Dynamic Load Analysis for Towlines

- Based on the curve equation of towline in towing, this paper introduces the new concepts of the coefficient of shape extension and comprehensive extension of towline, infers related calculation formulas, and then gives some quantitative analyses on the magnitude of dynamic loads acting on the towline and the measures to increase the capacity of towline against the dynamic loads.     

Perturbation Analysis of the Attached Water Mass Effect on Offshore Platform Dynamic Response

- Theoretically speaking, it is impossible to make the differential equation of motion uncoupled for the natural modes of a system in consideration of the attached water. The hydro-elastic structure is equal to the, non-proportional damping system. In this paper a perturbation analysis method is put forward. The structure motion equation is strictly solved mathematically, and the non-proportional damping problem is transformed into a series of proportional damping ones in the superposition form. The paper also presents the calculation formula of the dyanamic response of the structure being subjected to harmonic and arbitrary load. The convergence of the proposed method is also studied in this paper, and the corresponding convergence conditions are given. Finally, the proposed method is used to analyze the displacement response of a real offshore platform. The calculation results show that this method has the characteristics of high accuracy and fast convergence.

太平矿暗斜井充水水源分析

在综合分析太平煤矿井水文地质条件、出水点岩性特征的基础上,通过钻孔探放、水样化验资料的对比分析,认为该矿＋700水平胶带暗斜井的间接充水水源可能来自摩梭河;基于涌水点位置与出水量,以及瞬变电磁法确定的巷道前方富水区域情况,确定了采用浅层注浆法封堵的治水方案。     

Experimental Researches on Reflective and Transmitting Performances of Quarter Circular Breakwater Under Regular and Irregular Waves

A series of regular and irregular wave experiments are conducted to study the reflective and transmitting performances of quarter circular breakwater (QCB) in comparison with those of semi-circular breakwater (SCB). Based on regular wave tests, the reflection and transmission characteristics of QCB are analyzed and a few influencing factors are investigated. Northern Eurasia earth science partnership initiative (NEESPI), science plan overview

Northern Eurasia Earth System Partnership Initiative, NEESPI, was established to address the global change processes associated with and/or originated within Northern Eurasia as well as to study the major socially-important processes within the region. NEESPI began as a US–Russian initiative but has quickly broadened into a fully international program. Scientists from 11 countries participated in preparing the NEESPI Science Plan. Current version of the Science Plan was released for public review on the World Wide Web in summer 2004 and finalized in December 2004. This paper provides an Overview of the Plan and is based, mainly, on its Executive Summary. The Overview describes the Plan's science themes and key science questions, provides a justification of the urgency studying Northern Eurasia from the global change prospective, and outlines research strategy and tools to address NEESPI science questions, as well as projected deliverables of the Initiative.

本文认为,青海区调工作在今后相当长一段时间内,仍将以外业为工作主体。区调中应强化找矿意识。在交通不便、高寒缺氧、外业时间短的青藏高原,在学习应用新理论、新方法的同时,加强遥感地质工作、运动新的信息化工作手段,很有必要。
