惠民县土地利用总体规划实施中存在的问题及规划修编建议

惠民县上一轮规划是根据《中华人民共和国土地管理法》和中共中央国务院《关于加强土地管理切实保护耕地》的要求,在县政府统一领导下,于1997年12月至1998年10月完成的县、乡（镇）两级土地利用总体规划的编制任务。规划是以1996年为基期,以2000年为近期目标年,2010年为规划目标年。该规划以控制建设用地保护耕地为重点,以耕地保有量和基本农田面积不低于上级下达的控制指标,建设占用耕地和城镇规模不突破上级控制指标,补充耕地面积不少于上级下达的控制指标为总原则,规划指标落实方法是在专题研究的基础上,实行逐级控制,上级控制下级,层层分解落实。     

Changing spatial and structural patterns of non-agricultural activities in outward-moving Beijing urban fringe

As responses to metropolitan suburbanization and rural urbanization,the formation and evolution of urban fringes should be understood against the background of overall economic development and spatial reconstruction of entire metropolises.At the same time,however,endogenous interactions between industrial structure and spatial patterns of non-agricultural activities are also worthy of scholarly attention.Since the 1980s,studies on urban fringes in China have been restricted by the lack of micro-level data.This paper investigates the spatial expansion and structural evolution of the urban fringe by taking the case of Beijing and uses systematic firm-level data in 1996 and 2001 from the National Census of Basic Units.The diversity of distribution patterns across industrial sectors brings about two interrelated results.On the one hand,structural adjustment of non-agricultural industries promotes the expansion and spatial evolution of the urban fringe.On the other hand,the stability and dynamics of industrial structure coexist in the moving urban fringe.This study also reveals that the outward-moving urban fringe is the optimal location for manufacturing,especially heavy manufacturing,as well as traditional producer and consumer services.However,industries with spatial stickiness such as tourism and sports have not moved with the fringe.Most advanced services remain concentrated in the city center.The authors argue that it is essential for understanding and managing urban fringes to take into account spatial evolution and industrial structural adjustment together with their interaction with each other.     

Chitosan extends the shelf-life of filleted tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) during refrigerated storage

Shelf-life extension of aquatic products is of significant economical importance. To determine the potential effect of chitosan on the shelf-life of filleted tilapia, this study analyzed the bacterial community diversity in fresh and spoiled tilapia fillets stored at (4 ± 1)℃ and examined the antimicrobial activity of chitosan against relevant bacteria isolates. Results showed that Pseudomonas (20%) and Aeromonas (16%) were abundant in fresh tilapia fillets, whereas Pseudomonas (52%), Aeromonas (32%) and Staphylococcus (12%) were dominant in the spoiled samples. Chitosan showed wide-spectrum antibacterial activity against bacteria isolated from tilapia and 5.0 g L-1 chitosan was selected for application in preservation. We further determined the shelf-life of chitosan-treated, filleted tilapia stored at (4 ± 1)℃ based on microbiological, biochemical and sensory analyses. Results showed that the shelf-life of chitosan-treated, filleted tilapia was extended to 12 d, whereas that of untreated, control samples was 6 d. These indicate that chitosan, as a natural preservative, has great application potential in the shelf-life extension of tilapia fillets.     

南昌地震台钻孔应变同震响应分析

通过总结2007年5月以来南昌地震台TJ-2钻孔应变仪的同震效应,并与同期中国地震台网(CSN)提供的全球大震目录中的数据进行对比分析,绘出了震级与震中距的对数关系图,得出南昌地震台体应变仪的映震能力的表达式近似为Ms=1.381gD+ 1.1.     

一种新的北斗Klobuchar模型及其精度分析

针对传统Klobuchar模型电离层延迟修正精度不高的问题,提出一种新的Klobuchar模型,以提高北斗导航系统的精度。利用欧洲定轨中心CODE的全球格网数据作为参考,使用松弛搜索法分别对覆盖中国区域的格网点和9个测站的观测数据进行算例分析。比较两种方法得出,新模型的修正精度相对于广播模型有大幅提高;新模型预报7d内的电离层时延值修正效果也比广播模型有明显改善;格网点上的平均修正精度从67.89%提高到78.44%,观测数据的平均修正精度从69.81%提升至82.34%。     

Pb distribution and translocation in Jiaozhou Bay

The trends of distribution, translocation and seasonal change of heavy metal Pb were studied based on the surface and bottom water sampling in Jiaozhou Bay in 1979, and compared with those in 1990＇s. The results showed that the source of Pb in the bay was from wastewater and sewage in the east of Jiaozhou Bay from ocean vessels. Pb concentration was higher in spring and lower in summer and autumn, and remained stable through sedimentation in the bottom layer. The overall water quality was good in 1970＇s. Compared with the environmental monitoring data of 1995-1999, Pb pollution had become serious. Therefore, more efforts should be made to protect the bay from Pb pollution.     

Application of Grain Size Analysis to Study Sedimentary Environment of Sand Dune in the Vicinity of Tumen River

The dunes in estuary of Tumen River in China lie to the area between the Jiushaping and Fangchuan in the left bank of Tumen River (Fig.1). The dis-tance is about 15～20 km between the dunes and the coast. It ranges from China to D. P. R. Korea and Russia. The range of the height of dunes is about 15～20 m and the width is 100～200 m. By the re-connaissance, we protracted 9 section planes of the dunes and collected 40 sand samples of the dunes, and identified the sedimentary environment …     

Protective effect of topically applied polypeptide from Chlamys farreri against ultraviolet radiation-induced chronic skin damage in guinea pig

Polypeptide fromChlamys farreri (PCF), a topical polypeptide isolated fromChlamys farreri, was used in this experiment aimed to investigate the photoprotective effect of PCF against chronic skin damage induced by ultraviolet A (UVA) and ultraviolet B (UVB) radiation. The chronic ultraviolet-irradiated guinea pig model was established, and visible changes in the skin including wrinkling, sagging and erythema were observed. Malondialdehyde (MDA) and antioxidant enzymes including superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-px) in the dorsal skin were determined using biochemical methods. The results showed: (1) PCF (5 % and 20%) could greatly protect the dorsal skin of guinea pig against wrinkling, sagging and erythema induced by UV radiation in a concentration-dependent manner. (2) PCF could reduce MDA formation in the dorsal skin caused by UV irradiation, while increasing the activities of SOD and GSH-px. (3) The differences among the PCF groups and UV model group were significant (P<0.05,P<0.01). These results indicated that topical application, of PCF provided broad solar UV spectrum photoprotection; and that the antioxidant property of PCF might play a role in photoprotection. Two Different Dust Storms in Northeast China:the Sources and Influences in East Asia

There are two different dust storms in Northeast China, normal dust and alkali dust, from Kerqin sand land and Songnen saline land. As well as visible damages of the dust storms, there are some invisible influences. The authors provide evidences that the bacteria carried by dusts from remote area should not be ignored, but the damages of the alkali dusts are still not clear.
