Influence of Ultrasonic Treatment on the Allergenic Properties of Shrimp （Penaeus vannamei ） Allergen

The present study was undertaken to determine whether high intensity ultrasound could reduce the allergic properties of shrimp allergens. Reducing the allergenic properties of these allergens will be beneficial to allergic individuals. Samples of shrimp protein extract and shrimp muscle were treated by high-intensity ultrasound with water bathing at 0 ℃ or 50 ℃ for different time periods. The treated and untreated samples were then analyzed by SDS-PAGE, Western blots and competitive inhibition ELISA （Ci-ELISA） to determine the shrimp allergenicity. The results show that high-intensity ultrasound has no effect on allergenicity when the extracts were treated at 0℃. However, a significant decrease was observed in the level of the major shrimp allergen, Pen a 1, when the samples were treated at 50 ℃. In the determination of allergenicity with CiELISA, a reduction in IgE binding was also observed.     

2种亚洲龙鱼的D-Loop序列结构分析

采用PCR技术对2种亚洲龙鱼的mtDNAD_Loop全序列进行扩增和测序,序列结构分析和序列同源性比对结果表明,2种亚洲龙鱼的mtDNAD_Loop在靠近5’端有3个终止相关序列TAS(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ),靠近D_Loop的3’端有4个保守区域CSB1、CSB2、CSB3、CSB-D。在终止相关序列和保守区域之间是连续重复区域。经DNASP4.0软件分析,全序列中检测出多态位点数(S)为26,其中有17个转换,核苷酸多样性(Pi)为0.013,平均核苷酸差异数(K)为17.333。     

胶辽鲁西徐淮地区新元古代地层多重划分对比

依据岩性组合、古生物特征及地震事件层研究，对胶辽鲁西徐淮地区新元古代地层可作如下多重划分对比：鲁西黑山官组、二青山组分别与辽东的钓鱼台组，南芬组相当，胶东豹山口组可与南芬组对比，它们同属青白口系。辽东南关岭组下部、鲁西石旺庄组下部、苏皖北部贾园组、淮南九里桥组皆为一套砂灰岩组合，都发育第一期地震事件层，并开始含有后生动物化石，为等时地层单位，与其以上各前寒武岩石地层单位同属灯影峡阶，鲁西的佟家庄组、浮来山组可分别与辽东桥头组、长岭子组、胶东辅子夼组、南庄组、苏皖北部兰陵组一城山组、淮南伍山组一四十里长山组对比，归属《中国区域年代地层(地质年代)表》新划分的陡山陀阶。     

Marine Ingressive Events Recorded in Epicontinental Sequences:Example from the Cretaceous Songliao Basin of NE China in Comparison with the Triassic Central Europe Basin of SW Germany

Songliao Basin is filled predominantly with continental facies sediments including alluvial fan, fluvial plain, fan delta , lacustrine delta, shore ?shallow lacustrine, beach salty flat, semi - deep to deep lacustrine, subaqueous gravity flow, lacustrine swamp and pyroclastic sediments. However, some event units were formed during lake - marine linking periods of the Mid - Cretaceous in the basin, which include black shales with high values for salinity ( Sr/Ba) , alkalinity (Ca Mg)/ (Si Al) , reducibility ( Ni Zn)/Ga and sulfide sulfur as well as heavy isotopes. The Breitenholz ?section to be represen-ted for facies comparison with the Cretaceous evaporitic series in Northeast China is localized in Southwest Germany. Stratig-raphically it belongs to the Crabfeld Formation of Keuper of the Germanic Triassic corresponding to Ladinian - Camian of the international reference scale, and is generally called Lower Gipskeuper. The Germanic Triassic was deposited in the epiconti-nental(cratonic) central Euro     

The Latest Research Progress on El Nino

Cold water in the deep Pacific can be drawn up to the surface (or west warm water drifts eastwards ) because strong tide increases the mixing of seawater both in vertical and horizontal. In this way greenhouse effect is decreased or increased by means of absorbing (or releasing) CO2. Therefore, La Nina cold event (or El Nino warm event) may occur,which is caused by wanning - up or cooling - down air above the ocean. Volcanic action at sea bottom is also controlled by strong tide.     

斑节对虾白斑综合症杆状病毒感染的实验模式

在建立斑节对虾实验室养殖模式的基础上，对野外采集的有白斑综合症病毒（WSSV）病典型症状的斑节对虾初步纯化其病毒，并进行WSSV的PCR检测，得到WSSV的感染用样品。对健康斑节对虾分别进行浸浴感染，投喂感染和注射感染。对感染死亡个体进行WSSA的PCR检测和细菌检测，证实WSSV感染性和致死性。浸浴感染、投喂感染和注射感染的感染量分别为4mL/L、0.2g/10g虾体、1/2稀释液0.05mL/10g虾体，死亡开始时间分别为16d、42h、28h，三种感染模式最终死亡率100%，从开始死亡到全部死亡延续时间分别为15d、82h、44h。     

On the calculation of perturbations in the radial position of satellites

With the aim of analyzing the errors in the radial position of satellites, we give in this paper the expressions for the radial perturbation which include the complete zeroth- and first-order terms in the orbital eccentricity. A simpler and faster method of calculating the perturbation is given.     

山西省石炭系与二叠系界线

１８８２年李希霍芬在太原西山建立石炭系的太原系含煤建造以来，石炭系与二叠系的分界意见，归纳起来有三：①以Ｐｓｅｕｄｏｓｃｈｗａｇｅｒｉｎａ（ｓ．１）带之底为界，下面为石炭系，上面为二叠系；②以晋东南的灰白色“佳祥砂岩”与太原西山黄绿色“骆驼脖子砂岩”对比，砂岩底面为石炭系与二叠系的分界线，下面是石炭系山西组，上面是二叠系石盒子组，山西组的地层时代定为晚石炭世；③以晋东南灰白色第三砂岩（陵川砂岩）与太原西山“北岔沟砂岩”对比，砂岩底面为石炭系与二叠系的分界线，下面是石炭系太原组，上面是二叠系山西组，山西组的地层时代为早二叠世。笔者认为石炭系与二叠系的划分，以第③方案较适宜。

A MESO-β SCALE SIMULATION OF THE EFFECTS OF BOREAL FOREST ECOSYSTEM ON THE LOWER ATMOSPHERE

Based on the Intensive Field Campaign(IFC-1)data of Boreal Ecosystem-Atmosphere Study(BOREAS).a three-dimensional meso-β scale model is used to simulate the effect of boreal forests onthe lower atmosphere.A fine horizontal resolution of 2 km×2 km is used in order to distinguish thevegetative heterogeneity in the boreal region.A total of 20×25 grid points cover the entire sub-modeling area in BOREAS' South Study Area(SSA).The ecosystem types and their coverage ineach grid square are extracted from the North American Land Cover Characteristics Data Base(NALCCD)generated by the U.S.Geographical Survey(USGS)and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln(UNL).The topography of the study area is taken from the Digital Elevation Map(DEM)of USGS.The model outputs include the components of the energy balance budget within the canopyand at the ground.the turbulence parameters in the atmospheric boundary layer and the wind.temperature and humidity profiles extending up to a height of 1500 m.In addition to the fine timeand spatial step,the unique feature of the present model is the incorporation of both dynamic andbiological effects of the Boreal forest into the model parameterization scheme.The model resultscompare favorably with BOREAS' IFC-1 data in 1994 when the forest was in the luxuriant growingperiod.
