试论东海陆架盆地的基底构造演化和盆地形成机制

本文主要根据东海陆架盆地和周边的地质、地球物理资料,分析盆地的基底岩性特征、结构特征。认为东海陆架盆地的基底除元古界片麻岩外,还分布有一定范围的中生界及古生界。基底构造特征是纵向上多层次,横向上不均一,南北有别,东西分带。构造演化上经历了张、合、压、扭等复杂过程。     

南海带鱼遗传变异及其分类的研究

A model for the response of wave directions in slowly turning wind fields

On the basis of the wave energy balance equation, the response model of mean directions of locally wind-generated waves in slowly turning wind fields has been derived. The results show that in a homogeneous field, the time scale of the response is not only related to the rate of wave growth, but also to the directional energy distribution and the angle between the wind direction and the mean wave direction. Furthermore, the law of change in the mean wave direction has been derived. The numerical computations show that the response of wave directions to slowly turning wind directions can be treated as the superposition of the responses of wave directions to a series of sudden small-angle changes of wind directions and the turning rate of the mean wave direction depends on the turning rate and the total turning angles of the wind direction. 南黄海灾害性地质研究

本文研完了南黄海10种灾害地质因素的性质、危害性及分布,对其进行了分类,在此基础上对本区之灾害地质进行了区划和评价。     

棉兰老涡旋的数值模拟

用一个水平分辨率比较高的非线性正压模式,对热带西太平洋海域里的海流进行了数值模拟。计算海流与观测结果颇相一致。结果表明:赤道以北、棉兰老岛以东附近海域中,棉兰老冷涡在一年的大部分时间里都得到发展,但是其范围、强度和中心位置在各个月份并不相同,显示出很强的季节变化;在哈马黑拉岛东北海域,6月份突然出现了一个反气旋式的涡旋;这个涡旋8月份发展得最强,一直持续到10月份,在11月份就消亡了。     

EFFECT OF THE KUROSHIO VARIATION ON THE SUBTROPICAL HIGH PRESSURE

By using occanographic data (luring 1955-1978, we have analysed aspects of volume transport variation of the Kuroshio tor PN-linc in the East China Sea, and relationships between volume transport variation of the Kuroshio and the subtropical high pressure (SHP) of the Pacific. We have found that volume transport of the Kuroshio is closely related to the long-period oscillations of the subtropical high pressure for 8-9 years and 2-3 years, respectively. The subtropical high pressure has a phase lag behind compared with volume transport of the Kuroshio. In addition, the seasonal volume transport of the Kuroshio is closely related to the subtropical high pressure, too. The results show that volume transport variation of the Kuroshio has certain influence on future variation of the subtropical high pressure. Therefore, the volume transport of the Kuroshio may be an important parameter lor long-period forecasting of the subtropical high pressure.     

合浦珠母贝26S蛋白酶体S4,S7亚基基因片段的分离与分析

26S蛋白酶体是真核生物中一种具有ATP依赖性的蛋白酶复合体,主要通过泛肽途径选择性降解细胞内与代谢调控、细胞周期有关的功能蛋白及异常蛋白,参与多种细胞活动的调控过程。26S蛋白酶体由具有催化活性的20S亚复合体和一个具有调节作用的19S亚复合体组成,其中19S亚复合体中的ATP酶亚基是调节26S蛋白酶体活性的重要组件。本通过简并引物PCR手段,从软体动物合浦珠母贝(Pinctada fucata)中扩增到参与构成19S亚复合体的S4和S7(MSS1)两个亚基的基因片段。这两个基因片段所编码的ATP酶组件包含有Gx4GKT,DEID,SAT和H／QRxGRxxR等26S蛋白酶体ATP酶亚基的共同功能基序。这是首次在软体动物中报道26S蛋白酶体的ATP酶亚基基因序列,为研究软体动物中26S蛋白酶体的结构与功能奠定了分子基础。     

北黄海沉积物中重金属分布及环境背景值

本文讨论了北黄海１１个柱状岩芯样的颗粒物（＜０．０６３ｍｍ）中重金属的分布，采用统计学方法对Ｃｕ，Ｐｈ，Ｚｎ和Ｃｄ进行态性检验，用柱样稳定段（拐点以下）作为背景段，获得重金属环境背景值．     

山东省大中型水库浮游生物研究──Ⅰ．浮游动物生态

报道１９８９～１９９０年山东省３０多个大中型代表水库浮游动物的种类组成，种类频级、优势类群。主要种和生物量；统计分析掠食性与植食性浮游动物生物量，浮游动物与浮游植物生物量及浮游动物与代表水库营养状态指标的总磷，透明度和深度的关系。提出浮游动物个体越小，其生物量与水库营养水平关系越密切。
