从患狂游病的病鳗体内进行病原菌分离,得到3株菌,编号为9801,9802,9803。经人工感染,确定9801,9803两菌株为致病菌。从人工感染的病鱼分邝得到2菌株,编号为9804,9805。4菌株的特征具有明显的一致性:革兰氏阴性,短杆状,氧化酶、过氧化氢酶、精氨酸双水解酶、赖氨酸脱羧酶、VP反应,吲哚试验显阳性,鸟氨酸脱羧酶、尿酶、苯丙氨酸脱氨酶阴性,鉴定9801,9803,9804,9805  相似文献

本文以Biot的固结理论为基础,利用有限单元法,对水布垭水库未来蓄水后地壳岩石中由于附加水荷载所产生的各种力学效应进行了数值计算。计算中沿清江从招徕河到恩施之间共取剖面48个。认为:(1)水体荷载产生的附加应力场、孔压场和形变场在库岸附近造成压应力差和位移差,特别是分布有附加的张应力,促使库水向外渗透和扩散,导致孔压改变、有效应力降低或增大;(2)水布垭库坝区的张性断裂和喀斯特较发育的地段,由于水体荷载效应和库水的渗透及扩散作用,易沟通地下水的动力联系,使岩体失稳并在浅层易产生倾斜型或倾斜型兼走滑型滑动;(3)孔压和位移一般在库基下几公里深度区域内多形成一个高值孔压和低值位移的变换带,是应力易于集中的场所;(4)水荷载产生的各种附加效应,受蓄水方式和蓄水时间的影响。  相似文献

Environmental change in Lake Taihu and its catchment since the early to middle part of the twentieth century has left a clear geochemical record in the lake sediments. The human activities in the lake and its catchment responsible for the change include agriculture, fishery, urbanisation, sewage and industrial waster disposal. Sediment cores were collected from Meilian Bay of northern Lake Taihu to investigate the record of anthropogenic impacts on the lake’s ecosystem and to assess its natural, pre-eutrophication baseline state. Two marked stratigraphic sediment units were identified on the basis of total phosphorus concentration (TP), pigments, total organic carbon (TOC)/total nitrogen (TN), δ13C and δ15N corresponding to stages in the lake history dominated by phytoplankton, and by aquatic macrophytes. Results show that as TP loading increased from the early 1950s the lake produced sediments with increasing amounts of organic matter derived from phytoplankton. In the early 1950s, the first evidence for eutrophication at the Meilian Bay site is recorded by an increase in C/N values and in sediment accumulation rate, but there is little change in phosphorus concentrations, pigments, δ13C and δ15N at this time. After 1990 a more rapid increase in trophic status took place indicated by increased levels of phosphorus, pigments, δ15N and by decreased δ13C and TOC/TN values in the lake sediments. The first increase in trophic status of the early 1950s results mainly from agricultural development in the catchment. In contrast, the acceleration from ca. 1990 originates from the recent development of fisheries and the urbanisation and industrialisation of the catchment.  相似文献

The accumulation of Pb in the food chain is one of the great concerns as it can cause chronic health problems and the available Pb is easily absorbed by crops. To shed light on Pb bioavailability in lead-contaminated agricultural soils of Zhejiang Province, a series of plant growth experiments were performed in a greenhouse to select more suitable extractants from five commonly used extractants (0.1 M HCl, 1 M NH4OAc, 0.1 M CaCl2, DTPA-TEA and Mehlich 3). The results showed that 1 M NH4OAc can extract Pb best, indicating the Pb bioavailability, then, DTPA-TEA and 0.1 M HCl in the tested soils. In case 1 M NH4OAc was used as an extractant, the critical Pb concentrations in soils were 50.19 mg/kg, 21.16 mg/kg and 114.00 mg/kg (1 M NH4OAc extracted Pb) in silty loam, yellowish-red soil and purplish soil, respectively. When the values exceed the above ones, the contents of Pb in Chinese cabbage leaves will exceed the Chinese Tolerance Limit of Lead in Foods (GB14935-94), as a result, potential ecological risk and hazard to human health via the food chain will appear.  相似文献

Based on the historical records of the annual increase in the workforce (men older than 16 years of age), the annual new taxed cropland in the Shengjing area (Northeast China), the extreme climate events in North China, and related management policies in Northeast China during 1661―1680, a case study has been conducted to investigate the relationship between the extreme climate events in North China and the migration to Northeast China for cultivation. This study has found that the migration to Northeast China for cultivation from 1661 to 1680 was a response to the drought events that occurred in North China. The upsurge of migration, which occurred in 1665―1680, was a response to the drought period during 1664―1680 in North China while the fewer disasters period in Northeast China. There were three migratory peaks during the upsurge of migration, which corresponded to the three drought events. The peaks of migration, however, often lagged behind the drought events about 1―2 years. The encourag-ing-migration policy, which was adopted to encourage cultivation in Northeast China, did not produce much migration into the region in the early Qing Dynasty. It did, however, provide a policy background, which ensured more than 10000 migrants per year to Northeast China when North China suffered from drought/flood disasters. As a response to the highest peak of migration induced by the severe droughts in North China during 1664―1667, a prohibiting-migration policy restricted further migration to Northeast China was carried out in 1668. Although the prohibiting-migration policy could not entirely stop the migrants fleeing from famine in North China to Northeast China, the migrants and cultivation were significantly reduced under the policy. The frequent changes of the policy on the years when taxation started after the land was cultivated were also related to climate events. The extreme climate events in North China, migration to Northeast China for cultivation, and the related management poli-cies showed an impact-response chain, which reflected the interaction among extreme climate events, human behavior, and policies.  相似文献

We simulate accumulative Coulomb failure stress change in a layered Maxwell viscoelastic media in the north-eastern Qinghai-Xizang(Tibetan)Plateau since 1920.Lithospheric stress/strain evolution is assumed to be drivenby dislocations of large earthquakes(M≥7.0)and secular tectonic loading.The earthquake rupture parameters suchas the fault rupture length,width,and slip are either adopted from field investigations or estimated from their sta-tistic relationships with the earthquake magnitudes and seismic moments.Our study shows that among 20 largeearthquakes(M≥7.0)investigated,17 occurred in areas where the Coulomb failure stress change is positive,with atriggering rate of 85%.This study provides essential data for the intermediate to long-term likelihood estimation oflarge earthquakes in the northeastern Tibetan Plateau.  相似文献

This paper clarifies the essence of the significance test of singular value decomposition analysis (SVD), and investigates four rules for testing the significance of coupled modes of SVD, including parallel analysis, nonparametric bootstrap, random-phase test, and a new rule named modified parallel analysis. A numerical experiment is conducted to quantitatively compare the performance of the four rules in judging whether a coupled mode of SVD is significant as parameters such as the sample size, the number of grid points, and the signal-to-noise ratio vary.
The results show that the four rules perform better with lower ratio of the number of grid points to sample size. Modified parallel analysis and nonparametric bootstrap perform best to abandon the spurious coupled modes, but the latter is better than the former to retain the significant coupled modes when the sample size is not much larger than the number of grid points. Parallel analysis and random-phase test are robust to abandon the spurious coupled modes only when either (1) the observations at the grid points are spatially uncorrelated, or (2) the coupled signal is very strong for parallel analysis and is not weak for random-phase test. The reasons affecting the accuracy of the test rules are discussed.  相似文献

本文作者开发基于E5071B型矢量网络分析仪(VNA)的高分辨率探地雷达系统(LANRCS—GPR),该系统立足于频率域探地雷达系统的宽频带和适应性强的优点之上,充分发挥了矢量网络分析仪具有的超宽带、高精度测量等特性。该系统采用LAN方式进行系统联机控制方式,使系统组建成本低廉、易于扩展:本系统采用了计算效率高的F-K偏移方法作为实时成像方法。系统测试实验表明,该系统具有很高的探测分辨率,探测精度高,信号信噪比高,系统动态范围大,而且系统的操作灵活可靠,适应范围广,系统功能可扩展性强。该系统的研究开发为将来成品频域探地雷达系统的研发提供了理论、实验基础,同时也为电磁波传播研究及电磁探测研究搭建了一个采集数据精度高、信息量大、适应范围广、操作方便的实验平台。  相似文献

新发展了一种湿Q矢量释用技术:利用松弛法迭代求解以非地转干Q矢量散度为强迫项的方程得到垂直运动场ω 1, 然后由ω 1计算湿Q矢量散度场, 接着再利用松弛法迭代求解以湿Q矢量散度场为强迫项的ω方程得到垂直运动ω 2, 最后由ω 2结合水汽条件进行降水量计算, 得到湿Q矢量释用降水场。结合一次典型的江淮梅雨锋暴雨过程研究表明, 湿Q矢量释用降水场对同期观测降水场水平分布特征、极端降水强度都具有一定的反映能力, 反映出湿Q矢量释用技术具备实际应用的可行性和一定合理性。将此释用技术应用于华东区域数值预报模式 (基于MM5 V3.6而建立, 以下简称MM5) 产品, 得到湿Q矢量释用定量降水预报 (QPF) 场, 其独立于模式本身输出的QPF场, 但与模式QPF场具有相同的时空分辨率。针对2004年6—8月汛期华东地区一次梅雨锋降水过程和一次登陆台风降水过程, 结合实况雨量资料, 比较分析了湿Q矢量释用QPF场和MM5模式QPF场对实际观测降水场的反映能力, 结果表明, 前者对有无降水、10.0 mm/24 h以上明显降水的反映能力明显优于后者。进一步进行预报统计检验表明, 湿Q矢量释用预报有无降水、小雨及10.0 mm/24 h以上降水的TS评分、正确率都明显高于MM5模式, 而漏报率、空报率则是前者明显低于后者。这也充分反映出湿Q矢量释用技术应用于QPF研究的有效性。最后, 探讨了数值预报产品释用技术对数值预报模式性能的依赖性, 并指出未来对湿Q矢量释用技术进一步改进的方向及其广泛应用前景。  相似文献
