Petroleum System of the Sufyan Depression at the Eastern Margin of a Huge Strike-slip Fault Zone in Central Africa

Abstract: The present paper mainly studies the petroleum system of the Sufyan Depression in the Muglad Basin of central Africa and analyzes its control of hydrocarbon accumulation. On the basis of comprehensive analysis of effective source rock, reservoir bed types and source–reservoir–seal assemblages, petroleum system theory has been used to classify the petroleum system of the Sufyan Depression. Vertically, the Sufyan Depression consists of two subsystems. One is an Abu Gabra subsystem as a self generating, accumulating and sealing assemblage. The other subsystem is composed of an Abu Gabra source rock, Bentiu channel sandstone reservoir and Darfur group shale seal, which is a prolific assemblage in this area. Laterally, the Sufyan Depression is divided into eastern and western parts with separate hydrocarbon generation centers more than 10?000 m deep. The potential of the petroleum system is tremendous. Recently, there has been a great breakthrough in exploration. The Sufyan C-1 well drilled in the central structural belt obtained high-yielding oil flow exceeding 100 tons per day and controlled geologic reserves of tens of millions of tons. The total resource potential of the Sufyan Depression is considerable. The central structural belt is most favorable as an exploration and development prospect.

Relationships between Relative Spectral Lags and Relative Widths of Gamma-ray Bursts

The phenomenon of gamma-ray burst (GRB) spectral lags is very common, but a definitive explanation has not yet been given. From a sample of 82 GRB pulses we find that the spectral lags are correlated with the pulse widths, however, there is no correlation be- tween the relative spectral lags and the relative pulse widths. We suspect that the correlations between spectral lags and pulse widths might be caused by the Lorentz factor of the GRBs concerned. Our analysis on the relative quantities suggests that the intrinsic spectral lag might reflect other aspect of pulses than the aspect associated with the dynamical time of shocks or that associated with the time delay due to the curvature effect.

利用GPRS网络,设计了一套实用的基于移动网络的“变频器无线集中监控系统”方案,监控系统由监控中心、GPRS通信网络、GPRS模块和变频器组成,使变频器数据能够及时安全地和监控中心机连接,数据即时回传,同时发生故障或运行参数超限时向监控中心报警。通过在变频器系列试运行演示,GPRS网络传输性能稳定,整个系统安全可靠运行。     

Effects of a Potential Autochthonous Probiotic <Emphasis Type="Italic">Bacillus subtilis</Emphasis> 2-1 on the Growth and Intestinal Microbiota of Juvenile Sea Cucumber, <Emphasis Type="Italic">Apostichopus japonicus</Emphasis> Selenka

The effects of Bacillus subtilis 2-1 from the intestine of healthy sea cucumber on the growth, digestive enzyme activities and intestinal microbiota of juvenile sea cucumber (Apostichopus japonicus) were determined in the present study. Sea cucumber was fed with Sargassum thunbergii powder supplemented with B. subtilis 2-1 at different concentrations varying among 0 (control), 10⁵, 10⁷, and 10⁹ CFU g^?1 for 8 weeks. Results showed that the growth performance and intestinal amylase and trypsin activities were significantly increased by dietary B. subtilis 2-1 at 10⁹ CFU g^?1 (P < 0.05). However, dietary B. subtilis 2-1 had no significant influence on the lipase activity in sea cucumber (P > 0.05). The polymerase chain reaction denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis and 16S rRNA gene sequencing analysis indicated that dietary B. subtilis 2-1 at 10⁵ and 10⁷ CFU g^?1 inhibited most of the Proteobacteria including those in genus Vibrio. Dietary B. subtilis 2-1 at 10⁹ CFU g^?1 not only decreased the abundance and species of genus Vibrio, but also increased the intensity of genera Psychrobacter and Bacillus. A specific dosage of dietary B. subtilis 2-1 could increase the growth and modulate the intestinal microbiota of sea cucumber; thus it might be a novel probiotic for keeping the health of sea cucumber.     

A One-Dimensional Relativistic Shock Model for the Light Curve of Gamma-ray Bursts

We investigate the forming of gamma-ray burst pulses with a simple one-dimensional relativistic shock model. The mechanism is that a "central engine" drives forward the nearby plasma inside the fireball to generate a series of pressure waves. We give a relativistic geometric recurrence formula that connects the time when the pressure waves are produced and the time when the corresponding shocks occurred. This relation enables us to relate the pulse magnitude with the observation time. Our analysis shows that the evolution of the pressure waves leads to a fast rise and an exponential decay pulses. In determining the width of the pulses, the acceleration time is more important than that of the deceleration.     

水布垭水库水压应力场、孔压场及形变场分析

本文以Biot的固结理论为基础,利用有限单元法,对水布垭水库未来蓄水后地壳岩石中由于附加水荷载所产生的各种力学效应进行了数值计算。计算中沿清江从招徕河到恩施之间共取剖面48个。认为:(1)水体荷载产生的附加应力场、孔压场和形变场在库岸附近造成压应力差和位移差,特别是分布有附加的张应力,促使库水向外渗透和扩散,导致孔压改变、有效应力降低或增大;(2)水布垭库坝区的张性断裂和喀斯特较发育的地段,由于水体荷载效应和库水的渗透及扩散作用,易沟通地下水的动力联系,使岩体失稳并在浅层易产生倾斜型或倾斜型兼走滑型滑动;(3)孔压和位移一般在库基下几公里深度区域内多形成一个高值孔压和低值位移的变换带,是应力易于集中的场所;(4)水荷载产生的各种附加效应,受蓄水方式和蓄水时间的影响。

企业创新合作网络是企业利用外部资源的通道。基于技术特征不同等原因,电子与信息产业和生物医药产业的企业创新合作网络呈现出相似性和差异性。文章通过研究上海浦东新区电子与信息产业和生物医药产业的企业创新信息来源及与创新合作伙伴交流情况,认为这两个产业的企业创新合作网络建设还处于一个初级阶段。由于绝大多数生物医药和电子与信息企业属于植入型的企业,尤其不少是跨国公司企业,母公司、国外供应商是其主要的创新合作伙伴,他们的本地根植性较弱。生物医药企业创新合作网络更体现出技术驱动的特征,与高校、科研机构的创新合作交流比较频繁;而客户在电子与信息企业的创新过程中越来越重要,与客户的创新合作交流要比生物医药企业更紧密。
