东坪式金矿床产于华北地台北缘金矿成矿带的冀西北金矿集中区,构造上位于华北克拉通北缘深大断裂-尚义-赤城断裂的南侧。金矿床产于泥盆纪早期(386~410Ma)水泉沟正长岩杂岩体内及接触带附近,矿体分布受脆-韧性剪切断裂构造的制约。金矿成矿作用具有多期次的特点,成矿时代为燕山期(156~203Ma)。矿石类型主要为石英脉型、石英网脉+脉旁钾硅化蚀变岩型和钾硅化蚀变岩型,具有典型的碱性岩金矿的金-碲组合,(含)金矿物主要为自然金、碲金矿和碲金银矿。流体包裹体的H、O及He同位素研究表明,成矿流体为以大气降水主的混合热液流体并可能存在深源流体的参与。矿床的S、Pb、Sr和Si同位素组成表明,金矿成矿物质主要来源于正长岩杂岩体,部分源于太古宙桑千群变质岩和燕山期花岗岩。因此,东坪式金矿是由燕山期伸展构造环境下热液流体在上涌地幔及岩浆活动的热驱动下对泥盆纪早期形成的正长岩交代改造的产物。 相似文献

Most of the organic nitrogen (Norg) on Earth is disseminated in crustal sediments and rocks in the form of fossil nitrogen-containing organic matter. The chemical speciation of fossil Norg within the overall molecular structure of organic matter changes with time and heating during burial. Progressive thermal evolution of organic matter involves phases of enhanced elimination of Norg and ultimately produces graphite containing only traces of nitrogen. Long-term chemical and thermal instability makes the chemical speciation of Norg a valuable tracer to constrain the history of sub-surface metamorphism and to shed light on the subsurface biogeochemical nitrogen cycle and its participating organic and inorganic nitrogen pools. This study documents the evolutionary path of Norg speciation, transformation and elimination before and during metamorphism and advocates the use of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) to monitor changes in Norg speciation as a diagnostic tool for organic metamorphism. Our multidisciplinary evidence from XPS, stable isotopes, traditional quantitative coal analyses, and other analytical approaches shows that at the metamorphic onset Norg is dominantly present as pyrrolic and pyridinic nitrogen. The relative abundance of nitrogen substituting for carbon in condensed, partially aromatic systems (where N is covalently bonded to three C atoms) increases exponentially with increasing metamorphic grade, at the expense of pyridinic and pyrrolic nitrogen. At the same time, much Norg is eliminated without significant nitrogen isotope fractionation. The apparent absence of Rayleigh-type nitrogen isotopic fractionation suggests that direct thermal loss of nitrogen from an organic matrix does not serve as a major pathway for Norg elimination. Instead, we propose that hot H, O-containing fluids or some of their components gradually penetrate into the carbonaceous matrix and eliminate Norg along a progressing reaction front, without causing nitrogen isotope fractionation in the residual Norg in the unreacted core of the carbonaceous matrix. Before the reaction front can reach the core, an increasing part of core Norg chemically stabilizes in the form of nitrogen atoms substituting for carbon in condensed, partially aromatic systems forming graphite-like structural domains with delocalized π-electron systems (nitrogen atoms substituting for “graphitic” carbon in natural metamorphic organic matter). Thus, this nitrogen species with a conservative isotopic composition is the dominant form of residual nitrogen at higher metamorphic grade. 相似文献

As the key point in sex hormone analysis, sample pre-treatment technology has attracted scientists' attention all over the world, and the development trend of sample preparation forwarded to faster and more efficient technologies. Taking economic and environmental concerns into account, subcritical fluid extraction as a faster and more efficient method has stood out as a sample pre-treatment technology. This new extraction technology can overcome the shortcomings of supercritical fluid and achieve higher extraction efficiency at relatively low pressures and temperatures. In this experiment, a simple, sensitive and efficient method has been developed for the determination of diethylstilbestrol(DES) in fish tissue using subcritical 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane(R134a) extraction in combination with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). After extraction, freezing-lipid filtration was utilized to remove fatty co-extract. Further purification steps were performed with C_(18) and NH_2 solid phase extraction(SPE). Finally, the analyte was derived by heptafluorobutyric anhydride(HFBA), followed by GC-MS analysis. Response surface methodology(RSM) was employed to optimizing the extraction condition, and the optimized was as follows: extraction pressure, 4.3 MPa; extraction temperature, 26℃; amount of co-solvent volume, 4.7 m L. Under this condition, at a spiked level of 1, 5, 10 μg kg~(-1), the mean recovery of DES was more than 90% with relative standard deviations(RSDs) less than 10%. This article forms a part of a wider study of the nuclear and circum-nuclear zones of moderately active galaxies. The use of long-slit spectroscopy at high spectral and spatial resolution has enabled us to measure gradients of gaseous excitation and also velocity fields in a sample of four bright nuclear starburst galaxies selected from the sample of Balzano (1983). We find variations not only in the intensity but also in the quality of the emission spectra (line ratios and line widths) of the interstellar gas between regions separated by relatively short distances. We stress the need for studies with at least the present degree of angular and spectral resolution if physical sense is to be made of the interstellar excitation regimes in external galaxies, as well as to investigate a possible evolutionary link between nuclei of intermediate activity. 相似文献

Despite their primary contribution to climate change, there are still large uncertainties on the sources and sinks of the main greenhouse gases: carbon dioxide (CO2), methane (CH4) and nitrous oxide (N2O). A better knowledge of these sources is necessary to understand the processes that control them and therefore to predict their variations. Indeed, large feedbacks between climate change and greenhouse gas fluxes are expected during the 21st century. Sources and sinks of these gases generate spatial and temporal gradients that can be measured either in situ or from space. One can then estimate the surface fluxes, either positive or negative, from concentration measurements through a so-called atmospheric inversion. Surface measurements are currently used to estimate the fluxes at continental scales. The high density of spaceborne observations allows potentially a much higher resolution. Several remote sensing techniques can be used to measure atmospheric concentration of greenhouse gases. These techniques have motivated the development of spaceborne instruments, some of them already in space and others under development. However, the accuracy of the current estimates is still not sufficient to improve our knowledge on the greenhouse gases sources and sinks. Rapid improvements are expected during the forthcoming years with a strong implication of the scientific community and the launch of dedicated instruments, optimized for the measurement of CO2 and CH4 concentrations. 相似文献

鞍山东山风景区古老岩带呈巨型包体存在于立山奥长花岗岩(3.1Ga)中,其主体为条带状片麻岩(3.8Ga)。此外还有金云母透闪石岩、(含)黑云斜长角闪岩、闪长质片麻岩、变石英闪长质岩石、细粒奥长花岗岩、二长花岗岩、伟晶岩脉等。测定了部分岩石的锆石年龄,其中变石英闪长质岩石(A9604)为3.65Ga(Wan et al.,1999),闪长质片麻岩(A9317)为3.5Ga、二长花岗岩(类型I,A9605)为3.1Ga,黑云斜长角闪岩(A0019)为3.3Ga、细粒奥长花岗岩(A0017)为3.2Ga、二长花岗岩(类型Ⅱ,A0020),为2.6Ga,有关岩石的地球化学组成特征在文中地进行了简要介绍,在此基础上,提出了该古老岩带的地质同位素年代演化序列,认为鞍山地区不同时代、不同成因地质体空间上共存是该芡长期地质演化的结果,而不是后期构造作用把它们拼合到一起的,鞍山地区很可能存在>3.8Ga的古老地壳岩石。 相似文献
