三种大型钙化绿藻仙掌藻对海水变化的生理响应 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
The effects of seawater temperature on the physiological performance of three Halimeda species were studied for a period of 28 d. Five treatments were established for Halimeda cylindracea, Halimeda opuntia and Halimeda lacunalis, in triplicate aquaria representing a factorial temperature with 24°C, 28°C, 32°C, 34°C and 36°C,respectively. The average F_v/F_m of these species ranged from 0.732 to 0.756 between 24°C and 32°C but declined sharply between 34°C(0.457±0.035) and 36°C(0.122±0.014). Calcification was highest at 28°C, with net calcification rates(Gnet) of(20.082±2.482) mg/(g·d),(12.825±1.623) mg/(g·d) and(6.411±1.029) mg/(g·d) for H.cylindracea, H. opuntia and H. lacunalis, respectively. Between 24°C and 32°C, the specific growth rate(SGR) of H.lacunalis(0.079%–0.110% d~(–1)) was lower than that of H. cylindracea(0.652%–1.644% d~(–1)) and H. opuntia(0.360%–1.527% d~(–1)). Three Halimeda species gradually bleached at 36°C during the study period.Malondialdehyde(MDA) and proline levels in tissues of the three Halimeda were higher in 34–36°C than those in24–32°C. The results indicate that seawater temperature with range of 24–32°C could benefit the growth and calcification of these Halimeda species, however, extreme temperatures above 34°C have negative impacts. The measured physiological parameters also revealed that H. cylindracea and H. opuntia displayed broader temperature tolerance than H. lacunalis. 相似文献

The variation of colloidal phosphorus with salinity in estuary was studied in this paper, which was
compared with those of particle and truly dissolved phosphorus with the purpose of ˉnding out the
similarities and di?erences between their behaviors in the estuary. Distribution patterns of phospho-
rus in particle, colloidal and truly dissolved phase at di?erent salinities and their relationships with
suspended particulate matter were also studied to understand the transformation and transporta-
tion of colloidal phosphorus in estuarine area. The result showed that the concentrations of total
colloidal phosphorus, organic colloidal phosphorus and inorganic colloidall phosphate all descended
from river-end to sea-end, illustrating their terrigenous source. Ratios of organic to total colloidal
phosphorus decreased with salinity's increment, indicating that organic phosphorus was in°uenced
by scavenging process of colloid more signiˉcantly as compared with inorganic phosphate. Both of
the phosphorus variation tendencies and the proportion between organic and inorganic phosphorus
in colloidal phase was similar with that in truly dissolved phase while di?erent from that in particle

This paper demonstrates experimentally and numerically that a significant modification of spontaneous emission rate can be achieved near the surface of a three-dimensional photonic crystal. In experiments, semiconductor core-shell quantum dots are intentionally confined in a thin polymer film on which a three-dimensional colloidal photonic crystal is fabricated. The spontaneous emission rate of quantum dots is characterised by conventional and time-resolved photoluminescence (PL) measurements. The modification of the spontaneous emission rate, which is reflected in the change of spectral shape and PL lifetime, is clearly observed. While an obvious increase in the PL lifetime is found at most wavelengths in the band gap, a significant reduction in the PL lifetime by one order of magnitude is observed at the short-wavelength band edge. Numerical simulation reveals a periodic modulation of spontaneous emission rate with decreasing modulation strength when an emitter is moved away from the surface of the photonic crystal. It is supported by the fact that the modification of spontaneous emission rate is not pronounced for quantum dots distributed in a thick polymer film where both enhancement and suppression are present simultaneously. Regulation of water quality and growth characteristics of indoor raceway culture of <Emphasis Type="Italic">Litopenaeus vannamei</Emphasis> 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Two modes of regulating the water quality of experimental ponds in indoor raceway culture of Litopenaeus vannamei were evaluated using simple water treatment facilities. A self-made water purifying net, aeration stone, composite microbe
preparation, and Ceratophyllum demersum were placed in the experimental ponds and the culture water was circulated along the raceway inside the pond using a paddle
wheel aerator. In addition, the water quality in the experimental pond was improved by draining effluent from the pipeline
at the bottom of ponds 7 and 8 (mode I) and exchanging the circulating water in pond 10 (mode II) with the reservoir water
in pond 9 using a pump and pipeline. The water quality in the experimental ponds was similar in response to regulation using
mode I or mode II. Water quality parameters in the experimental ponds were controlled within a suitable range by simple facilities
during culture period without using any chemical treatments. The rich content of dissolved oxygen was maintained by the circular
flow and continuous aeration of the pond water. The respective average values of the main water parameters in experimental
ponds 7 and 10 in response to regulation of the water quality using modes I and II were as follows: pH 8.17 and 7.99; DO 5.16
mg/L and 5.97 mg/L; CODMn 18.45 and 12.61 mg/L; TAN (NH3-N) 0.854 mg/L (0.087 mg/L) and 0.427 mg/L (0.012 mg/L); NO2-N 0.489 mg/L and 0.337 mg/L. Moreover, the average body length and body weight of harvested shrimp of pond 7 and pond 10
were 7.56 cm and 8.99 cm, 5.10 g and 8.33 g, respectively. Furthermore, the survival rate, average biomass yield and average
condition factor of the shrimp harvested were 70% and 60%, 2.54 kg/m2 and 2.14 kg/m2, and 0.675 g/cm and 0.927 g/cm, respectively. Linear equations describing the relationship between body length and culture
time and cubic or power functions describing the relationship between body weight and body length were obtained based on evaluation

Marine ecosystem services are the benefits which people obtain from the marine ecosystem, including provisioning ser-vices, regulating services, cultural services and supporting services. The human species, while buffered against environmental changes by culture and technology, is fundamentally dependent on the flow of ecosystem services. Marine ecosystem services be-come increasingly valuable as the terrestrial resources become scarce. The value of marine ecosystem services is the monetary flow of ecosystem services on specific temporal and spatial scales, which often changes due to the variation of the goods prices, yields and the status of marine exploitation. Sensitivity analysis is to study the relationship between the value of marine ecosystem services and the main factors which affect it. Uncertainty analysis based on varying prices, yields and status of marine exploitation was carried out. Through uncertainty analysis, a more credible value range instead of a fixed value of marine ecosystem services was obtained in this study. 采用同源克隆的方法、利用RACE技术从黄鳍金枪鱼(Thunnus albacares)肝脏中克隆了其MIF(TaMIF)的cDNA序列.TaMIF的cDNA全长706 bp含一个345 bp的开放阅读框,编码一个长115氨基酸的蛋白质.信号肽预测分析表明TaMIF没有信号肽.序列分析与进化分析表明,黄鳍金枪鱼与近海养殖鱼类MIF的氨基酸序列高度相似、进化地位相近,预示着深海鱼类TaMIF与近海养殖鱼类具有相似的生物学功能.研究结果是对深海鱼类MIF基因信息资料的重要补充. 相似文献
