细菌、病毒与浮游植物相互关系及其对海洋地球化学循环的作用

本文综述了近年来国内外在海洋地球化学循环，特别是微生物环研究方面的发展现状，探讨了浮游植物，细菌，病毒相互之间的关系及其对海洋地球化学循环的影响。     

我国渔用药物的研究内容及发展战略

近几年我国渔用药物的应用越来越广泛，渔用药物的研制和生产规模取得较大发展。本文对渔用药物的定义，主要研究内容进行了描述，对目前应用范围较广的药物进行了简单分类，并对渔用药物的现状进行了分析，提出了在研制，生产，销售和使用等方面存在的一些主要问题，最后对我国渔用药物发展战略提出了几点建议。     

热点与大洋中脊的相互作用

大规模的火山大洋中脊系统绕地球延伸60 0 0 0 km长 ,几乎全部分布在世界大洋洋底。有的地方 ,大洋中脊火山的规模非常大 ,以致高出海面形成地球上最为壮观的岛屿。冰岛、亚速尔群岛及加拉帕戈斯等都属此类岛屿。因为它们是由深部地幔上升的异常热岩石在小区域内形成的 ,并散布在海底 ,所以称它们为“热点”。但是 ,热点并不是一种孤立的现象。卫星海洋学、地震学、地球化学和地球动力学的最令人激动的进展表明了热点对全球大部分洋中脊系统具有重要的意义和长远的影响。全球已经确认的热点大约有 44个。其中大多数都与洋中脊系统有关联 ,确…     

长牡蛎四倍体诱导的研究

本文采用长牡蛎三倍体卵子与二倍体精子授精,用0.5mg/dm3CB处理受精卵抑制第一极体排放诱导出四倍体.处理组在担轮幼虫期检测染色体,4个处理组的四倍体分别为13.95%、12.19%、0%和40.00%.处理组3染色体数在24、25条.其中处理组1、3、4获得稚贝(1～3mm),存活率分别为0.49×10-5、212×10-5和23×10-5.处理组1获得稚贝108粒,处理组3获得附着稚贝7万粒,处理组4获得附着稚贝7000粒.文中还就三倍体雌贝怀卵量及四倍体诱导机制进行了讨论.     

波浪作用下海床动力反应的数值分析

近海和离岸建筑物的基通常处于连续不断的小风浪作用之下，可将其变形视为弹性。基于二维广义Biot理论，提出了线性或非线性波浪作用下饱和弹性海床动力应应的时域有限元数值解法。静力平衡条件和Biot方程组成的边值方程可视为其特例，在比较算例中，数值计算得到的孔压和有效应力幅值沿海床深度的分布与解析解十分吻合。土骨架和孔隙流体的加速度对海床动力反应的影响很小。具体算例表明，线性波沿缓坡海床传播时，土层中超静孔压和有效应力幅值随之增大，有可能发生滑动坡坏。所提出的数值解法能够灵活地处理非线性波浪荷载，海底复杂地质条件和波浪沿缓坡传播等复杂情况。     

Evaluation of the ocean governance system in Korea

Considering the small land, dense population and poor natural resources, the oceans are important to Korea, but the recognition of oceans has been weak in Korean society. So ocean governance was fragmented in both institution and policies, which resulted in serious problems in the coastal waters and oceans. However, a series of maritime accidents and failures of policies increased the recognition of the coastal waters and resources and led to the establishment of one single ocean-related governmental agency in 1996. Over the last decade, the ocean governance in Korea has been successful and strong.     

Three‐dimensional simulation of tsunami run‐up around conical island

At the circular Babi Island in the Flores tsunami (1992) and pear shaped island in the Okushiri event (1993), unexpectedly large tsunami run‐up heights in the lee of conic islands were observed. The flume and basin physical model studies were conducted in the Coastal Hydraulic Laboratory, Engineering Research and Development Center, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to provide a better understanding of the physical phenomena and verify numerical models used in predicting tsunami wave run‐up on beaches, islands, and vertical walls. Reasonably accurate comparison of run‐up height of solitary waves on a circular island has been obtained between laboratory experimental results and two‐dimensional computation model results. In this study we apply three‐dimensional RANS model to simulate wave run‐up on conical island. In the run‐up computation we obtain that 3D calculations are in very good comparison with laboratory and 2D numerical results. A close examination of the three‐dimensional velocity distribution around conical island to compare with depth‐integrated model is performed. It is shown that the velocity distribution along the vertical coordinate is not uniform: and velocity field is weaker in the bottom layer and higher on the sea surface. The maximum difference (about 40%) appears at the time when solitary wave reached the circular island.     

不同光照条件下海带体内各种化合物的含量及光合作用和呼吸作用的变化

实验检测了不同光照条件1200，600，01x下，海带体内多酚类化合物、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、叶绿素a、类胡萝卜素等的含量及其光合作用和呼吸作用的变化。实验结果表明，随着光照强度的减弱，海带体内多酚类化合物、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白等的含量及其光合作用和呼吸作用均呈现下降的趋势，而叶绿素a和类胡萝卜素的含量则呈现出上升的趋势。     

烟威及石岛近海春季水团分析

本文使用1960—1980年春季的水文资料,以温度和盐度作为主要指标,根据聚类分析逼近温盐图解,结合对该海域地理环境特征的分析,对烟台、威海及石岛近海春季的水团结构演变及其和渔场、渔期的关系进行综合分析。结果表明,北黄海及青岛外海的冷水团,以及黄海暖水团的强度与位置的变动,对春季渔期的早迟以及渔场位置的变动,都有很大的影响。     

CHIMEHERB人工皮使用的体会

从1989年4月～1990年10月,我科在69例病人中使用CHIMEHERB人工皮,覆盖治疗了供皮区,Ⅱ°烧伤创面、脱痂创面的残余肉芽创面.临床应用表明:CHIMEHERB人工皮能加快创面的愈合,是目前较好的一种创面覆盖物,用人工皮覆盖创面2～3天后,人工皮干燥,不需再换药,可减轻病人的痛苦.
