胶州湾大沽河口洪水期三维水沙数值模拟研究

大沽河是胶州湾最大的入海河流,每年都会给胶州湾带来大量泥沙。本文利用三维的ECOMSED水动力-泥沙数值模型对洪水期的大沽河进行了数值模拟,得到了洪水存在期间以及洪水结束后胶州湾的余流分布、大沽河河道上中下游各层盐度、泥沙浓度随时间变化的趋势以及入海冲淡水和泥沙对胶州湾的影响。     

Analysis of Mixing of Pollutants in Water Waves and Currents

A vertical two-dimensional turbulence numerical model for the interaction of waves and currents is developed in the paper based on the nonlinear two-equation k-ε model with the VOF method.The one-dimensional equivalent advection velocity and equivalent mixing coefficient are defined and the solving process is introduced:The pollutant concentration field,generated by an instant source in waves and currents,is calculated with the model,and then the equivalent advection velocity and equivalent mixing coefficient are obtained by calculating the time derivative of the mean and variance of pollutant concentration probability distribution.The effects of wave period and wave height on the equivalent mixing coefficient for waves and wave-currents are also investigated.     

大黄鱼病原弧菌拮抗放线菌的筛选与人工诱变

从厦门集美海滩底泥分离得到38株放线菌，用琼脂块法测定它们对大黄鱼病原弧菌-溶藻弧菌和副溶血弧菌的拮抗效果，选择两株拮抗效果较好的放线菌进行诱变，测定诱变后各菌株的抗菌效果，并选择抗菌效果较好的菌株进行第二次诱变，如此反复诱变3次，共得到97株放线菌，结果表明；38株放线菌中的22株对两株病原菌有一定的拮抗作用；用紫外线照射可以获得少量对两株病原菌拮抗作用加强的菌株。     

0010号台风"碧利斯"对厦门港湾表层海水中溶解无机砷含量的影响

本文研究了0010号台风“碧利斯”影响期间及其随后的恢复期中,厦门港湾中九龙江口和西港海域站表层海水总溶解砷（TDIAs)、As^3 含量和As^3 /As^5 值的变化特征。结果表明,观测期间两站TDIAs和As^5 含量均比非台风时期呈数倍增加,经10d后仍未恢复到非台风时的水平。As^3 含量也有较大幅度的增加,但波动较大。文中还对观测期间影响溶解无机砷含量的因素进行了初步的探讨。     

雄性三倍体长牡蛎繁殖潜力的初步研究

国内外很多人做过三倍体长牡砺的诱导工作，但在三倍体性腺发育及配子活力方面的研究，目前仅见Ａｌｌｅｎ等１９８６年和１９９０年对三倍体的海螂和长蛎异常配子的发生报道。Ｃｏｘ１９９６年研究了悉尼岩牡蛎三倍体性腺发育情况，姜卫国等对三倍体合浦珠母贝的生殖腺进行了观察，李霞［１］对三倍体长牡蛎的性腺发育做了较系统的分析和总结。作者用流式细胞仪对长牡蛎Ｃｒａｓｓｏｓｔｒｅａ　ｇｉｇａｓ二、三倍体的性腺细胞进行了初步分析，回答了三倍体长牡蛎生殖潜力及性比方面的一些问题，为进一步研究三倍体长牡蛎的生长、繁殖、杂…     

南海海温异常与ENSO的相关性

使用1958－1987COADS资料，应用复经验正交函数（CEOF）分析方法，分析南海海表面温度场（SST）和风场（u及v）。结果发现，南海海温异常基本独立于西太平洋，同时存在类似于ENSO事件的年际变化，ENSO发生前冬季南海有异常降温过程，之后有增暖事件发生。分析还表明，南海SST异常主要取决于经向风场的异常强迫。南海SST与ENSO事件的相关性实质上反映了季风异常对ENSO循环的影响。     

Wave-Current Forces on Small Square Cylinders (Part I)

-Based on the extended Morison Equation and model tests, the in-line forces on small square cylinders caused by waves (regular and irregular) and currents are analyzed in detail in this paper. The hydrodynamic coefficient CD and Cu related to KC number and the effect of direction of wave incidence are also given, which can be used in engineering practice.     

闽南：台湾浅滩渔场变性水团的初步分析

根据聚类方法，对闽南－台湾浅滩渔场变性水团进行划分，本海区共有６个变性水团。讨论各个变性水团在不同季节消长变化规律。     

A study on zooplankton distribution patterns and indicator species in Kuroshio upstream area and adjacent East China Sea

On the basis of the data of zooplankton biomass and three major taxa—— Copepoda, Chaetognatha andSiphonophora of May-June 1986, July-August and December 1987, the distributional patterns and the indicator species of zooplankton in the Kuroshio and adjacent waters of the East China Sea are preliminarily studied. The results are as follows:The horizontal distribution of zooplankton biomass and the abundance of copepods, chaetognaths and siphonophores arecurred in the continent area northwest of Taiwan and the south-centre section of the East China Sea continent, which are the mix front of different waters. Zooplankton in the water area inside of Ryukyu Islands presented low abundance and high diversity. There are clear seasonal variations in zooplankton biomass and abundance in the study area. The strength or weakness of different water masses and fronts is the basic reason for the variations of zooplankton biomass and abundance.The species composition of zooplankton in the study area is complex and var     

广州在沿海开放城市的旅游形象定位研究

根据国际形象设计发展趋势,提出城市旅游形象设计应有３个层次：一是城市旅游整体形象;二是城市旅游吸引物的特色形象;三是旅游企业形象。根据Ｊｅｎｓｅｎ－Ｖｅｒｂｅｋｅ都市旅游产品界定模式,结合广州实际,分析了广州的旅游吸引物,将广州旅游形象定位为（１）商都旅游,包括购物,美食、商务旅游和现代化城市景观的游览;（２）近现代史迹旅游,包括古代史迹和建筑艺术的观赏,其形象口号为“两个中心”,即商贸中心和近现
