全国第二届青年分析测试学术报告会在京召开

由中国地质学会青年工作委员会筹办,地矿部岩矿测试技术研究所承办的“全国第二届青年分析测试学术报告会”于1991年10月17日至21日在北京举行。来自全国各科研单位、高等院校及生产部门的160多名青年科技工作者出席了会议。全国政协副主席、著名化学家卢嘉锡先生为大会题词“献身分析科学,立志振兴中华”,中国化学会分析化学委员会主任汪尔康教授、中国分析测试协会副理事长杨化先生、国家地质测试中心主任李家熙教授、陕西师大章竹君教授等出席大会并讲了话,表达了老一辈科学家对青年科技工作者的关怀和厚望。     

新的研究项目预测圣弗朗西斯科湾东部地区的地震损失

一项研究报告说,圣弗朗西斯科湾东部一次较大地震会使4500人丧生,148500人受伤,造成许多建筑物坍塌或着火,以及运输工具、公用设施的破坏。如果海沃德断层在一次里氏7.5级的地震中发生破裂,加利福尼亚矿产地质部(Califor-nia's Division of Mines and Geology)的报告对此描绘出一个似乎可能后果的可怕图象。     

为全民创业提供优质气象服务在全民创业中加快气象事业发展--在江西省气象局党组扩大会议上的讲话(摘录)

结合部门实际。对江西气象部门如何领会和贯彻落实2005年全省领导干部会议精神,提出了具体的指导意见。讲话指出,全省各级气象部门干部职工,要把思想和行动进一步统一到全省领导干部会议精神上来,围绕为全民创业提供优质气象服务,找准自己的位置,为不同创业主体提供精细化、个性化的气象服务产品。拓宽为全民创业服务的气象信息传递渠道,强化安全气象和资源气象服务,开展全民创业技能培训和创业资讯服务,营造优化有利于全民创业的气象政务环境。努力满足全民创业对气象服务的迫切需求。讲话还强调,全省气象干部职工要强化创业理念,大力培育气象创业文化;加强气象能力建设,加快提升气象现代化水平和效益;适应中国气象事业发展战略,加快全省新一轮气象业务技术体制改革;坚持改革创新,做大做强做优气象科技服务;加强队伍建设,为事业发展提供智力支持和组织保证,努力在全民创业的热潮中,实现江西气象事业在新的起点上更快更好的发展。另外。讲话在总结分析上半年工作的基础上,结合全省领导干部会议精神。对2005年下半年的工作进行了全面的部署。认为2005年下半年,全省气象部门要狠抓目标管理,积极做好气象服务工作,下大力气促科技服务上新台阶;要加强与有关部门的共建共享工作。及时完成“十一五”规划的编制。大力推进业务技术体制改革和现代化建设;要加强党建和气象文化建设,并根据《江西省气象局关于加强基层台站建设的实施意见》,以及《全省县（市、区）气象局“五大工程”建设考评办法》。抓好基层台站建设。     

cDNA cloning and expression of a cytochrome P450 1A (CYP1A) gene from the hermaphroditic fish Rivulus marmoratus

We previously described the genomic structure of the cytochrome P450 1A (CYP1A) gene from the hermaphroditic fish Rivulus marmoratus [Kim, I.-C., Kim, Y.J., Yoon, Y.-D, Kawamura, S., Lee, Y.-S., Lee, J.-S., 2004a. Cloning of cytochrome P450 1A (CYP1A) genes from the hermaphroditic fish Rivulus marmoratus and the Japanese medaka Oryzias latipes. Mar. Environ. Res. 58, 125–129]. To further characterize R. marmoratus CYP1A, we cloned the cDNA sequence of a CYP1A gene from this species and also expressed its recombinant protein in an E. coli system. We exposed R. marmoratus to 4-nonylphenol, and found a small induction of CYP1A mRNA in the treated animals. In this paper, we discuss the characteristics of R. marmoratus CYP1A gene as well as its potential use in a biomonitoring assay.     

Constraints on spatial variability in soft-sediment communities affected by contamination from an Antarctic waste disposal site

A small-scale (<500 m length) transect-based survey was conducted in December 1998 to examine the spatial distribution of soft-sediment communities and of concentrations of heavy metals and hydrocarbons in sediments in Brown Bay, adjacent to an abandoned waste dump, at Casey Station, Antarctica. Samples were taken along three transects at increasing distances (nine stations) from the shore-line waste dump. A gradient of contamination was detected, but concentrations of contaminants were very variable with "hotspots" or high levels of contaminants at some stations. Multivariate analysis revealed that the distribution of soft-sediment communities was distinctly different between the inner, middle and outer stations. Abundances of most taxa were very variable with few patterns apparent, but some fauna displayed an abundance gradient from the inner to the outer part of the bay. Many taxa had maximum abundances at outer stations and minimum at inner stations. Multivariate correlations between environmental variables and soft-sediment communities indicated that combinations of some metals (Cd, Cu, Sn, Pb) and grain size (mainly finer fractions, fine sands and coarse silts) were the variables that best "matched" the community patterns within Brown Bay. This study indicated that there were significant correlations between the presence of contaminants and the distribution and composition of soft-sediment communities over very small spatial scales.     

猎户座星协自行的研究

本文的目的,在于研究以θ′Ori为中心的,100′×100′范围內,恆星的自行.同时研究在这个区域內,星协的扩散运动,自行是利用三对底片获得的.每对底片相隔約40—50年.所有底片,都是用余山观象台40厘米大赤道仪拍摄的.从三对底片求得自行的平均誤差是ρ_(μα)=±0″_.0013,ρ_(μδ)=±0″_.0016.根据所求得星协星的自行資料,我們求得扩散速度是每年每度+0″.00199±0″.00097,从此可以估計出这个星协的年龄为1.8×10~6年.

本文说明了研制这一设备的一些基本思路,介绍了工作原理和主要的特殊电路。     

在长波授时中一跳天波传播时延的予测

用长波授时,除了地波传播的衰减小,相位稳定,因而有大的作用范围(最远可达2000—3000公里)和相当高的时间同步与校频精度(同步精度0.1～1μs;校频精度1×10~(-12)/天)外,天波传播由电离层下边界的D区反射,波长较长和电离层的D区的良好导电性能,使其反射损耗和相位起伏都相对地较小。天波信号的相位起伏,白天最大为1μs,夜间为2～3μs。利用天波授时大大扩展了授时的服务范围(一跳天波最远可达4000～5000公里,多跳天波还可更远),而且还可以取得较好的时间同步精度。
