富钴结壳分布的分形特征

利用我国在西太平洋国际海底两个海山获得的富钴结壳资料进行分形研究后发现，富钴结壳的分布具有变维分形分布的特点，结壳丰度呈二阶累计和分形分布，结壳厚度呈多阶不定累计和分形分布，通过计算得到了它们各自的分维数，进而对两个海山的结壳资源进行了初步评价。     

96孔酶标板法测定中国对虾血淋巴上清液抗菌活力和酚氧化酶活性的初步研究

用96孔酶标板法测量单尾中国对虾血淋巴上清液抗菌（Uα）应力和过氧化酶活性。实验表明，该法具有以下优点：1）可测定大批单尾对虾血淋巴上清液的抗菌活力，酚氧化酶活性；2）所需对虾血淋巴上清液微量化；3）用酶标仪读取酶的活性，减少了不同试验者人为读数时的误差；4）重复性高。     

ISOLATION OF DNA FROM SEA URCHIN SPERM NUCLEI BY HYDROXYAPATITE CHROMATOGRAPHY

This article describes in detail the procedures in obtaining spermatids from living animals and in isolating sperm nuclei DNA by hydroxyapatite chromatography. The isolated DNA is free of RNAs and proteins after treatment with proteinase K, followed by chromatography on hydroxyapatite column which is eluted with stepwise-increased concentrations of potassium phosphate buffer. More than 89% of the DNA purified is found in the eluates of both 0.2 M and 0.25 M potassium phosphate buffer. The two fractions are identical in ultraviolet absorption spectrum. DNA molecules thus prepared should be useful for studying DNA structure and DNA replication by electron microscopy, since the length of the purified DNA molecules is in the range of the size of a replicating unit.     

The influence of 30~60 d oscillation on the development of the South China Sea summer monsoon

Using the National Center for Enviromental Prediction/National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCEP/NCAR) reanalysis data and NOAA satellite-obser ved outgoing long-wave radiation (OLR) data, the development of the South China Sea (SCS) summer monsoon and intraseasonal (30-60 d) oscillation (ISO) have been examined. The results show that there exists obvious interannual variability of intraseasonal oscillaiton. Using the 16 a time series of filtered OLR averaged over the SCS, an index is defined to define ““onset events““ over the SCS on the ISO time scales. Of the 16 a examined here, 10 shows a strong ISO signal in the onset of monsoon convection over the SCS. In these cases, the ISO initially suppresses the seasonal development of southwesterly and cyclonic circulation over the SCS before the ISO onset. As the ISO propagates northeastward, the low frequency cyclonic circulation anomaly occurs in the SCS and the low frequency southwesterly wind and convection over here dramatically intensify. The northeast progression of the ISO anomaleis plays a role in the initial suppression and then acceleration of the seasonal cycle of the SCS summer monsoon.     

不同软基处理方法适用性比较

总结分析了国内外现有的软土地基处理的各种方法。通过对采用不同方法进行软基处理的工程实例处理效果的定量对比，发现不同软基处理方法的适用性差异很大，多数工程中仅用一种方法很难达到设计要求，而两种或多种方法联合则可望取得更好的效果。     

工程风险分析中的风险当量及其评价标准

目前，量化、半量化风险分析是工程风险分析的主流。在对工程进行量化和半量化风险分析时，无论采用什么方法，风险评价指标和评价标准都是关键的重要问题。只有在建立了统一的评价指标和评价标准体系的基础上，对工程进行的风险分析能够得出正确和一致的结论。文章通过对国内外风险分析理论和实践的研究和总结，提出了在工程风险分析中确定风险评价指标和评价标准的原则和方法。     

麻痹性贝毒毒素研究Ⅰ.塔玛亚历山大藻的麻痹性贝毒毒素对运动神经末梢和全细胞钠离子通道的抑制作用研究

麻痹性贝毒(Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning，PSP)毒素由石房蛤毒素(saxitoxin，STX)及其衍生物组成，目前己发现20余种，在赤潮研究、分子生物学和神经生物学基础研究、医药、军事防化等方面都有应用潜力[其结构、类型和应用见本集刊王云峰等(2003)“麻痹性贝毒毒素的应用研究进展”一文]。由于PSP毒素的稀有来源和国际社会对STX交易的禁止，限制了国内PSP毒素应用及研究的全面深入展开，因此本文作者对PSP毒素进行了制备，并采用不同方法对制备的PSP毒素进行了研究。 PSP毒素能够选择性地可逆抑制可兴奋膜的电压依赖钠离子通道的开放，从而阻止神经冲动的发生和传导，使神经、肌肉丧失兴奋性(Frace et al.，1986；Penzotti et al.，1998)。本文利用神经束膜下记录和全细胞膜片钳技术，报道了从塔玛亚历山大藻(Alexandrium tamarense)中提取的PSP粗毒素对小鼠运动神经末梢膜电流和NG108-15细胞钠离子通道的作用研究结果，并与STX标准毒素的作用结果进行了比较。 NG108-15细胞是由小鼠神经母细胞瘤和大鼠胶质细胞瘤融合的杂交细胞，经分化剂分化后，显示诸+L1196如兴奋性、合成和释放乙酰胆碱、与培养肌细胞形成突触联系等多种神经细胞的基本特性(Hamprcht，1977)和Na+、K+、Ca2+等多种离子通道，已作为神经细胞模型被广泛应用于分析药物对离子通道作用的研究(Enomoto et al.，1992； Docherty et al.，1992；Shi et al.，1993；Hu et al.，1997a；Hu et al.，1997b)；发育出具有Na+内流支持的锋电位(Hamprecht,1977)，该电位是分析作用于膜钠离子通道药物的好材料。     

Sediment Transport in Rivers and Coastal Waters

Following Bagnold's approach, a relationship between sediment transport and energy dissipation is developed. The major assumption made in the study is that the near bed velocity plays a dominant role in the process of sediment transport. A general relationship between energy dissipation and sediment transport is first proposed. Then the equations for total sediment transport are derived by introducing the appropriate expression of energy dissipation rate under different conditions, such as open channel flows, combination of wave and current, as well as longshore sediment transport. Within the flows investigated, the derived relationships are fairly consistent with the available data over a wide range of conditions.     

不同季节的企鹅珍珠贝游离珠植核效果比较

在雷州流沙港湛江海洋大学珍珠研究室实验基地分别于春、夏和秋季进行了企鹅珍珠贝游离珠植核实验。其中，春季插核的死亡率最低，为15.1％--16．2％，留核率最高，为10％左右：而夏季插核的死亡率最高，为63．56％，留核率也仅为2．22％：秋季插核的留核率最低，仅收珠1颗，留核率为0．35％，死亡率也较高，为54.4％。结果表明，春季是企鹅珍珠贝较适宜的插核季节。     

2-D TIDAL FLOW BY OPERATOR-SPLITTING METHOD

In this paper, the method of operator splitte is applied to simulate the tidal flow in the Hang-zhou Bay. Different schemes of splitting have been devised and compared.Results of the study indicate that good simulation can be achieved. Besides being simpler in form, this method is flexible and allows much freedom in selecting the mode of splitting and the scheme of computation.
