Due to the sea level rise and the excessive exploitation of freshwater, seawater intrusion is becoming a critical issue. To clarify the degree of seawater intrusion in Donghai Island and the microbial community structure and functional response to seawater intrusion, groundwater samples and sediment samples were collected at profiles A, B; the profiles were along the direction of groundwater flow, perpendicular to the coastline, a hydrogeochemical survey and soil microbial community analysis were also performed. The hydrogeochemistry analysis showed that the chemical type of groundwater was Na–Cl, brackish water was dominant in the area, and coastal groundwater was strongly affected by seawater intrusion. The effect of seawater intrusion on structural and functional diversity of soil microbes was analyzed from soil samples of the study area, by polymerase chain reaction denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (PCR-DGGE). The results of DGGE patterns and phylogenetic tree show that the extent of seawater intrusion has directly influenced soil microbial community structure. The changes of microbial community structure might be related to the major elements’ concentrations in groundwater. Phylogenetic affiliation indicated that γ-proteobacteria were dominated in the profile A, while β-proteobacteria were mainly appeared in the profile B. Based on the National Land Use/Cover Database of China(NLUD-C) in the end of the 1980s(the 1980s,hereafter), 1995, 2000, 2005, and 2010, 665 cities were selected to study the size distribution and its changes of urban lands in China. In this study, the spatiotemporal evolutions of urban land size distribution as well as the influence of administrative-level on these cities were explored by combining urban spatial positions and administrative-levels. Results indicate that: 1) City size distribution using urban lands was more practical and reasonable than using non-agricultural population. 2) In the 1980s, cities with ascending urban land rank were centralized in Eastern China, specially the Changjiang(Yangtze) River Delta, the Zhujiang(Pearl) River Delta, and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Cities in Central, Western, and Northeast China mainly indicated descending urban land rank. 3) The transfer of national development focus resulted in cities with ascending urban land rank becoming evenly distributed nationwide; however, this trend was slightly centralized around Chengdu, Chongqing, and Wuhan in different periods. 4) During the 1980s to 2010, the proportion of cities with ascending urban land rank in provincial capitals, municipalities, and special administrative regions(high-level cities, hereafter) was consistently higher than those in prefecture- and county-level cities except for 2005–2010. The ranks of the majority of the prefecture- and county-level cities were mainly descending, supported by ascending; the proportion of cities with unchanged rank is small. This study breaks through the bottleneck of traditional research in the area of city size distribution by examining urban land replacing the non-agricultural population. 为了更好地理解闽江下游的连江县黄岐屿遗址的环境背景和考古年代,在已有AMS14C年代学研究的基础上,选择黄岐屿遗址的T2剖面进行年代学样品采样,在室内运用中颗粒石英的单片再生剂量法进行光释光年代学研究。结果表明:黄岐屿遗址地层的OSL埋藏年龄范围为8.5±0.5-4.4±0.2 ka,属于早-中全新世阶段的沉积/文化地层。其中2019118样品的年龄为4.4±0.2 ka,属于昙石山文化,与AMS14C年龄相当;2019117样品年龄为5.7±0.3 ka,可能存在年龄的高估;2019119样品的年龄为8.5±0.5 ka,受采样环境的影响,该地层的OSL埋藏年龄可能指示遗址底界的最大年龄。对比黄岐屿遗址所在的福州盆地地貌和环境演化过程以及区域史前人类活动发现,该遗址对应6 500-4 000 a B P的大暖期气候和相对高海面时期,该时期福州盆地发育了众多的同时期的史前遗存,区域内产生了繁荣的昙石山文化和昙石山下层文化。新石器时代末期4.2-4.0 ka气候突变的冷事件、4 000-3 000 a B P太平洋两岸热带-亚热带地区的气候环境的急剧变化以及北方吴越文化的侵入可能是造成该遗址缺失后续文化遗存的原因。 相似文献

为系统研究冲击碾压过程中松散堰塞坝料的细观密实机制,基于自行设计的可视化冲击碾压模型装置及粒子图像测速技术,研究了不同冲击碾压参数对堰塞坝料地基的表面变形、内部变形及颗粒位移规律的影响。试验结果表明,冲击碾压加固过程是冲击和碾压两者共同作用,由于水平冲击作用,冲击点下方地基的变形具有非对称性。“高速轻轮”的施工参数会强化冲击效果,弱化碾压效果,造成地基表面平整性差。堰塞坝料冲击轮加固过程中的最大位移发生在三边形冲击轮圆弧面较平滑处与土体接触时,随后由于模型冲击轮重心上升,地基出现部分弹性回弹。提高冲击轮的牵引速度能够促进冲击能量向深层传递,但水平影响宽度有限;提高冲击轮的质量则能促进能量向两侧水平方向传递,但影响深度有限。对于模型试验的易贡堰塞坝料地基,冲击碾压最佳牵引速度约为0.75 m/s。结果可为堰塞坝料地基的冲击碾压浅层加固提供理论依据。 相似文献

Urban buildings are an integral component of urban space, and accurately identifying their spatial configurations and grouping them is vital for various urban applications. However, most existing building clustering methods only utilize the original spatial and nonspatial features of buildings, disregarding the potential value of complementary information from multiple perspectives. This limitation hinders their effectiveness in scenarios with intricate spatial configurations. To address this, this article proposes a novel multi-view building clustering method that captures cross-view information from spatial and nonspatial features. Drawing inspiration from both spatial proximity characteristics and nonspatial attributes, three views are established, including two spatial distance graphs (centroid distance graph and the nearest outlier distance graph) and a building attribute graph (multiple-attribute graph). The three graphs undergo iterative cross-diffusion processes to amplify similarities within each predefined graph view, culminating in their fusion into a unified graph. This fusion facilitates the comprehensive correlation and mutual enhancement of spatial and nonspatial information. Experiments were conducted using 10 real-world community-building datasets from Wuhan and Chengdu, China. The results demonstrate that our approach achieves 21.27% higher accuracy and 22.28% higher adjusted rand index in recognizing diverse complex arrangements compared to existing methods.
