In order to obtain novel secondary metabolites, a deep sea inhabiting fungus Aspergillus versicolor CXCTD-06-6a was investigated. One new diketopiperazine brevianamide W(1a), as well as five known diketopiperazine alkaloids, diketopiperazine V(1b), brevianamide Q(2), brevianamide R(3), brevianamide K(4), and brevianamide E(5), were isolated from the Et OAc extract of the fermentation broth. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopy techniques(NMR, MS). The six compounds exhibited moderate radical scavenging activity against DPPH with clearance ratio of 55.0%(1a and 1b), 53.7%(2), 46.2%(3), 61.4%(4) and 19.3%(5) at a concentration of 13.9 μmol L-1, respectively; while the positive control ascorbic acid showed a ratio of 70.3% at the concentration of 28.4 μmol L-1. 相似文献

A technique to extract real modes from the identified complex modes is presented in this paper, which enables the normalized
real mode shapes, modal masses, and full or reduced mass and stiffness matrices to be obtained. The theoretical derivation

Tsunamis are high-impact disasters that can cause death and destruction locally within a few minutes of their occurrence and
across oceans hours, even up to a day, afterward. Efforts to establish tsunami warning systems to protect life and property
began in the Pacific after the 1946 Aleutian Islands tsunami caused casualties in Hawaii. Seismic and sea level data were
used by a central control center to evaluate tsunamigenic potential and then issue alerts and warnings. The ensuing events
of 1952, 1957, and 1960 tested the new system, which continued to expand and evolve from a United States system to an international
system in 1965. The Tsunami Warning System in the Pacific (ITSU) steadily improved through the decades as more stations became
available in real and near-real time through better communications technology and greater bandwidth. New analysis techniques,
coupled with more data of higher quality, resulted in better detection, greater solution accuracy, and more reliable warnings,
but limitations still exist in constraining the source and in accurately predicting propagation of the wave from source to
shore. Tsunami event data collected over the last two decades through international tsunami science surveys have led to more
realistic models for source generation and inundation, and within the warning centers, real-time tsunami wave forecasting
will become a reality in the near future. The tsunami warning system is an international cooperative effort amongst countries
supported by global and national monitoring networks and dedicated tsunami warning centers; the research community has contributed
to the system by advancing and improving its analysis tools. Lessons learned from the earliest tsunamis provided the backbone
for the present system, but despite 45 years of experience, the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami reminded us that tsunamis strike
and kill everywhere, not just in the Pacific. Today, a global intergovernmental tsunami warning system is coordinated under
the United Nations. This paper reviews historical tsunamis, their warning activities, and their sea level records to highlight
lessons learned with the focus on how these insights have helped to drive further development of tsunami warning systems and
their tsunami warning centers. While the international systems do well for teletsunamis, faster detection, more accurate evaluations,
and widespread timely alerts are still the goals, and challenges still remain to achieving early warning against the more

以伊敏煤田某露天煤矿横波地震勘探为例,介绍了制做适合野外施工的低噪声、大能量、且易于操作的横波震源的方法,并将各种特性的横波震源在不同介质中进行激发效果试验。根据试验结果确定了震源类型及数据采集参数,其中横波震源为12齿、重150kg、尺寸为110cm×90cm×20cm的爬钉型震板,在加载500kg的重物时耦合效果较好。横波资料的处理基本上与纵波处理的方法相同,由于该区反射波信噪比较高,区内地形平坦,静校正问题较易解决。在资料解释中利用反射波同相轴的形态,在时间剖面上圈定了断层、煤层冲刷带及煤层尖灭点的位置。另外应用速度谱资料求取的平均速度预测了该露天煤矿15、16煤的底板深度。 相似文献

Deriving analytical solutions for tide-induced groundwater fluctuations in unconfined aquifers confronts two problems: (1) As the Boussinesq equation itself contains nonlinear terms, the "secular term" would be generated in derivation, thus making perturbation solution unable to be deduced to higher order; (2) for aquifers with sloping beaches, the perturbation parameter in existing analytical solution integrating the beach slope and hydrogeological property would be sometimes larger than 1. So the application of perturbation solutions is relatively limited. Furthermore, as the beach slope decreases, the error of analytical solution would gradually increase. Given that water table over-height would increase the aquifer thickness and speed up wave propagation, this paper integrates over-height into the perturbation parameter and adjusts boundary conditions to settle the problem of "secular term" and to derive a new high-order analytical solution for nonlinear Boussinesq equation in terms of sloping beaches. Results show that the new analytical solution is more reasonable, and the analytical accuracy is obviously improved in comparison with the existing analytical solution for a gentle slope. The new analytical solution provides a theoretical basis for analyzing the propagation characteristics (e.g., wave length and over-height variation) of tide-induced groundwater wave in unconfined aquifers, particularly those with sloping beaches. 相似文献

Green tides are caused by the proliferation of chlorophytes under suitable hydrographic conditions.These blooms lead to environmental degradation and negatively impact the waters and seagrass beds,as well as fishing and other recreational activities in the bay.A comprehensive ecological understanding of the bloom dynamics,including the origin and persistence,is needed to foster management decisions.The algae in the great majority of green tide blooms usually belong to two genera of Ulvophyceae,Ulva and Enteromorpha.Ulva has been observed more often in recent years.In China,green tides occurred for the first time in the middle area of the Yellow Sea in 2007,and a large-scale algae blooming broke out in the middle and southern areas of the Yellow Sea in late May 2008.We identified them as Ulva prolifera by comparative analysis of the rDNA internal transcribed spacer 1 (ITS1),5.8S and ITS2 sequences in combination with microscopic observation.Morphological differences were found between the free-floating algae and the attached thalli.Various reproduction patterns of the free-floating algae include sexual,asexual and vegetative propagations,which played important roles in the long-term green tide persistence in China.The ITS sequences of the blooming algae were identical to those of the samples from the Lianyungang sea area but were different from the attached samples from the Qingdao sea area.The results infer that the blooms are originated from other sea areas rather than from the local attached populations. 相似文献
