用规章管人管事 用制度治散治慢——义乌市国土资源局实行“四化”干部队伍管理新模式

正2017年,义乌市国土资源局结合省国土资源厅开展的"责任落实年"、义乌市委市政府开展的"三勇三新"主题教育实践活动和自设的国土资源大讲坛等载体,充分发扬义乌改革精神,以大刀阔斧和改革创新之势,全面从严加强队伍建设,从日常管理、激励奖励、关爱慰问、考绩考核等多个方面研究制定了一套系统完善的干部队伍管理体系,实行"科学化、精准化、人文化、信息化"的干部队伍管理新模式。     

(2+1)维 Korteweg-de Vries 方程的传播孤子及混沌行为

利用一个投射方程和变量分离法,得到了(2+1)维 Korteweg-de Vries (KdV) 方程的新显式精确解.根据得到的孤立波解,构造出 KdV 方程的传播孤子结构. 利用一个新的混沌系统研究了孤子的混沌行为.     

Matter-wave interference in an axial triple-well optical dipole trap

This paper proposes a scheme of axial triple-well optical dipole trap by employing a simple optical system composed of a circular cosine grating and a lens. Three optical wells separated averagely by ～37 μm were created when illuminating by a YAG laser with power 1 mW. These wells with average trapping depth ～0.5 μK and volume ～74 μm³ are suitable to trap and manipulate an atomic Bose--Einstein condensation (BEC). Due to a controllable grating implemented by a spatial light modulator, an evolution between a triple-well trap and a single-well one is achievable by adjusting the height of potential barrier between adjacent wells. Based on this novel triple-well potentials, the loading and splitting of BEC, as well as the interference between three freely expanding BECs, are also numerically stimulated within the framework of mean-field treatment. By fitting three cosine functions with three Gaussian envelopes to interference fringe, the information of relative phases among three condensates is extracted.     

Study of A Geo-Acoustic Model of Gas-Bearing Sediment and Its Application in Sediment with Low Acoustic Velocity

A new geo-acoustic model for gas-bearing sediment is proposed based on the work of Dvorkin and Prasad, and Biot theory. Only five geophysical parameters: sediment mineral composition, free gas saturation, tortuosity (also known as the structure factor), permeability, and porosity, are considered in the model. A benefit of this model is that we need only five parameters instead of ten parameters in the Biot’s formulas for acoustic velocity and attenuation calculation. Here the model is demonstrated with the in-situ experimental data collected from the Hangzhou Bay, China. The results of this study suggest that free gas content in sediment is the most critical condition resulting in a low acoustic velocity (compressional wave). The respective contributions of the other four parameters in the model are also discussed.

当前,我省正处在工业化、城镇化加快发展时期.今年二季度以来,我省经济呈现明显回升势头,企业信心明显增强,国际金融危机对我省实体经济的负面影响随着政策效应不断显现而明显减弱,经济发展态势良好,矿产资源开发和消费不断扩大,储量消耗的增长快于储量发现的增长,资源保障程度呈下降态势.矿产资源保障面临的突出问题是,需求持续增长,部分省内资源供需失衡,对外依存度攀高,利用两个市场和两种资源的风险在不断加大,形势比较严峻.     

国家海洋局第二海洋研究所自主研制的“多频海底声学原位测量系统”通过专家鉴定

近日,国家海洋局海洋科学技术司在杭州主持召开了“多频海底声学原位测量系统”科技成果鉴定会。来自国家海洋局第一海洋研究所、715所、国家海洋技术中心、浙江大学、杭州电子科技大学和中国计量学院等专家组成的鉴定委员会,听取了由陶春辉研究员代表成果完成单位所作的技术研究报告和工作报告,并审阅了查新报告、应用证明等相关资料。
