一次区域性大暴雨环境特征分析

通过对冀东南、鲁西北一次区域性大暴雨的分析表明：除有利的大尺度环流背景以外，超低空急流是大暴雨不稳定能量和水汽的主要输送者，高能区不稳定能量释放，产生大暴雨所需的强烈上升运动。暴雨落区与超低空急流前部最大风速切变区的位置密切相关。     

天山北坡牧草生长季节土壤水分变化特征探讨

通过对牧业气象试验站多年土壤水分观测资料的整理分析，认为夏季土壤水分比较丰富，其随深度分布呈降水型；春季土壤水分含量最少，秋季次之，其随深度分布呈蒸发、降水型。旬土壤水分含量在牧草生长期呈两峰三谷型。     

两结构高效阻尼控制体系试验研究

本文通过模拟地震动振动台试验，研究了两个相邻结构模型的地震响应，结构模型采用一种高效阻尼装置(High Efficient Damper for Multi—Structure System即HEDMS)连接。非线性时程分析与振动台试验结果都证明了该阻尼装置能高效发挥软钢阻尼器的耗能能力，从而显著减轻两结构模型的地震响应。同时，研究还指出了进行阻尼装置设计时应该注意的一些问题。     

N同位素质谱分析及其数据处理

本文论述了N同位素质谱分析原理和钢瓶高纯氮标定方法。同时对影响N同位素分析分馏因素作了相应讨论，指出钢瓶子高纯氮同位素标定，要用纯化后的大气氮定值。     

ICP—AES法同时测定高纯氧化钇中稀土及非稀土杂质元素方法研究

本文提出了用ＩＣＰ－ＡＥＳ法直接同时测定高纯氧化钇中１４个稀土和１６个非稀土杂质元素的分析方法，对被测元素的 谱线、氧化钇基本及背景影响进行了研究，用标准加入法测出氧化钇基准中的微量杂质元素，消除了由于忽略基准中的杂质元素含量给高纯氧化钇分析测定带来的误差，同时对工作条件进行了优化。方法中各被测元素的检出限为0.003～1.31ug/g，能够满足生产过程中的质量控制及进出口商品检验     

Environmental Properties of Minerals and Contaminants Purified by the Mineralogical Method

The investigation of the environmental properties of minerals, i.e., environmental mineralogy, is a branch of science dealing with interactions between natural minerals and spheres of the Earth surface as well as a reflection of global change, prevention of ecological destruction, participation in biomineralogy, and remediation of environmental pollution. Pollutant treatment by natural minerals is based on the natural law and reflects natural self-purification functions in the inorganic world, similar to that of the organic world - a biological treatment. A series of case studies related to natural self-purification, which were mostly completed by our group, are discussed in this paper. In natural cryptomelane there is a larger pseudotetragonal tunnel than that formed by [MnO6] octahedral double chains, with an aperture of 0.462-0.466 nm2, filled with K cations. Lithospheric composition and structure beneath the northern margin of the Qinling orogenic belt——On deep-seated xenoliths in Minggang region of Henan Province

Swarms of mafic-intermediate volcaniclastic bodies occur in the Minggang region of Henan Province, a tectonic boundary between the North Qinling and the North China Block, and emplaced at (178.31±3.77) Ma. These volcanic rocks are subalkaline basaltic andesites and contain abundance of lower crust and mantle xenoliths. Thus this area is an ideal place to reveal the lithospheric composition and structure beneath the northern margin of the Qinling orogenic belt. Geochemical data indicate that these mafic granulites, eclogites and metagabbros have trace elemental and Pb isotopic characteristics very similar to those rocks from the South Qinling Block, representing the lower part of lower crust of the South Qinling which subducted beneath the North China Block. 国家气象中心客观要素预报--MOS系统

面向全国2000多个台站，应用数值预报产品释用MOS技术制作温度、降水、相对湿度、风、云量及能见度等要素预报，并实现了预报业务运行。通过建立MOS预报系统，表明预报因子和预报对象的处理、建方程前的参数选择以及预报因子的选取都会影响要素预报的质量，需要做大量的细致工作。预报检验结果显示，降水预报尚未达到可用程度．温度和相对湿度的短期预报在大多数情况下是可用的或是可参考的，但还有待进一步改进。降水预报尚需在预报因子和充分运用多种探测信息方面加以改进。
