LD2000 System with 3S and Multi—sensor

This paper introduces a car-borne road information collecting and updating system (LD2000) developed by Wuhan Technical University of Surveying and Mapping.This system is capable of collecting road network information and creating digital road network effectively by means of GPS,GIS and multi-sensor integration.The design and development of LD 2000 system are also presented in this paper.     

Shape Similarity measures of Linear Entities

The essential of feature matching technology lies in how to measure the similarity of spatial entities.Among all the possible similarity measures,the shape similarity measure is one of the most important measures because it is easy to collect the necessary parameters and it is also well matched with the human intuition.In this paper a new shape similarity measure of linear entities based on the differences of direction change along each line is presented and its effectiveness is illustrated.     

Rank-Defect Adjustment Model for Survey-Line Systematic Errors in Marine Survey Net

In this paper,the structure of systematic and random errors in marine survey net are discussed in detail and the adjustment method for observations of marine survey net is studied,in which the rank-defect haracteristic is discovered first up to now.On the basis of the survey-line systematic error model,the formulae of the rank-defect adjustment model are deduced according to modern adjustment theory.An examle of calculations with really observed data is carried out to demonstrate the efficiency of this adjustment model.Moreover,it is proved that the semi-systematic error correction method used at present in marine gravimetry in China is a special case of the adjustment model presented in this paper.     

Possibilities of GPS Kinematic Measurements for Geological Survey in East Slovakia

This paper deals with transformation procedures for observed GPS data from the world geodetic system WGS-84 into the national geodetic grid datum S-UTCN(system of united trigonometric cadaster network) and Baa(the Baltic Sea after adjustment).Transformation from WGS-84 into SUTCN is performed most frequently by means of the 7-element Helmert transformation with three identical points.Geodetic network was adjusted by two ways.     

地球质心运动的频谱分析方法

针对地球质心运动主要是由多种周期运动叠加的特点，依次讨论了谱分析方法中的AR模型谱分析和小波谱分析方法，分别指出：将参数谱分析方法中的AR模型谱分析和非参数谱分析中的小波谱分析相结合产生的小波－AR谱分析以及小波包－AR谱分析方法，在地球质心运动的谱分析中有较好的频率分辨率以及噪声抑制能力。     

正交实验法在测绘仪器检定中的应用

在测绘生产和科研项目中，为了改革旧工艺或对新仪器，新产品,经常需要做多因素实验，如何安排多因素实验，是一个很值得研究的问题，文中以数字水准仪及标尺综合精度的检定为例，介绍了正交实验法在测绘仪器检定中的应用。     

由多帧欠采样影像重建高分辨率影像的方法

针对同一区域多帧影像分辨率均很低的情况，首先讨论了多帧1维欠采样影像重建理论及模型，在此基础上分析了2维多帧欠采样影像的重建问题，推导出一般模型。实验结果表明，由多帧具有相异信息的欠采样影像经过完全配准后，可以生成一幅空间高分辨率的影像。     

利用高分辨率航天遥感影像实现城市3维可视化

利用高分辨率遥感影像提取地物数据，并采取面向对象的空间数据模型对数据进行管理，使用虚拟现实技术对城市景观进行3维重建，然后利用有理函数数学模型表示遥感影像与地面之间的构像关系。使用纹理映射技术，构建具有高度真实感的城市3维景观图。     

图幅磁偏角自动计算的原理和方法

详细论述了磁偏角自动计算的原理，并提出了一种利用地磁图自动计算图幅磁偏角的新方法，实验表明，用地磁图建立磁偏角数字模型和年变率数字模型进行图幅磁偏角的自动计算是可行的。     

基于Internet的地理信息系统的设计与实现

介绍了WebGIS的概念和特点，详细论述了实现WebGIS的一些关键技术；提出了解决基于网络的海量数据的数据结构组织的传输方案，以及如何在WebGIS的开发中引入ODBC技术，ASP技术来实现数据的管理，另外，提出了几点建立WebGIS应考虑的问题。
