Imposex was measured in the rock shell, Thais clavigera, from the coast of the Korean peninsula. Frequency of imposex was 0% at two reference sites, but at 47 out of 61 sites, frequency of imposex was recorded as 100%. The degree of imposex was relatively high at the sites near a harbor and a shipyard. Tributyltin (TBT) and triphenyltin (TPT) concentrations in T. clavigera ranged from 5 to 508 ng/g and from 3 to 2460 ng/g, respectively. A significant positive relationship was found between degree of imposex and organotin concentration, whereas a significant negative relationship was obtained between female-to-male sex ratio and the degree of imposex. During a field transplantation of T. clavigera from a pristine area to a port, TBT and TPT were accumulated in T. clavigera, and imposex was induced. T. clavigera shows considerable potential as a bioindicator species of the adverse effects of TBT and TPT contamination.  相似文献

于1990年6月在长江口赤潮多发区定点观测到一次中肋骨条藻赤潮发生的全过程,对中肋骨条藻赤潮发生过程中浮游植物群落结构的变动及细胞形态的变化进行研究。结果表明,(1)中肋骨条藻赤潮发生前,水体中甲藻数量多于硅藻;赤潮发生后,中肋骨条藻增殖,逐渐成为主要优势种,硅藻在数量上超过了甲藻;浮游植物种类丰度指数的大小能较好地反映赤潮发生的各个阶段。(2)赤潮发生过程中,中肋骨条藻细胞增殖率次序为:发展阶段  相似文献

In this paper the impacts of the anomalous SST in the warm pool area of the Western Equatorial Pacific on the winter time circulation and the East Asian monsoon are studied by using the NCAR CCM. It is found that the abnormal heating in the warm pool area will change the strength and the position of the Walker Cell in the Equatorial Pacific and the anti-Walker Cell in the equatorial Indian Ocean. Both the Walker and anti-Walker Cells are strengthened. The local Hadley Cells over two hemispheres near the warm pool are also strengthened. The subtropical highs in two hemispheres become stronger and move poleward slightly. The westerly jets in the extratropical regions have similar changes as the subtropical highs. The winter monsoon in South-East Asia is weakened by the abnormal heating in the warm pool. The experiment also show that there are wave trains emanating from surrounding areas of the warm pool to the high latitudes, causing various changes in circulations and local weather.  相似文献

通过对塔玛亚历山大藻(ATHK和AT-6藻株)、链状亚历山大藻(ACDH藻株)和微小亚历山大藻(AM-1藻株)的PSP毒素含量和组成以及它们分别对轮虫、黑褐新糠虾和鲈鱼存活影响的比较研究发现:塔玛亚历山大藻AT-6藻株不产生麻痹性贝毒毒素PSP,而塔玛亚历山大藻ATHK、链状亚历山大藻ACDH和微小亚历山大藻AM-1均产生PSP毒素,其总含量分别为19.74、5.395、5.57fmol/cell(2.60、0.36、1.61pgSTXeq/cell)。塔玛亚历山大藻AT-6对轮虫、黑褐新糠虾和鲈鱼这三种生物均没有不利影响;对于轮虫,塔玛亚历山大藻ATHK和链状亚历山大藻ACDH的96hLC50分别为:200和1200cells/ml,而微小亚历山大藻AM-1无不利影响;对于糠虾,塔玛亚历山大藻ATHK、链状亚历山大藻ACDH和微小亚历山大藻AM-1的96hLC50分别为7000、11000、16000cells/ml;对于鲈鱼,这三株藻的96hLC50分别为3700、4000、20000cells/ml。四株亚历山大藻对三种生物的毒性大小与其PSP毒素含量和组成无直接的相关关系,其毒性作用可能来自其他未知毒性物质。塔玛亚历山大藻ATHK不同组分分别对三种生物的毒性比较研究表明:藻细胞重悬液和藻液对三种生物的不利影响最为显著,去藻过滤液和细胞碎片对轮虫和鲈鱼没有明显影响,但糠虾的存活率有所下降;细胞内容物对轮虫和糠虾也无影响,但对鲈鱼的存活有一定影响。以上研究表明:不同亚历山大藻的毒性大小存在差别,其对不同生物的危害机制也不相同,除PSP毒素外,亚历山大藻可能还存在其他的毒性物质。  相似文献

An exact analytic solution for wave diffraction by wedge or corner with arbitrary angle (rπ) and reflection coefficients (R0 and Rr) is presented in this paper. It is expressed in two forms-series and integral representations, corresponding recurrence relation and asymptotic expressions are also derived. The solution is simplified for some special cases of rπ. For Rr= R0,r= 1/N and Rr≠R0,r = 1/2N, the solution can be reduced to linear superpositions of incident and partially reflected waves, hence a nonlinear solution of forth order for this problem can be obtained by using the author's theory of nonlinear interaction among gravity surface waves. The given solution is related to inhomogeneous Robin boundary conditions, which include the Neumann boundary conditions usually accepted in wave diffraction theory.  相似文献

As an additive of gasoline,methyl tert-butyl ether(MTBE)has a higher solubility in water,which is about 20 times as high as that of benzene.This characteristic results in MTBE dissolving out of the gasoline into the soil and groundwater.Due to relative unique physicochemical behavior of MTBE it would be an ideal candidate for use in environmental forensic investigations.In order to study the transport and distribution of MTBE in saturated zone of ground water,a two-dimensional experimental cell was setup to simulate the real environment of the groundwater flow.The effects of soil and groundwater flow velocity on the MTBE transport were investigated.The results show that the mobile distance of MTBE in vertical direction was smaller than that in horizontal direction paralleling with the groundwater flow.Because the main dynamics of groundwater flow direction was convection and dispersion,the movement of MTBE is also diffusion in the vertical direction.In addition,the transport of MTBE was more quick in high permeability porous media,and the increase of groundwater flow velocity can accelerate the MTBE plume de-velopment,but the irregularity and randomness of the plume are enhanced synchronously.These research results can give some helps for the investigation of MTBE movement in the groundwater,also can make some references for other petroleum contamination behavior.  相似文献

Based on global solar radiation and related meteorological data from 57 stations in China between 1961 and 2009, we analyze the variation of surface global solar radiation (G) and its relationship to meteorological elements using linear-trend estimation, wavelet analysis, and the Mann-Kendall test. The results show that of the 33 stations with time series longer than 45 years, G is significant at the 95% confidence level. G has a decreasing trend at many stations, but results vary across different areas. The decadal departure percentage of G increased from the 1960s to 1970s, declined gradually after the 1970s, and decreased significantly in the 1980s. In the 1990s, the trend at a few sites slightly increased. The trend of cumulative variance is of four types, i.e. rise-fall, rise-fall-slight rise, rise-fall-rise, and not obvious. For changes within a year, the most obvious decline was in winter, and the rest of the year had a slight decrease. The major cycles of annual G were 6-9, 10-13, and 29-33 a. The inflection points were mostly in the 1970s. The reasons for greater changes were complex. Relevant meteorological elements were selected and analyzed by statistical methods. Trends in climatic parameters, such as annual average percentage of sunshine, annual average wind speed, and annual average of low cloud cover, were closely related to G. Thus, this indicated the potential causes of the observed trends in G. The long-term trend for annual G in some regions was also influenced by anthro- pogenic activities. Annual average percentage of sunshine and annual average wind speed were positively correlated with annual G, respectively.  相似文献
