The phonon dispersions and vibrational density of state (VDoS) of the K2SiSi3O9-wadeite (Wd) have been calculated by the first-principles method using density functional perturbation theory. The vibrational frequencies at the Brillouin zone center are in good correspondence with the Raman and infrared experimental data. The calculated VDoS was then used in conjunction with a quasi-harmonic approximation to compute the isobaric heat capacity (C P ) and vibrational entropy ( $S_{298}^{0}$ ), yielding C P (T) = 469.4(6) ? 2.90(2) × 10 T ?0.5 ? 9.5(2) × 10 T ?2 + 1.36(3) × 10 T ?3 for the T range of 298–1,000 K and $S_{298}^{0}$  = 250.4 J mol?1 K?1. In comparison, these thermodynamic properties were calculated by a second method, the classic Kieffer’s lattice vibrational model. On the basis of the vibrational mode analysis facilitated by the first-principles simulation result, we developed a new Kieffer’s model for the Wd phase. This new Kieffer’s model yielded C P (T) = 475.9(6) ? 3.15(2) × 10 T ?0.5 – 8.8(2) × 10 T ?2 + 1.31(3) × 10 T ?3 for the T range of 298–1,000 K and $S_{298}^{0}$  = 249.5(40) J mol?1 K?1, which are in good agreement both with the results from our first method containing the component of the first-principles calculation and with some calorimetric measurements in the literature.  相似文献

Wadeite-type K2Si4O9 was synthesized with a cubic press at 5.4 GPa and 900 °C for 3 h. Its unit-cell parameters were measured by in situ high-T powder X-ray diffraction up to 600 °C at ambient P. The TV data were fitted with a polynomial expression for the volumetric thermal expansion coefficient (αT = a 0 + a 1 T), yielding a 0 = 2.47(21) × 10?5 K?1 and a 1 = 1.45(36) × 10?8 K?2. Compression experiments at ambient T were conducted up to 10.40 GPa with a diamond-anvil cell combined with synchrotron X-ray radiation. A second-order Birch–Murnaghan equation of state was used to fit the PV data, yielding K T = 97(3) GPa and V 0 = 360.55(9) Å3. These newly determined thermal expansion data and compression data were used to thermodynamically calculate the PT curves of the following reactions: 2 sanidine (KAlSi3O8) = wadeite (K2Si4O9) + kyanite (Al2SiO5) + coesite (SiO2) and wadeite (K2Si4O9) + kyanite (Al2SiO5) + coesite/stishovite (SiO2) = 2 hollandite (KAlSi3O8). The calculated phase boundaries are generally consistent with previous experimental determinations.  相似文献

太湖水体氮、磷赋存量的逐月变化规律研究   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
基于中国科学院太湖湖泊生态系统研究站2005~2009年对太湖逐月叶绿素a、氮、磷各形态因子及水深的监测,结合太湖大浦水文站的逐日水位数据,估算出2005~2009年太湖的逐日水量,并运用泰森多边形法,估算出太湖水体总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)、溶解性总氮(TDN)、溶解性总磷(TDP)、硝态氮(NO3)、铵态氮(NH4)、亚硝态氮(NO2)、反应性活性磷(PO4)、颗粒态总氮(TPN)、颗粒态总磷(TPP)、浮游藻类叶绿素a(Chla)的逐月动态变化过程。结果表明:(1)太湖2005~2009年TN、TDN、NO2、NO3、NH4、TP、TDP、PO4、TPN、TPP、Chla的平均赋存量分别为1.36×104t、1.02×104t、0.02×104t、0.37×104t、0.25×104t、514.34 t、147.30 t、51.44 t、0.34×104t、367.04 t、7.92 t,不同月份、年际之间变化剧烈,变幅分别为106%、142%、657%、252%、233%、95%、196%、276%、236%、131%、276%;(2)2007年6月无锡贡湖水厂"饮用水危机"事件之后,截止到2009年12月,太湖水体各形态氮及总磷赋存量的下降趋势不明显,溶解性总磷、反应性活性磷的赋存量反而增高,反映出营养盐控制任务的艰巨性。本研究表明,对于年水量变幅巨大的大型湖泊,全湖水体营养盐赋存量在评估水体营养盐污染状况中是一个有价值的指标;对于太湖流域的污染控制效果,仅从浓度角度评价具有一定的缺陷,有必要从水体营养盐赋存量的变化规律上探讨其治理效果。  相似文献

The optimal quantity of dietary lysine (Lys) and arginine (Arg), and the optimal ratio of dietary Lys to Arg for Pacific white shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei were investigated. Coated Lys and Arg were added to a basal diet (37.99% crude protein and 7.28% crude lipid) to provide graded levels of Lys and Arg. The experimental diets contained three Lys levels (2.51%, 2.11%, and 1.70% of total diet), and three Arg levels (1.41%, 1.80%, and 2.21% of total diet) and all combinations of these levels were tested. Pacific white shrimp, with a mean weight of 3.62±0.1 g, were randomly distributed in 36 fiberglass tanks with 30 shrimp per tank and reared on the experimental diets for 50 days. After the feeding trial, the growth performance, survival, feed conversion rate (FCR), body composition and protease and lipase activities in the hepatopancreases of the experimental shrimps were determined. The results show that weight gain (WG), specific growth rate (SGR), FCR, body protein, body Lys and Arg content were significantly affected by dietary Lys and Arg (P <0.05) and improved when dietary Lys and Arg levels were 2.11% ~ 2.51% and 1.80%~2.21%, respectively. Protease and lipase activities in the hepatopancreases of the shrimps appeared higher when dietary Lys and Arg quantities were 2.11% ~2.51% and 1.80%~2.21%, although the difference was not statistically significant (P >0.05). Therefore, according to our results, the optimal Lys and Arg quantities in the diet of Pacific white shrimp, L. vannamei, were considered to be 2.11%–2.51% and 1.80%–2.21%, respectively, and the optimal ratio to be 1:0.88–1:1.05.  相似文献

验潮站资料的低空间分辨率与卫星数据的短时序是区域海平面变化研究存在的关键难题。本文结合卫星高度计海平面高度距平资料及验潮站数据,基于EOF和最小二乘法重建过去53 年(1959-2011 年)珠江三角洲海平面变化时空序列,并利用主成分分析方法建立区域统一海平面变化时间序列。结果显示,基于EOF和最小二乘法的海平面高度场重建方法能很好地解决卫星高度计资料时间序列不长和验潮站分布稀缺时间不连续等问题,对于海平面变化研究,尤其是关于过去长期的变化过程及特征研究适用性良好。对统一海平面变化时间序列线性拟合显示,近53 年珠江三角洲区域海平面平均变化速率为4.08 mm/yr,且存在近期加速上升趋势。与单站研究相比,该方法较好地表达了区域海平面主要变化特征并剔除可能存在的噪音。径流及厄尔尼诺现象也对珠江三角洲海平面空间变化产生影响。  相似文献

研究两种硒化物在文蛤富集、排出镉过程中的作用,对文蛤进行转录组测序,并进行生物信息学分析,以探讨硒化物对Cd2+代谢相关机制。硒化卡拉胶组和亚硒酸钠组共产出587 855条高质量reads。基因本体分析功能注释到15 380条unigenes, KEGG通路注释到18 866条unigenes。差异基因主要富集到肌球蛋白复合物(myosin complex)、离子通道抑制(ion channel suppression)等基因本体分析功能中。差异基因KEGG通路富集显示,在嘌呤代谢(purinemetabolism)、ECM受体相互作用(extracellularmatrix receptor interaction)、硒化合物代谢(metabolism of selenium compounds)等通路显著富集。从结果分析Cd2+可以使文蛤体内蛋白转录修饰出现异常;有机硒可以通过调控金属离子通道活性来排出细胞内的Cd2+;无机硒主要作用于文蛤细胞表面,增强其表面活性抵御Cd2+进入细胞;差异基因KEGG注释结果表明有机硒与无机硒在文蛤重金属代谢中作用机制以及途径不相同。  相似文献

Synthetic aperture radar interferometry (InSAR) has been used as an innovative technique for digital elevation model (DEM) and topographic map generation. In this paper, external DEMs are used for InSAR DEM generation to reduce the errors in data processing. The DEMs generated from repeat-pass InSAR are compared. For steep slopes and severe changes in topography, phase unwrapping quality can be improved by subtracting the phase calculated from an external DEM. It is affirmative that the absolute height accuracy of the InSAR DEM is improved by using external DEM. The data processing was undertaken without the use of ground control points and other manual operation.  相似文献
