Assessment of the GPM and TRMM Precipitation Products Using the Rain Gauge Network over the Tibetan Plateau 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1

Using high-quality hourly observations from national-level ground-based stations, the satellite-based rainfall products from both the Global Precipitation Measurement (GPM) Integrated MultisatellitE Retrievals for GPM (IMERG) and its predecessor, the Tropical Rainfall Measuring Mission (TRMM) Multi-satellite Precipitation Analysis (TMPA), are statistically evaluated over the Tibetan Plateau (TP), with an emphasis on the diurnal variation. The results indicate that: (1) the half-hourly IMERG rainfall product can explicitly describe the diurnal variation over the TP, but with discrepancies in the timing of the greatest precipitation intensity and an overestimation of the maximum rainfall intensity over the whole TP. In addition, the performance of IMERG on the hourly timescale, in terms of the correlation coefficient and relative bias, is different for regions with sea level height below or above 3500 m; (2) the IMERG products, having higher correlation and lower root-mean-square error, perform better than the TMPA products on the daily and monthly timescales; and (3) the detection ability of IMERG is superior to that of TMPA, as corroborated by a higher Hanssen and Kuipers score, a higher probability of detection, a lower false alarm ratio, and a lower bias. Compared to TMPA, the IMERG products ameliorate the overestimation across the TP. In conclusion, GPM IMERG is superior to TRMM TMPA over the TP on multiple timescales. 相似文献

丽水36-1构造位于东海陆架盆地(台北坳陷)丽水西次凹的中东部,该凹陷属新生代断陷型盆地,呈北东向展布,上古新统灵峰组和明月峰组是主要目的层段。根据该构造已钻3口井进行系统沉积学和测井相研究,上古新统物源主要来自凹陷西部的闽浙隆起带和中部的灵峰凸起带,可能还有北部的雁荡凸起带。不同的物源区通过断层的活动和海平面的升降等控制着沉积体系的发育和展布。在凹陷下陷兴盛和海平面快速上升期,灵峰凸起带物源经过边缘大断层在其西侧形成扇三角洲,进一步向凹陷中心推进形成深水浊积扇和浅海沉积;闽浙隆起带物源可能沿着不同的入口在凹陷西斜坡形成扇三角洲,它们也可进一步向凹陷深处推进形成深水浊积扇体。根据油气聚集规律和物源分析,形成于凹陷深水区的浊积扇沉积和斜坡带的扇三角洲前缘沉积,具有良好的生储盖组合,是有利的勘探目标。 相似文献

Soil moisture is an essential climate variable(ECV) concerned widely. Due to its high spatial variability, it is costly to measure soil moisture at tens of kilometers scale. In this study, a ten-year(2002–2011) daily soil moisture dataset at 0.25° spatial resolution for Chinese mainland was produced through assimilating the Advanced Microwave Scanning Radiometer for Earth Observing System(AMSR-E) brightness temperature(TB) data into a land surface model(LSM). The obtained soil moisture data was evaluated against soil moisture-measuring networks deployed in two wet areas and one dry area of the Tibetan Plateau.The results show that for the wet areas the accuracy of the soil moisture product obtained from the assimilation is considerably higher than that of both AMSR-E official soil moisture products and land surface simulation results, and for the dry area their accuracy is comparable to each other. The spatial pattern of the soil moisture from the new product is consistent with that of soil porosity from an independent survey-based dataset, further confirming the credibility of the new product. According to this product, the transition regions in China show stronger seasonal variation of soil moisture than dry and wet regions, and drier regions have stronger inter-annual variability of soil moisture than wetter regions, particularly during transitional seasons(spring and autumn). Benthic diatoms constitute the primary diet of abalone during their early stages of development. To evaluate the dietary preferences of early post-larval abalone, Haliotis diversicolor supertexta, we analyzed the gut contents of post-larvae that settled on diatom films. We compared the abundance and species diversity of diatom assemblages in the gut to those of the epiphytic diatom assemblages on the attachment films, and identified 40 benthic diatom species in the gut contents of post-larvae 12 to 24 d after settlement. The most abundant taxa in the gut contents were Navicula spp., Amphora copulate, and Amphora coffeaeformis. Navicula spp. accounted for 64.0% of the cell density. In the attachment films, we identified 110 diatom species belonging to 38 genera. Pennate diatoms were the dominant members including the species Amphiprora alata, Cocconeis placentula var. euglypta, Cylindrotheca closterium, Navicula sp. 2, and A. coffeaeformis. Nano-diatoms (<20 μm in length) accounted for a considerable proportion of the total species number and cell density of the diatom assemblages in the gut contents and on the films. This suggests that nano-diatoms are important to the efficient production of abalone seed. The difference of the composition and abundance of diatoms between in the guts and on the biofilms suggests that early post-larval grazing was selective. An early post-larval abalone preferred nano-diatoms and the genera Navicula and Amphora during the month after settlement. 相似文献

为了保障山西郭庄煤矿铁路专用线的安全运营,通过建立岩移观测站,在收集整理监测数据的基础上,对铁路专用线经过的山西常村煤矿S3-13工作面采动引起的地表移动变形规律进行了分析。研究结果表明:综放开采条件下,地表移动变形剧烈,下沉值大,但下沉速度相对较小;地表下沉系数较大(0.76),主要影响角正切tanβ偏大(2.78),最大下沉角较大(89°);地表移动总持续时间长,活跃期时间占比58.7%,活跃期下沉量占总下沉量的89%,活跃期变形剧烈且集中。研究成果旨在为后期工作面开采过程中铁路的变形预测及维修防治提供理论依据。 相似文献

基于欧洲中期天气预报中心(ECMWF)、中国气象局(CMA)、日本气象厅(JMA)、美国国家环境预报中心(NCEP)、英国气象局(UKMO)五个模式集成的交互式全球大集合预报系统(THORPEXInteractiveGrandGlobalEnsemble,简称TIGGE)资料集的确定性预报、集合预报以及地面降水观测数据,采用多模式集成平均(EMN)、消除偏差集成平均(BREM)、滑动训练期超级集合方法(R_SUP)对2018年华南汛期(4—9月)粤港澳大湾区的降水预报开展了评估检验。总体而言,多模式集成预报方法在大湾区前汛期降水预报的均方根误差平均比后汛期高2mm;多模式集成预报方法的预报能力在前汛期随着预报时效的延长而呈持续下降趋势,后汛期则表现为短期(24~72h)下降、中期(72~168h)持续平稳的变化特点。与预先的假设差异主要表现在:对前、后汛期的降水预报综合表现最好的均是数学原理相对简单的EMN,而BREM和R_SUP的空间平均评分指标则稍差,但其在降水落区预报中仍有较好的预报技巧。 相似文献
