Initiation of primary cell culture from amphioxus <Emphasis Type="Italic">Branchiostoma belcheri tsingtauense</Emphasis>

Amphioxus, a cephalochordate, is an important model fish for studies in evolution and comparative biology. A successful cell culture from amphioxus tissues in vitro would help understanding some basic issues. To determine the optimal culture conditions for proliferation of amphioxus cells, primary cultures were initiated from buccal cirri, tail, gill, gut and metapleural fold of amphioxus Branchiostoma belcheri tsingtauense. The media tested were L-15, F-12, M 199, MEM, DMEM, PRMI 1640 and LDF, each was supplemented with 20% fetal bovine serum. The optimal conditions include tail tissue cultured in L-15 or F-12 with supplement of 20% FBS and 1.5% NaCl at about 25°C. Supported by Doctoral Initial Fund of Ludong University (No.43304)

Urban three-dimensional expansion and its driving forces —A case study of Shanghai, China

Urban expansion is a phenomenon of urban space increase, and an important measuring index of the process of urbanization. Taking Shanghai as an example, the changes of urban average height and built-up area were studied to represent city’s vertical and horizontal increases respectively, and statistical methods were used to analyze the driving forces of urban expansion. The research drew following conclusions: 1) The urban expansion process of Shanghai from 1985 to 2006 had a clear periodic feature, and could be divided into three stages: vertical expansion in dominance, coordinated vertical and horizontal expansion, and horizontal expansion in dominance. 2) The average height and quantity of buildings in core city were significantly bigger than those in suburbs, but the changing speed of the latter was faster. And 3) urbanization process was the major driving force for the city’s horizontal expansion, while industrial structure improvement was the key driving factor for the vertical expansion. Those two driving forces were simultaneously affected by city’s political factors.     

一种改进的Apriori挖掘算法

针对制约Apriori算法效率的瓶颈问题,提出了一种基于Apriori的改进算法,算法只需要遍历一次事务数据库,避免了Aprori算法多次扫描事务数据库和产生大量的候选项集,同时利用项集的有序性改进了判断连接的方式,优化了连接步骤,减少了判断时间.实验结果表明,改进的Apriori算法在运行效率上有一定的提高.

野外型断层活动连续监测系统

介绍野外型断层活动连续监测系统的组成、布设及主要技术指标。     

冀鲁豫地区重力场变化与封丘ML4.8地震关系的探讨

利用冀鲁豫测网的流动重力5期观测成果,探讨了重力场变化与封丘地震的关系。研究发现：冀鲁豫交界地区的重力点值在封丘地震前后出现了下降-上升-下降的变化过程,较好地对应了封丘ML4.8地震孕育 发震 震后调整的过程。该重力变化可能是封丘地震的异常反映。     

一种地震数据多串口采集方法

地震监测系统常常使用串口异步通讯监测数据、传输命令,但由于核心器件所带的串口数量不足,通常需要扩展串口。提出以TL16C754B为核心器件的多串口数据采集方法,包括具体的系统电路的设计方法和部分驱动的编程源代码。由于该设计具有成本低、稳定性高、低耗、抗干扰能力强、电路简单等优点,已被成功地运用于微动台阵观测仪器中。     

基于人工神经网络的沿海风速多步预测研究

基于气象历史观测资料,将长短期记忆网络LSTM方法和Transformer模型结合提出了混合短期风速多步预测模型BLSTM TRA。以山东半岛南部沿海6个台站为研究区域,通过气象台站观测数据构建数据集。经与2018年ECMWF模式6 h预报结果对比分析,得出如下结论：构建的BLSTM TRA多步预测模型可大幅度降低风速误差,BLSTM TRA的1 h单步预测结果和ECMWF预报模式结果对比,其RMSE平均降低了58.9%,MAE平均降低了63.2%;风速误差和大风统计过程分析发现,BLSTM TRA模型具有一定的抗干扰能力,可以抓住短时大风等敏感信息,对于大风预报结果明显优于ECWMF模式和传统LSTM模型。
