than that of the connector. In the analysis, the connector is modeled as a linear spring, which restricts relative translations but allows for relative rotations of modules. The 3-D source distribution method is adopted to determine the hydrodynamic forces of the modules, and the hydrodynamic interaction between modules is taken into account. In this paper,the maneuvering characteristics of a low speed submersible are investigated.First,the captive model tests are carried out to obtain the hydrodynamic forces acting on the submersibleusing a Planar Motion Mechanism(PMM).For the hydrodynamic forces within a wide range of attack an-gles,the hydrodynamic coefficients which are usually used in the conventional maneuvering motion arequite difficult to be applied.In this case,a Fourier series is adopted to represent the hydrodynamic forcesand it fits the experimental data well.Then,based on the experimental results the simulation calculationsare made to predict some of the maneuvering performance of the low speed submersible.  相似文献

The local joint flexibility matrix of multibrace tubular joints (uniplanar and multiplanar joints) is defined. The formulation for computing the elements of local flexibility factor matrix of multibrace tubular joints by semi- analytic method is presented in this paper. The stiffening effect of unloaded braces and cross-flexibility between braces are discussed. Using the local flexibility of unibrace joints instead of that of multibrace joints in conventional structural analysis will lead the result to an unsafe side.  相似文献

- The formulation for the stress concentration matrix of multiplanar tubular joint with braces subjected to combined load is established in this paper. The formulations for SCF values of multiplanar tubular joints are compared with those by Wordsworth and Efthymiou. The stiffening effect and load-interaction effect are discussed. A spatial offshore jacket with braces subjected to combined load is computed as a numerical example. The maximum stress of each multiplanar tubular joint and its location are found through SCF matrix. Finally, the difference between the maximum stresses of multiplanar tubular joints and their corresponding uniplanar tubular joints are discussed.  相似文献

断裂活动及孕震过程遥感热异常分析是对地观测及遥感应用的重要主题。本文从遥感数据应用、异常分析方法、异常认知理解3个方面系统回顾了近30年来该主题的研究概况与主要进展。具体包括:(1)关于遥感数据应用的红外亮温、微波亮温与长波辐射、对地观测同化数据及多源数据综合的4个方面;(2)关于地震遥感异常分析的目视解译定性分析、图像处理定量分析以及多参数时空关联分析的3个发展阶段;(3)关于地震遥感异常认知理解的地球放气、应力致热、地壳岩石电池转换、氡衰变潜热释放与多圈层耦合效应等理论学说。展望未来,提出了面向典型断裂活动区的遥感监测分析与异常识别、基于地球系统地震响应的遥感异常理解分析、空天地立体观测数据的时空关联分析等3个方面的攻关重点。  相似文献

This study carries out a quantitative analysis of the performance of ionospheric tomography in the topside ionosphere, utilizing data of October 2011 collected from 260 Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) stations in the Crustal Movement Observation Network of China. This tomographic reconstruction with a resolution of 2° in latitude, 2° in longitude and 20 km in altitude has more than 70 % of voxels traversed by GPS raypaths and is able to provide reliable bottom parts of ionospheric profiles. Compared with the observations measured by the Defense Meteorological Satellite Program (DMSP) satellites (F16, F17 and F18) at an altitude of 830–880 km, the results show that there is an overestimation in the reconstructed plasma density at the DMSP altitude, and the reconstruction is better during daytime than nighttime. In addition, the reconstruction at nighttime also indicates a solar activity and latitudinal dependence. In summary, with respect to DMSP measurements, the daytime bias is on average from ?0.32 × 105/cm3 to ?0.28 × 105/cm3, while the nighttime bias is between ?0.37 × 105/cm3 and ?0.24 × 105/cm3, and the standard deviation at daytime and at nighttime is, respectively, 0.082 × 105/cm3 to 0.244 × 105/cm3 and 0.086 × 105/cm3 to 0.428 × 105/cm3. This study suggests that vertical ionospheric profiles from other sources, such as ionosondes or GNSS occultation satellites, should be incorporated into ground-based GNSS topside tomographic studies.  相似文献
