Vertical Sound Velocity Transition in the Coral Reef Core and Its Significance of Indicating Facies

On the basis of the sound velocity measurements of the coral reef core from Nanyong No.1 well of Yongshu Reef in the Nansha Islands,the paper studies the relations between the vertical sound velocity transition features in the coral reef core and the corresponding stratigraphic depositional facies change as well as stratigraphic gap of erosion,analyses the cause of the sound velocity transition,expounds the concrete process of the sea level change resulting in the stratigraphic gap of erosion and facies change in the coral reef and explains the relations between the vertical sound velocity transition in the coral reef core and the corresponding stratigraphic paleoclimate and the sea level change.This study is of important practical value and theoretical significance to the island and reef engineering construction and the acoustic logging for oil exploration in the reef limestone area as well as the paleoceanographic study of the marginal sea in the westerm Pacific Ocean.     

邻苯二甲酸二甲酯及其异构体的好氧微生物降解

3种苯二甲酸二甲酯异构体(邻、间和对苯二甲酸二甲酯)主要应用于化学工业,作为增塑剂和生产聚酯的原料。用邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为惟一碳源,从红树林底泥中驯化、富集、培养、分离得到的微生物对邻苯二甲酸二甲酯(Dimethylphthalate,DMP)及其异构体对苯二甲酸二甲酯(Terephthalate,DMT)和间苯二甲酸二甲酯(Isophthalate,DMI)具有较强的降解作用。此菌株16SrDNA分子生物学的鉴定为Rhodococcusruber1k。实验得出该菌能够在苯二甲酸二甲酯作为惟一碳源和能源的培养基中生长。浓度为50mg·L-1的DMP、DMI和DMT分别在6、10、11d内可以完全被降解;DMP能够在好氧条件下被该菌快速降解,生成邻苯二甲酸一甲酯(monomethylphthalate,MMP)和邻苯二甲酸(phthalicacid,PA)2种主要中间产物,最终可以完全矿化成CO2和H2O;该菌对DMI和DMT的降解速度则比DMP慢。两者的降解中间产物间苯二甲酸一甲酯(MMI)和对苯二甲酸一甲酯(MMT)却不能被Rhodococcusruber1k继续降解而在培养基中积累。结果表明苯二甲酸二甲基酯的3种异构体能够被红树林底泥中的土著微生物降解。降解速度及降解途径与底物的化学结构有密切关系。     

最小弧菌热不稳定型溶血素基因克隆与序列分析

根据已发表的最小弧菌热不稳定型溶血素（heat-labile hemolysin）基因核苷酸序列，设计和合成一对特异性引物，以最小弧菌96-6-3的基因组DNA为模板，PCR扩增得到热不稳定型溶血素基因片段，克隆到质粒载体pMD-18T中进行测序和分析．其结果表明扩增的热不稳定型溶血素基因片段与已发表的最小弧菌热不稳定型溶血素的同源性高达98％，扩增片段编码由446个氨基酸组成的多肽，推测分子量为50200．软件分析表明编码的氨基酸有较高的抗原性，可作为基因工程疫苗的候选基因片段．

辽东湾两侧砂质海岸侵蚀灾害与防治

自20世纪60年代至90年代，由于多种原因，辽东湾东西两侧的初始沙质海岸侵蚀范围逐年扩大，侵蚀不断加剧，给当人民的生产和生活带来严重危害。由多年监测资料发现，侵蚀严重的熊岳岸线以2～4m／a的速率而大幅度后退，特别严重的地区最大后退达10km；辽西绥中某些岸段平均每年后退1～2m。20世纪90年代后期，由于一些海域管理措施的出台和相应的海岸防护工程的建设，海岸侵蚀逐渐减弱。通过现场调查和多年监测，分析了辽东湾东西两侧砂质海岸侵蚀的特点，认为海岸组成物质松散与海岸动力作用强烈是本区现代海岸侵蚀的基本条件，人为活动是关键因素，并提出了海岸侵蚀灾害的防治对策。     

虾夷扇贝人工诱导雌核发育精子遗传失活及紫外线照射对精子形态结构影响的研究

在1698μWcm-2s^-1的紫外线照射强度下，虾夷扇贝雌核单倍体的最佳诱导时间为60s。从早期胚胎存活率可以观察到Hertwig效应的存在。随着照射时间增加，受精率明显下降，而受精卵在到达D形幼虫期之前便停止发育。扫描电镜显示，随着紫外线照射强度的增加。精子顶体和鞭毛结构趋向于受到更大程度的破坏，直到完全失去顶体和鞭毛。并指出这可能是造成受精率降低的主要原因。     

养殖石鲽鱼病原菌鸭瘟巴斯德氏菌(Pasteurella anatipestifer)初步研究

1998年7月从寻山水产集团公司养鱼场养殖的石鲽鱼病鱼肠道中分离到多株细菌，经人工感染试验证明其中1株为致病菌。该菌株为革兰氏阴性短杆菌，无动力，32℃以上不生长。氧化酶阳性。发酵葡萄糖产酸不产气。经BIOLOG MICROSTATION SYSTEM鉴定为鸭瘟巴斯德氏菌（Pasteurella anatipestifer)。药敏试验表明，该菌株对呋喃唑酮、呋喃妥因、氟哌酸、丁胺卡那和环丙沙星敏感。     

褐藻酸降解菌侵染海带过程的超微结构观察

首次研究了褐藻酸降解菌侵入海带的途径，通过电镜观察，跟踪研究了褐藻酸降解菌染海带过程中海带表皮细胞壁的超微结构变化。结果表明，褐藻酸降解侵染海带的过程是首先引起海带表皮细胞壁藻胶层表面的破坏，然后引起藻胶层的断裂，并使藻胶层逐渐降解变突，最后褐藻酸降解菌通过海带细胞的壁藻胶层的断裂变突处进入海带细胞内。

A STUDY ON MICROBIAL DEGRADATION OF OIL POLLUTANTS IN THE MARINE ENVIRONMENT: DECRADATION OF CRUDE OIL AND DIESEL OIL

Monthly collected water samples from two different stations in the Xiamen Harbor in one whole year were analysed for crude oil and diesel oil degradation by nature microbe flora. The results indicate that the difference between degradation rates of the two stations is related to the material type, temperature, oil degradation bacteria counts of the environment and season. The degradation velocity of diesel and crude oil in seawater is influenced by microbial degradation time. The calculated degradation velocity of crude oil and diesel oil by natural microbe flora in Xiamen Harbor sea areas based on the measured degradation rates were 0.02-0.19g/d·m2and0.004-0.61 g/d·m2 respectively. This provides, to a certain extent, a scientific basis for preliminary evaluation of the oil pollutant purification capacity of the described sea areas.
