First of all, the necessity of establishing financial centres is expounded. The establishment of financial centres has a lot of benefits to the world economic development, China's economy and the occupied cities. The location conditions of financial centres may be summarized as follows: the location of trade centre, the factors of geographical position, the circumstances of finance, etc.. We consider that the first batch of financial centres in China should be established in the eastern cities of China. So 9 eastern cities in China are chosen as the spare financial centres. According to the location conditions of financial centres, 12 indices are chosen and the method of synthetic weighted average is used to find the best locations of financial centres. In this paper, the dynamic stress concentration and scattering of SH-waves by bi-naterial structures that possess an interface elliptic cavity are investigated. First, by using the complex function method, the Green‘s function is constructed. This yields the solution of the displacement field for an elastic half space with a semi-elliptic canyon impacted by an anti-plane harmonic line source loading on the horizontal surface. Then, the problem is divided into an upper and lower half space along the horizontal interface, regarded as a harmony model. In order to satisfythe integral continuity condition,the unknown anti-plane forces are applied to the interface. The integral equations with unknown forces can be established through the continuity condition, and after transformation, the algebraic equations are solved numerically. Finally, the distribution of the dynamic stress concentration factor (DSCF) around the elliptic cavity is given and the effect of different parameters on DSCF is discussed. 相似文献

The greenhouse effect of methane (CH4) is only inferior to that of carbon dioxide (CO2). As an important anthropogenic emission source, the calculation of the emission amount of CH4 from waste treatment in landfills plays an important role in compiling greenhouse gases inventory and in estimating the climate change effects caused by increasing of greenhouse gases. Based on the previous work, and according to the sampling and analysis on municipal solid waste (MSW) in typical cities, the degradable organic carbon (DOC) percentile was identified in typical cities in recent years. According to the IPCC greenhouse gases inventory guideline and default method of CH4 emission from MSW landfills, and in light of MSW managing situation in different regions, the amount of CH4 emission was calculated. The results show that the amount of CH4 emission decreases geographically from east to west and it increases temporally from 1994 to 2004 in China. 相似文献

This paper presents an investigation of the steady-state response of pavement systems subjected to a moving traffic load. The traffic loads are simulated by four rectangular load pressures, and the rigid and flexible pavement systems are regarded as an infinite plate resting on a poroelastic half-space soil medium. The contact surface between the plate and the poroelastic half-space is assumed to be smooth and fully permeable. Kirchhoff small-deflection thin-plate theory is employed to analyze the plate, while Biot’s fully dynamic poroelastic theory is used to characterize the poroelastic half-space. The frequency wave-number domain solution of the pavement system is obtained by the compatibility condition between the plate and the poroelastic half-space. By applying the inverse fast Fourier transform, the time domain solution is obtained. Also, the influences of the load speed, the permeability of the soil, and the flexural rigidity of the plate on the response of the pavement system are investigated. The numerical results show that the influences of these parameters on the dynamic response of the pavement system are significant. 相似文献
