Basement structure and sedimentary cover seismostratigraphy in the northern part of the Japan Basin in the region of the Tarasov Rise (Sea of Japan)

The results of continuous seismic profiling thermodynamics performed in the northern part of the Japan Basin in the region of the Tarasov Rise and the data of a micropaleontological examination of the diatom remains encountered in the sediment samples from the rise and continental slope are presented. In the area studied, the topography of the acoustic basement features a vast rise (plateau) buried under the sedimentary cover outlined by the depth contour 5.8 s. The plateau has a relatively smooth top surface crossed by a series of rises of the acoustic basement. The two largest rises are represented by the ridges of the Tarasov Rise. The plateau is separated from the continental slope by a depression in the acoustic basement with a depth up to 6.8 s. From the end of the Middle Miocene up to the beginning of the Paleocene, the region of the plateau represented an area of active volcanism; it coincided in time with the stage of subsidence of the floor of the acoustic basement depression. At the end of the Late Miocene, the ridges of the Tarasov Rise started to sink. In the Pliocene, this process accelerated, and, at the beginning of the Pleistocene, it stopped. In the Middle Miocene-Early Pleistocene time, the portion of the continental slope adjacent to the plateau remained stable and suffered no significant vertical movements.     

基于事件数据的雅鲁藏布江-布拉马普特拉河国际河流安全分析

雅鲁藏布江-布拉马普特拉河是我国重要的国际河流,近年的水电开发活动,使其日益成为国内外国际河流研究关注的热点。本文基于国际关系研究中常用的事件分析方法,在构建事件数据库的基础上,从事件类型、涉及国别、事件频率、影响程度四方面进行分析,结果表明：水资源分配问题是雅江流域主要问题;中国在雅江国际河流问题上与下游国家的联系主要以与印度或孟加拉国的双边联系为主;随着时间的推移,雅江冲突与合作事件的频率都表现出增加的趋势;雅江围绕国际河流的国际关系局势大致可分为4个阶段：60年代的平稳阶段、70年代的紧张阶段、80年代的沉寂阶段、90年代后的持续关注阶段。     

Station-keeping for a translunar communication station

A translunar communication station is to be kept close to a nominal unstable periodic ‘Halo’ orbit, visible at all times from Earth. The analytically computed nominal orbit is not perfect, requiring an average control acceleration of about 10^?6 g's for tight control. An adjustable quadratic combination of position deviation and control acceleration is minimized to provide an (adjustable) control law with period feedback gains and a periodic bias. The average control acceleration can be reduced to less than 10^?8 g's with an error settling time of less than 21/2 months. The resulting limiting motion provides, in turn, an improved nominal, permitting the same low control cost with much tighter control, corresponding to settling times of the order of one day.

水库水体生态系统数值模拟模型及其应用──以丹江口水库为例

介绍了水库生态系统模拟模型,对水库生态变化过程及其数学模拟方法进行了分析.采用1995年的水文、气象、水库调度资料、入库河流水质及水库初始水质资料模拟了该年度丹江口水库水体生态逐日变化过程.     

Expansion of the first order planetary disturbing function by Smart's method

In this part we expand the indirect part of the planetary perturbing function by Smart's method, via Taylor's theorem. We neglect, in our expansion, terms of degree higher than the fourth with regard to the eccentricities and tangents of the inclinations.     

Boguslawsky Crater on the Moon: Landing Site Selection for the <Emphasis Type="Italic">Luna–Glob</Emphasis> Mission Descent Module

The article reviews the results of photo geological study of the lunar surface in terms of selection of most favorable landing sites from the point of view of science merit and safety for the Luna—Glob mission descent module.     

An acousto-optical imaging spectrophotometer for astrophysical observations

We present the results of our tests of an acousto-optical imaging spectrophotometer with a CCD detector for astronomical observations. The tunable acousto-optical filter, based on a paratellurite single crystal with a 13 Å pass band operates in the wavelength range 6300–11000 Å. We obtained image spectra for the planetary nebula NGC 7027 in the Hα line and for Saturn in the methane absorption band, as well as Hα and continuum images for the nuclear region of the Seyfert galaxy NGC 1068.
