对应分析方法在粤西水东湾动力沉积环境分析的应用

本文以粤西水东湾表层沉积物样品的粒度分布为基本数据,使用对应分析方法并结合地形与波流特征,分析了海湾动力沉积环境。分析结果表明,海湾现代沉积环境可划分为4个动力沉积区。     

鲁南近浅海沉积物样品的因子分析及其地质意义

本文提出河流携带入海的沉积物或沿岸剥蚀物中矿物的分布及再组合是受多种因素控制的。为了确定控制鲁南两城河至白马河沉积物样品中矿物分布及再组合的主要因素,作者对该区109个沉积物样品的重矿物资料进行了Q型和R型因子分析。研究指出,在诸多的河流中,白马河和两城河是控制该区沉积物分布的最上要的河流;矿物的化学稳定性是决定该区矿物再组合的主要因素。     

High Precision Geoid Models HKGEOID-2000 for Hong Kong and SZGEOID-2000 for Shenzhen, China

High precision geoid models HKGEOID-2000 for Hong Kong and SZGEOID-2000 for Shenzhen, China, have been developed with a hybrid approach of so-called sequential processing, using high precision GPS/leveling data, land and sea gravity anomalies, and digital terrain models. These two local geoid models have the same 1-km resolution. The estimated accuracy (external accuracy) is better than 1.7 cm for HKGEOID-2000 and 1.4 cm for SZGEOID-2000. Some common areas are covered by HKGEOID-2000 and SZGEOID-2000. So these two geoid models, along with high quality GPS/leveling data collected on the overlapping areas, can be used to detect the systematic bias between HKGEOID-2000 and SZGEOID-2000, as well as the difference between Hong Kong Principal Datum and 1956 yellow sea height datum of China, yielding RMS errors of 1.011 m and 1,003 m, respectively. Moreover, HKGEOID-2000, along with GPS ellipsoidal heights, is employed to determine the errors of the “orthometric heights” from purely trigonometric heighting, yielding an RMS error of 0.102 m. The combination of SZGEOID-2000 and GPS ellipsoidal heights has been used to replace the traditional spirit leveling and mapping, called GPS mapping.     

Diagnosis of iridovirus in large yellow croaker by PCR

A rapid and sensitive PCR-based method for the detection of the large yellow croaker iridovirus(LYCIV) is described,which involves the amplification of a 295 bp fragment of the LYCIV ATPase gene from DNA isolated from naturally infected fish spleen.Sequencing of LYCIV ATPase gene fragment showed it shared 100% nucleotide sequence homology with the corresponding region of the ATPase gene of red sea bream iridovirus(RSIV) and sea bass iridovirus(SBIV),suggesting that LYCIV was homologous with RSIV and SBIV at least in part of the gemone.The specificity and sensitivity of the PCR procedure were tested on the iridovirus-infected fishes,the expected fragment was detected from spleen DNA samples of infected fishes,whereas no fragments were amplified from healthy fish spleen DNA,white spot syndrome baculoviruses(WSBV) DNA and pseudorabies virus(PRV) DNA.Detection limit of this method was 10^-7 ng positive plasmid DNA containing target sequence,equal to about 100 virions.In the infected experiment,first positive detection(1/4) appeared at Day 3 post-infection,all fish(4/4) tested positive at Day 7,however obvious symptoms were observed at Day 8,so LYCIV infection could be detected prior to the appearance of obvious symptoms.These results indicate that this PCR method could be used for early,rapid and specific detection of LYCIV infection.     

近海海面上水汽向上输送的季节性差异

本文分析了雷达观测结果，发现近海海面上的水汽向上输送随季节而变化，由于季节的变化和不同的天气情况，海表面大气现象在雷达中有不同的显示，根据这些显示得到了不同的信息，由此而得出春秋两季海表面水汽向上输送量的不同。     

On the side wall effects upon bodies of arbitrary geometry in wave tanks

A numerical model based on using a tank Green function, has been developed to compute the side wall effects on first- and second-order loadings upon bodies of arbitrary geometry in wave tanks. This tank Green function (TGF) is composed of a finite series of open-sea Green functions and an asymptotic part represented by two single integrals whose kernels decrease exponentially with the integral variable. This consistent expression of the TGF permits one to highlight the side wall effects and to give some criteria for the choice of tank width and the measurement duration to limit the reflection of diffraction and radiation waves.

The efficiency of the developed model is shown in the application to hemispheres and a box-shaped barge placed in the center of the wave tanks. The numerical results explain well the irregularities in the experimental measurements and show that the side walls have important effects on the first-order quantities. These effects are much more pronounced on the second-order drift loads.     

沉积物对磷酸盐的吸附与释放

本实验研究黄河口水文站沉积物对黄河水磷的吸附释放过程和东海１１１号站位沉积物对海水磷的吸附释放过程。并摸拟黄河沉积物在海水中磷的吸附释放过程。结果表明：底沉积物对磷的吸附相当迅速，无论是河泥还是海泥在２４ｈ内均能达到吸附平衡。吸附量与沉积物的量和水中原有磷的浓度有关，在不同的ｐＨ条件下，沉积物对磷的吸附是有显著差别的     

二色桌片参酶解液对转化细胞的效应

用二色桌片参（Mensamariaintercedens）酶解液处理转化的人胚肺成纤维细胞（NLF）后，细胞生长受到显著抑制，抑制率达64．84％，光镜下细胞透光性加强，铺展较好，细胞核形更为规则，核畸形现象减少；线粒体结构趋于正常；软琼脂集落实验表明，细胞集落形成率由23ｘ10－5下降至12．5ｘ10－5，裸小鼠致瘤实验显示抑瘤率为82．39％，差异显著（p＜5％）。结果提示，二色桌片参酶解液可能逆转转化的HLF细胞的恶性表型，对其有一定的诱导分化作用。     

长江中下游6月份降水的一个预报指标

根据１９６３－１９９２年嵊山海洋站２月海气感热输送和２２ａ太阳磁周期与降水的关系，提出了一个长江中下游６月降水的综合预报指标，用此指标，对１９９３年６月长江中下游降水进行回报，结果与实况一致。     

黄条鰤贮藏挥发性化合物的研究

用气相色谱仪和气—质联机等方法对黄条鱼师的腐败挥发性化合物进行了定性和定量分析。这将有利于对黄条做一步的生化性质分析和制定其鲜品的国家标准。样品在２５℃贮藏５ｄ期间，测定了某些化学指标。结果表明在贮藏１ｄ后，鱼肉变腐臭，挥发性碱基化合物三甲胺和二甲基在贮藏中增加。在５ｄ的贮藏期间发现的挥发性有机酸包括乙酸、丙酸、丁酸、异丁酸、戊酸、异成酸，并且它们的含量不断增加，检测出脂肪氧化产物和含硫化合物，正己醛、３—辛酮、３，５—丰二烯—２—酮，２—壬酮辛烯—３—醇，二甲基三硫化物、１Ｈ—吲哚等都是黄条腐败时产生的重要挥发性化合物。应指出的是，２—甲基丁醇、庚醇、苯酚、辛烯—３—醇己醛是黄条中所特有的化合物，其余化合物与其它鱼类的挥发性化合物几乎相近。
