坛紫菜(于1988年采自青岛太平角海区人工养殖筏上)的水溶性色素粗提物经过硫酸铵沉淀和羟基磷灰石(HA)柱层析后,分离出藻蓝蛋白(RPC)、藻红蛋白(RPE)和变藻蓝蛋白(APC)。在中性介质中,其吸收光谱和荧光发射光谱与文献报道基本一致;但在酸性(pH=3)或碱性(pH=12)介质中,吸收光谱较在中性介质中有明显改变,原有的荧光性质也消失。RPC和APC只分离到一种聚集体,但RPE有两种不同的聚集体。用SephadexG—100凝胶过滤方法测量藻胆蛋白的分子量分别为:RPC117000,APC112000,小分子RPE38000,大分子RPE232000。对三种藻胆蛋白的氨基酸分析的结果表明,三种藻胆蛋白中都是酸性氨基酸的含量大于碱性氨基酸的含量。 相似文献

用二色桌片参(Mensamariaintercedens)酶解液处理转化的人胚肺成纤维细胞(NLF)后,细胞生长受到显著抑制,抑制率达64.84%,光镜下细胞透光性加强,铺展较好,细胞核形更为规则,核畸形现象减少;线粒体结构趋于正常;软琼脂集落实验表明,细胞集落形成率由23x10-5下降至12.5x10-5,裸小鼠致瘤实验显示抑瘤率为82.39%,差异显著(p<5%)。结果提示,二色桌片参酶解液可能逆转转化的HLF细胞的恶性表型,对其有一定的诱导分化作用。 相似文献

Based on Iwan‘s wake oseillator model developed with the classical van der Pol equalion, the differential equation for the response of the vortex-induced vihration (VIV) of the riser considering the effect of the internal flowing fluid and the external marine environmental condition is derived. The effect of the intermal flowing fluid on the response of VIV of the riser is studied by means of the Finite Element Method. The results show that the effect of the internal fluid velocity on the VIV of the riser is strong when the natural frequency of the riser is close to the vortex shedding frequency. In addition, the increase of the top tension can decrease the sensitivity of the riser to the internal fluid velocity. 相似文献

The floating oil storage system has been proposed as a new facility for Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) in China. Mooring is one of the key technologies to ensure the safety, reliability, and performance of the oil storage system. This paper describes the concept, analysis, design and reliability of the mooring system. For mooring system design of these oil vessels, analysis is essential of the behavior of the vessel in connection with mooring facilities of nonlinear resilience. A nonlinear mathematical model for analyzing a moored vessel is established and solved. Some results of numerical simulations are presented. Assessment of the safety regarding the mooring system in terms of failure probability is carried out. Another simulation model for calculating the failure probability of the mooring system is proposed. A time-domain method is applied to simulate nonlinear wave diffraction around a surface piercing 3-D arbitrary body. The method involves the application of Taylor series expansions and the use of perturbation procedure to establish the corresponding boundary value problems with respect to a time-independent fluid domain. A boundary element method based on B-spline expansion is used to calculate the wave field at each time step, and the free surface boundary condition is satisfied to the second order of wave steepness by a numerical integration in time. An artificial damping layer is adopted on the free surface for the removal of wave reflection from the outer boundary. As an illustration, the method is used to compute the second-order wave forces and run-up on a surface-piercing circular cylinder. Because the multi-leg jacket structure is the major type of offshore structures in the Bohai Sea, the study of non-si-multaneous failure of i鏴 on multi-leg structures is important. However, the non-simultaneous failure has not been consid-ered in engineering design until now, obviously resulting in costly design and notable waste. A comprehensive numerical study on the three-dimensional structure of a turbulent jet in crossflow is performed. The jet-to-crossflow velocity ratio (R) varies in the range of 2 - 16; both vertical jets and inclined jets without excess streamwise momentum are considered. The numerical results of the Standard two-equation k-ε model show that the turbulent structure can be broadly categorised according to the jet-to-crossflow velocity ratio. For strong to moderate jet discharges, i.e. R> 4, the jet is characterized by a longitudinal transition through a bent-over phase during which the jet becomes almost parallel with the main freestream, to a sectional vortex-pair flow with double concentration maxima; the computed flow details and scalar mixing characteristics can be described by self-similar relations beyond a dimensionless distance of around 20-60. - Stress concentration analysis of multiplanar tubular DT joints plays an important role in the fatigue design of offshore platforms. A semi-analytic method for stress analysis under the condition of any loads is briefly introduced in the paper. Nineteen multiplanar tubular DT joints with one of two braces of the same dimension subjected to axial loads and out- of- plane bending moments are computed for parametric stress analysis by using the present method. The influence of geometrical parameters on the stresses of multiplanar tubular DT joints is discussed and compared with corresponding uniplanar T joints. The regression formulae for the stress at hot spot of multiplanar DT joints are found by modification of SCF of corresponding uniplanar T joints. The parametric formulae for the maximum stress by superposition. Finally, the influences of stiffening effect and load-interaction effect on the maximum stress of DT joints are discussed. 相似文献
