浅层地震记录中多次反射折射波的识别和消除

在反射地震记录中,特别是浅层反射地震记录中,常常出现浅层多次反射、折射波。它们的存在,会影响浅层有效反射波的识别。如果在资料处理中不将它们消除,将会影响地震成果剖面的正确解释。文中就多次反射、折射波的识别和消除进行了讨论。

Studies on the antitumor activity and isolation of the glycoprotein from the gonad ofChlamys (Azumapecten) farreri

After being degreased with acetone, the female gonad ofChlamys (Azumapecten) farreri was extracted with water, and then subjected to DEAE—cellulose column chromatography and purified by Sephadex G-100 chromatography to obtain a pure female gonad glycoprotein (FGGP). The IR spectra, electrophoresis and chemical analysis of FGGP indicated that it was a kind of acid glycoprotein and that the content of total protein and sugar were 54.8% and 40%, respectively. Pharmacological tests showed that FGGP could inhibit (inhibition rate of 40.87%) the growth of Sarcoma 180 of mice.     

Cloning and sequencing of the allophycocyanin genes fromSpirulina maxima (Cyanophyta)

The genes coding for the α-and β-subunit of allophycocyanin (apcA andapcB) from the cyanophyteSpirulina maxima were cloned and sequenced. The results revealed 44.4% of nucleotide sequence similarity and 30.4% of similarity of deduced amino acid sequence between them. The amino acid sequence identities betweenS. maxima andS. platensis are 99.4% for α subunit and 100% for β subunit.

     

Transposable genetic elements inSpirulina and potential applications for genetic engineering

Transposable elements in cyanobacteria are briefly reviewed. Evidence is presented to show that transposable elements inSpirulina platensis is actually reflected on the phenotype change, i e., helical to straight filaments. Transposition intermediates of DNA were isolated from the extrachromosome and the transposition was related to helical variations inSpirulina. Uses of transposable elements for microalgal recombination are discussed based on the transposition mechanism.

广州城市行道树植物区系的初步研究

通过调查统计,对广州城市洗道树的区系成分和地理分布进行了分析。结果表明,广州城市行道树共１２３种,隶属４５科,８９属;其植物沤系成分以热带的属和种占绝对优势;其与罗浮山森林乔木植物区系有一定的联系,它们的科、属、种相似系数分别为５３％、２６％和１３％。指出了广州城市行道树目前存在优势种过于突出的问题,认为应增加其物种的多样性

红海湾底质硫化物的分布和变化

根据南海区半封闭型海湾规模化养殖技术研究的需要,对红海湾底质硫化物进行了研究。用碘量法分析的结果表明：红海湾底质中硫化物含量的区域分布极不均匀,呈北部河口区＞虾池＞鱼湾＞中部＞南部自然水域＞礁滩区的特点。虾池、鱼的硫化物含量清淤前分别为清淤后的8.4、3．6倍;湾南部硫化物含量春季明显高于夏季,其余区域的两季差异不明显。46份样品中约13％、28％分别超过国内外评价标准,超标测站位于河口和清淤前的虾池、鱼。礁滩护养增殖区、南部自然水域、湾中部牡蛎养殖区和清淤后的虾池、鱼尚未见硫化物的污染。
