基于空间统计分析法和GIS技术,使用经济普查的银行、证券和保险机构数据,对大陆31个省份金融产业结构的时空演变进行分析。结果表明:从时间来看,中国金融产业的演变具有明显的阶段性、跳跃性、非同步性和非平稳性的特征。从空间来看,各省金融发展不平衡。服务于低端金融需求的银行机构在空间上的分布渐趋均衡,而与投资和保险紧密相关的高端金融机构在空间分布上差异则不断扩大。随着金融安全与投资、融资需求的增加,未来中国金融系统中保险和投融资的金融机构比例将会不断扩大,中国区域金融系统在空间上将呈现部分行业空间差异不断扩大及另一部分行业空间分布差异不断缩小的两种状况同时并存的趋势。 相似文献

It is evident from measures of butyltin tissue burdens and imposex or intersex in neogastropods that tributyltin (TBT) contamination of coastal waters and open parts of the North Sea is now low. It has been declining for at least the past decade. This is probably due to two measures. First, regulations prohibiting the use of TBT-based paints on small boats and fish farms have reduced inputs of TBT from these sources so that they are now negligible (except possibly where the regulations are flaunted). Second, there is evidence from sites, where commercial vessels are the sole source of TBT, that the adoption of TBT SPC paints has been effective in reducing environmental levels of these contaminants. However, poor dockyard practices, allowing TBT-contaminated wastes, including paint flakes, to accumulate in sediments have left a legacy of hot-spots of contamination in some ports. The impact is localised so that TBT contamination is low in coastal areas immediately adjacent to ports. 相似文献

Photochemistry of giant planets and their satellites is characterized by numerous reactions involving many chemical species. In the present paper, chemical systems are modeled by signal flow graphs. Such a technique evaluates the transmission of any input into the system (solar flux, electrons...) and gives access to the identification of the most important mechanisms in the chemical system. For a given chemical system, we first evaluate rate coefficients. Then, in order to obtain concentrations of each compound, we integrate the set of continuity equations by Gear's method. Gear's method is chosen rather than another classical method because it is recommended for a system of stiff equations due to the existence of greatly differing time constants. Finally, the technique of signal flow graphs is used. This method is applied to the production of hydrocarbons in the atmospheres of giant planets. In particular, the production of C2H6 in the atmosphere of Neptune from the photodissociation of CH4 is investigated. Different paths of dissociation of CH4 are possible from L alpha radiations. A chemical system containing 14 species and 30 reactions including these different paths of dissociation is integrated. The main mechanism of production of C2H6 is identified and evaluated for each model of dissociation. The importance of various reaction paths as a function of time is discussed. 相似文献

Defining impact significance is the main technical task that influences decision-making during the Environmental Licensing Procedure(ELP).The ELP begins with screening to determine potentially signif-icant impacts of the proposed project.Scoping then follows to address any interventions deemed worthy of attention in the production of an Environmental Impact Assessment(EIA).This will include consider-ation of relevant landforms and geomorphological processes.However,preliminary assessments of envi-ronmental impacts often lack the scientific robustness to procure substantive and transactive effectiveness.This review presents an examination of the established practices of screening and scoping while highlighting the foremost challenges to improve the technical grounds of the ELP.The analysis of screening and scoping practices stresses the need for novel methods that ensure the sequential reasoning between their criteria while improving the preliminary evaluation of impact significance.Reducing the inherent subjectivity of discretionary judgment requires scientific methodologies that acknowledge the interaction between the natural system and human interventions,which has been addressed by geomor-phological research.The knowledge consolidated in this review opens the gate to explore the compatibil-ity between the United Nations strategy of Ecosystem Approach(EA)with the ELP through a novel geomorphological interpretation of the EIA.Therefore,this diagnosis demonstrate that screening and scoping practices would benefit from reliable methods that balance the precautionary principle with the efficient character required in the ELP. 相似文献

The paper reports SHRIMP U-Pb zircon data of a dark eclogite and a post-eclogite garnet-bearing gneissic granitic rock from the Bixiling area, Yuexi County, Anhui Province, in the eastern Dabie Mountains. The eclogite, which is metamorphosed basic tuff, contains very scarce zircons in omphacite or garnet, but more zircons in quartz. They usually exhibit a double-layered texture, as shown clearly in cathodoluminescence images. Their inner main parts give a 206Pb/238U age of 757±7 Ma, representing the approximate age of the high-pressure (HP)- ultrahigh-pressure (UHP) metamorphic event during which the eclogite was formed. The outer peripheral parts of the zircons, which have been modified by late-stage fluids, give an age of 223±3 Ma. The granitic rock contains more zircons of anatectic origin found mostly in feldspar and quartz and usually also showing a similar composite texture. 在实验条件下,制备了两种柱撑蒙脱石,用X射线衍射分析和BET N2比表面积分析对其进行了表征,并对水中的硫酸根离子进行了吸附试验,通过正交实验研究了柱撑蒙脱石对水中硫酸根离子的吸附率、吸附容量及其与硫酸根离子初始浓度、PH值、吸附时间等因素间的关系,确定了它们吸附硫酸根离子的适宜条件,并与钠蒙脱石对水中硫酸根离子的吸附情况进行了对比。在此基础上初步探讨了吸附的机理,认为A13及Al2O3柱撑蒙脱石具有很强的吸附硫酸根离子的能力,在pH分别为4和5时硫酸根离子去除效果最好。 相似文献
