Microbial communities in different gastrointestinal regions(stomach, foregut, midgut, and hindgut) of the northern snakehead C hanna argus(Cantor, 1842) were compared by polymerase chain reaction and partial 16 S r DNA sequencing. A total of 194, 140, 212, and 122 OTUs were detected in the stomach, foregut, midgut, and hindgut, respectively. Significant dif ferences were found in the Sobs, ACE, Shannon, and Simpson indices among samples(P 0.05). The gastrointestinal microbial community of C. argus consisted predominantly of Proteobacteria with either H alomonas, Shewanella, Plesiomonas, or Sphingomonas. Fusobacteria, Firmicutes, and Bacteroidetes also existed in the gastrointestinal tracts. However, significant diff erences were found in the compositions of microbial community among the four regions( P 0.05). Cyanobacteria and Spirochetes were significantly higher in the midgut and hindgut( P 0.05). Fusobacteria and Firmicutes were dominant in the hindgut and foregut, respectively(P 0.05). Proteobacteria was the lowest in the hindgut( P 0.05). At genus level, C etobacterium and Plesiomonas were significantly higher in the hindgut than in the other three samples( P 0.05). Clostridium and Prevotella were the highest in the midgut(P 0.05). Halomonas, Shewanella, and S phingomonas were the highest in the foregut( P 0.05). Paracoccus and Vibrio were the highest in the stomach. Several genera were only detected in certain regions, as follows: stomach, P aracoccus and Vibrio; foregut, Halomonas, Shewanella, and Sphingomonas; midgut, Clostridium and Prevotella; and hindgut, C etobacterium and Plesiomonas( P 0.05). At the species level, A cinetobacter rhizosphaerae was only detected in the stomach. P revotella copri and Clostridium perfring were not detected in the foregut and midgut, respectively, whereas Prevotella copri and Faecalibacterium pra were not detected in the hindgut. These findings provide valuable information on the microbial community in each gastrointestinal region of C. argus. This article deals with the interaction of zinc with δ−MnO2, γ−MnOOH and manganite existing in natural water systems. The mechanism of the reaction has been studied in detail. From
the fact that the “ratio of ion exchange(%)-pH” graph is an “S shaped” curve, it is possible to deduce that the chemical reaction
is of the nature of cation exchange. And since the pH range of ion exchange=4, it is possible to further deduce that the reaction
can be explained by the mechanism of monovalence cation exchange.
The main result of this article is the discovery of a new type of isotherm which has not been mentioned in previous literature
here and abroad. This isotherm cannot be represented by any presently available adsorption isotherm equations in marine chemistry.
The characteristics of this new type of isotherm are as follows: the isotherm has two “knees” and three “plateaus”, the heights
of these three “plateaus” are in the ratio 1:2:3. In order to explain theoretically our new isotherm, this article suggests
the application of the principle of interfacial stepwise ion exchange for liquid-solid distribution of minor elements on suspended
particulate matter. The corresponding isotherm equation was derived from this theory.
The results obtained in this article will be of theoretical guiding significance in the study of the marine geochemistry of
zinc.

改进的灰色模型在中国能源消费及其CO2排放预测中的研究 总被引:5,自引:1,他引:5
中国高速的经济发展导致了快速的能源消费和地球温暖化气体的排放量。本文应用灰色理论建立了中国的终端能源消费量的动态预测模型,同时应用等维递补及带有马尔科夫链符号估计的残差修正,对原始模型进行了改进。后验检验的结果证明了改进的预测模型具有较高的计算精度。预测结果表明,两种经济发展情况(高速及低速)下,从2000年到2030年期间的终端能源消费量的平均增长率将分别达到3.06%和2.18%,2030年CO2 的排放量将分别达到2000年的 2. 15及 1.60倍。其中工业及居民生活的能源消费量的增加速度快于其他部门。这表明了中国将要加快其工业化及都市化的进程.终端消费中,煤炭的消费量所占的比例将要逐年减少,而电力的比例则将逐年增大。 相似文献

The possible sources of water pollution and the evolution of water quality in the Malian River Basin of China’s Longdong Loess Plateau were studied based on chemical analysis. Concentrations of major chemicals in the river were related to the distance downstream from the source of the river and the surface water in the upstream had good quality, while the river from Southern Huanxian County to Qingcheng County was seriously polluted. Groundwater quality was generally good in the phreatic aquifer beneath the loess plateau, with bicarbonate and calcium dominant, but salinity was high and petroleum pollution was present in many parts of the study area. Both surface water and groundwater quality have declined rapidly during the past 20 years, leading to much of the water unsafe to drink and unsuitable for use in irrigation. The substances released into the water included industrial wastes, domestic sewage, organic and inorganic fertilizers, and pesticides, as well as a range of other substances that are harmful to humans. However, petroleum contamination caused by the oil industry in the Longdong oilfield is the largest source of pollution that infiltrates surface water and groundwater, leading to deterioration of water quality. It is recommended that oilfield management must be improved and the petroleum products and wastes must be disposed carefully to reduce the risk of further spills and pollution. 相似文献

Tricaprylmethylammonium chloride (Aliquat-336) diluted with kerosene was used to extract cerium(IV) from nitric acid medium. Various alcohols were used as modifiers to overcome the third phase problem. The different parameters affecting the extraction process including nitric, nitrate, hydrogen ion, extractant and metal concentrations as well as the temperature were separately investigated. The effect of the investigated alcohols on the extraction process was also studied in detail at two different concentrations and correlated to their physical constants. Based on the obtained results, the extraction equilibrium was deduced and the optimum conditions for the extraction of cerium(IV) were proposed. Origin of spongy textures in clinopyroxene and spinel from mantle xenoliths, Hessian Depression, Germany 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Summary Spongy textures are observed in anhydrous Group 1 mantle xenoliths (harzburgite, lherzolite and wehrlite) hosted in Tertiary
alkali basaltic lavas from the Hessian Depression, Germany. These textures are developed only on clinopyroxene and spinel,
and occur as rims or cross-cutting veinlets and patches showing optical continuity with the host grain. They are often associated
with pools of amorphous glassy material. There is no preferential development of spongy domains against the xenolith-lava
contact suggesting that the host magma did not play any significant role in their formation. Spongy clinopyroxene and spinel
occur in all rock types, but, are more pervasive in wehrlite.
Chemically, spongy domains of clinopyroxene and spinel are more refractory than unaffected areas, which is consistent with
their formation through a partial melting event. The associated glassy material shows chemical characteristics which suggest
that the melt pools are genetically related to the development of the spongy textures. The partial melting event was probably
triggered by the infiltration of a low-density fluid. The fluid may have evolved from a silicate melt responsible for the
metasomatic Fe-enrichment recorded in wehrlite. In this context, the more pervasive development of spongy clinopyroxene in
wehrlite may be explained by a higher concentration of the evolved fluid phase at proximity to its silicate melt source.

Despite its extreme aridity, the Badain Jaran Desert is rich in groundwater. In the southeastern part of the desert, it is
characterized by coexistence of high megadunes and a great number of lakes. Deuterium and oxygen 18 isotope compositions as
well as hydrochemistry of groundwater, lake water, soil water and river water were investigated in detail to gain an insight
into their relationships and the origin of the ground-water. The results show that the groundwater and the lake water are
genetically related, but unrelated to local precipitation and the leakage of Heine River at northern slope of Qilian mountain.
δD and δ18O values of deep soil water (lower than 40 cm) and groundwater plot on the same evaporation line E11, which shows that they
have the same recharge source. The point of intersection between E11 and LMWL suggests that the groundwater originates from
the water resource which has a weighted mean value that is lighter by some 6‰ δ18O than the local precipitation in Badain Jaran Desert. 3H data of water samples shows that the groundwater in Badain Jaran Desert originates from the water recharged after the nuclear
test. The deep fault zone underground maybe the water circulation channel based on Helium analysis of groundwater. The result
has guiding significance to rational exploitation and utilization of the local groundwater. 相似文献

Generation, migration and accumulation of petroleum in a sedimentary basin is a function of geologic, hydrodynamic and thermodynamic development of the basin and the type and amount of organic matter. Temperature history not only determines rate of hydrocarbon generation, but also affects paleohydrodynamics and physical and thermal properties vs depth relationships. Therefore, paleotemperature is the most important parameter. Paleohydrodynamics together with geologic history of the basin is important in shaping secondary migration patterns and accumulation of hydrocarbons.Quantification of all the above processes is complicated. Steps in constructing a deterministic dynamic model for calculation of petroleum potential during a sedimentary basin development are stated and analyzed in this paper. The effect of paleotemperature variations on petroleum generation and on physical properties of sedimentary sequences are illustrated by numerical examples. Computer models will enable exploration geologists to make quantitative exploration predictions in sedimentary basins. 相似文献
