用平皿培养计数法测定了白令海和楚科奇海测区水和沉积物中的总好气异养细菌(GAB)的丰度 ,并进行了比较。分析了不同海区、测点、不同层次沉积物中GAB丰度及在不同温度中的适应性。结果表明 ,水中GAB检出率大于沉积物 ,但丰度仅为后者的 0 .0 7% ;表层沉积物中GAB检出率高于其它层次 ;白令海GAB检出率、丰度及变幅均高于楚科奇海。所有站点沉积物中GAB含量平均约为 31 66.3× 1 0 2 CFU·g- 1 (湿 ) ;沉积物GAB丰度大致显出低纬度区大于高纬度区之势。温度试验结果表明所试GAB中多数为适冷菌 ,少数可能为中温菌 ,显示出北极海洋细菌对温度有较强的适应性 相似文献

海洋初级生产力的研究发展到今天,其内涵和信息已不是一个简单的量值所能表达得了的,必须建立起一个能够反映其生态学意义的关于生产力结构的概念。在这个概念中,初级生产力的结构归纳为以下4个方面:(1)组分结构,即不同类群生产者(包括自养微生物、各类浮游植物等)对初级生产力贡献的比例;(2)粒级结构,即不同粒径级(<2μm,2—20μm,>20μm)生产者对初级生产力贡献的比例;(3)产品结构,即初级生产产品中颗粒有机碳(POC)和溶解有机碳(DOC)的分配比例;(4)功能结构,即新生产力占总初级生产力的比例。 相似文献

月海盆地作为月球表面重要的地貌单元,分析其玄武岩喷发历史和构造作用,对于了解月球演化有着重要的意义。文中以澄海和静海两个相连通盆地为研究区,通过对LRO的DEM数据进行处理,获得两个月海的地形特征。基于Clementine多光谱数据处理,提取TiO2、FeO含量和成熟度分布图。经过对嫦娥一号CCD影像数据并结合LRO和LO全色波段影像的解译,提取了研究区126条月岭和114条月溪,并对比Cle-mentine提取的重力分布图,对其展布形式进行研究。综合分析结果表明,两个盆地虽然相邻连通,但岩性和构造分布有着明显的差别,玄武岩喷发不同期次界限明显,且澄海玄武岩年龄普遍晚于静海,相通处玄武岩与静海北部玄武岩同源。澄海中的线状构造展布形式与静海中的明显不同,呈现出一定规律,与质量瘤的有无及重力展布形式有关。 相似文献

Chloride as tracer of solute transport in the aquifer–aquitard system in the Pearl River Delta,China
A 1D numerical model is constructed to investigate the impact of sedimentation and sea level changes on transport of Cl? in the aquifer–aquitard system in the Pearl River Delta (PRD), China. The model simulates the evolution of the vertical Cl? concentration profiles during the Holocene. Sedimentation is modeled as a moving boundary problem. Chloride concentration profiles are reconstructed for nine boreholes, covering a wide area of the PRD, from northwest to southeast. Satisfactory agreement is obtained between simulated and measured Cl? concentration profiles. Diffusion solely is adequate to reproduce the vertical Cl? concentration profiles, which indicates that diffusion is the regionally dominant vertical transport mechanism across the aquitards in the PRD. The estimated effective diffusion coefficients of the aquitards range from 2.0?×?10–11 to 2.0?×?10–10 m2/s. The effective diffusion coefficients of the aquifers range from 3.0?×?10–11 to 4.0?×?10–10 m2/s. Advective transport tends to underestimate Cl? concentrations in the aquitard and overestimate Cl? concentrations in the basal aquifer. The results of this study will help understand the mechanisms of solute transport in the PRD and other deltas with similar geological and hydrogeological characteristics. 相似文献

Characterization of stable isotope compositions (δ2H and δ18O) of surface water and groundwater in a catchment is critical for refining moisture sources and establishing modern isotope–elevation relationships for paleoelevation reconstructions. There is no consensus on the moisture sources of precipitation in the Yellow River source region during summer season. This study presents δ2H and δ18O data from 111 water samples collected from tributaries, mainstream, lakes, and groundwater across the Yellow River source region during summertime. Measured δ18O values of the tributaries range from ?13.5‰ to ?5.8‰ with an average of ?11.0‰. Measured δ18O values of the groundwater samples range from ?12.7‰ to ?10.5‰ with an average of ?11.9‰. The δ18O data of tributary waters display a northward increase of 1.66‰ per degree latitude. The δ18O data and d‐excess values imply that moisture sources of the Yellow River source region during summertime are mainly from the mixing of the Indian Summer Monsoon and the Westerlies, local water recycling, and subcloud evaporation. Analysis of tributary δ18O data from the Yellow River source region and streamwater and precipitation δ18O data from its surrounding areas leads to a best‐fit second‐order polynomial relationship between δ18O and elevation over a 4,600 m elevation range. A δ18O elevation gradient of ?1.6‰/km is also established using these data, and the gradient is in consistence with the δ18O elevation gradient of north and eastern plateau. Air flows from the atmosphere into an unconfined aquifer when the water table falls during pumping tests. Pumping test results in unconfined aquifers may be significantly affected by low‐permeability zones (LPZs) near the initial water table position, because they restrict the downward movement of air. A transient, three‐dimensional air–water two‐phase flow model is employed to investigate numerically the effects of local heterogeneity on pumping test results in unconfined aquifers. Two cases of local heterogeneities are considered herein: a LPZ around the pumping well and on one side of the pumping well. Results show that the drawdown with the LPZ is significantly greater than that of the homogeneous aquifer. The differences in drawdown are the most significant at intermediate times and gradually diminish at later times. The LPZ significantly reduces air flow from the atmosphere to the aquifer. The pore air velocity in the LPZ is very low. The air pressure at the observation point under the LPZ when air begins to enter is significantly lower than the air pressure of the homogeneous aquifer at the same point. After that, the air pressure increases quickly and then increases slowly. The time for the air pressure to reach the atmospheric pressure is significantly longer.
