柳林泉岩溶地下水污染与治理措施

柳林泉是吕梁地区最大的岩溶泉，属山西省重点保护泉之一，也是吕梁地区离柳煤电能源区和离石市、中阳县、柳林县三个县市城市生活的主要水源。从上世纪九十年代开始在不断的变化，许多有害元素的检出率从无到有逐渐增加，随着水量减少和环境的变化，水质将进一步恶化。针对柳林泉的污染状况提出治理措施，并能引起有关部门的重视。

分析了数字城市规划系统的业务需求，介绍了其基础数据更新、工作流、无纸化办公、历史空间信息管理等主要关键技术，并对其进行了讨论。     

数字地籍测绘实施中的技术问题

数字地籍测绘是目前土地管理部门的首选方案,需要制定街坊划分、界址线设定、工作底图与采集草图一体化作业、数据文件管理、街坊线、图斑的绘制等技术措施。     

基于虚拟监控技术的机器人系统

介绍了一种虚拟现实技术(VR)与智能机器人监控技术协同作业的机器人系统，该系统使用虚拟现实技术建造具有良好交互性的人机界面，并且结合智能机器人监控技术，实现了虚拟监控操作。通过机器人系统，将虚拟操作结果作为一个整体对象投射到工作现场，完成了实际作业，并以水下机器人检查钻井平台水下部分的焊缝工作为背景，说明了本系统各种功能的实现过程。     

基于网络的机器人跨平台远程实时控制

提出了一种基于网络的多层次结构的跨平台远程实时控制框架，它由智能与人机交互层、运动规划层、运动控制层和伺服控制层构成，并基于该框架完成了一套单机器人远程实时控制系统，进行了远程视觉控制试验。试验表明，该控制系统运行稳定，实时性强。     

GIS空间数据的采集误差及其分析

本文详细阐述了GIS数据采集过程中的误差来源，重点分析了通过地图、遥感和摄影测量等方式采集数据所产生的误差及其特性，分析了其对GIS数据的影响与消减方法。     

Integration and Sharing of Geo-spatial Data Based on Data Engine

Through analyzing the principle of data sharing in the database system, this paper discusses the principle and method for integrating and sharing GIS data by data engine, introduces a way to achieve the high integration and sharing of GIS data on the basis of VCT in VC , and provides the method for uniting VCT into RDBMS in order to implement a spatial database with object-oriented data model.     

高职GIS专业实践教学及实践基地建设

高职教育是GIS人才培养的重要组成部分。本文通过介绍职教GIS专业的建设，探索GIS实践教学与实践基地建设模式、方法及对人才培养的影响。     

Magnetic activity inside the auroral zones and field-aligned currents

Big perturbations of the magnetic field (amplitudes larger than 250 nT) are simply detected by subtracting the values of a model from the measurements of CHAMP satellite. Taking a full year of CHAMP data and organizing them in four subsets of three months length (spring, summer, autumn, winter), it is found that: (a) the two domains where such big perturbations mainly exist are limited, in both hemispheres, by a parallel of high latitude of the corrected geomagnetic coordinates system; (b) a conspicuous seasonal (annual) variation affects the density of the perturbations and is opposite in the two hemispheres. We hold that these perturbations are linked to the midday magnetic activity within the auroral zone, long ago described by one of us (Mayaud, 1956). The source of the perturbations observed at the satellite altitude would be field-aligned currents resulting from the penetration of the solar wind into the magnetospheric cusps.
