金属离子对锯缘青蟹NAGase活力的影响

本文研究了几种金属离子对锯缘青蟹（Scylla serrata）N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶（NAGase）活力的影响．其结果表明：Li^＋、Na^＋和K^＋对酶活力没有明显影响，Mg^2＋、Ca^2＋和Ba^2＋对该酶均有激活作用，激活程度依次为Ca^2＋〉Ba^2＋〉Mg^2＋．Al^3＋、Fe^3＋、Cd^2＋、Pb^2＋和Hg^2＋对该酶具有一定的抑制作用，2．0μmol／dm^3的Hg^2＋可以使酶活力完全丧失．Co^2＋对酶的效应是先激活后抑制，Mn^2＋对酶仅有轻微的激活作用．Cd^2＋和Fe^2＋对锯缘青蟹NAGase的抑制作用都呈竞争性-反竞争性混合Ⅱ型效应，Cd^2＋的抑制常数Ki和KiS分别为23．9、5．0mmool／dm^3，Fe^3＋的抑制常数Ki和KiS分剐为395．5、135．6μmol／dm^3．Ki〉KIS说明酶一底物络合物（ES）与抑制剂的亲和力比游离酶（E）与抑制剂的亲和力大．     

Red Tide Frequency Analysis Using the Extreme Value Theory

In recent years, the red tide erupted frequently, and caused a great economic loss. At present, most literatures emphasize the academic research on the growth mechanism of red tide alga. In order to find out the characters of red tide in detail and improve the precision of forecast, this paper gives some new approaches to dealing with the red tide. By the extreme values, we deal with the red tide frequency analysis and get the estimation of T-times red tide level U （T） , which is the level once the consistence of red tide alga exceeds on the average in a period of T times.     

Annual and interannual variations of large-scale circulation over the tropics as revealed from OLR data

In this study, the outgoing longwave radiation (OLR) data of eight years have been used to investigate the annual and interannual variations of large-scale circulation over the tropics. The results of EOF analysis indicate that the first three eigenvectors reflect the essential features in OLR annual variation. However, they contribute little to the interannual change. In comparison, the fourth to the sixth components have very large year-to-year variations. The pronounced anomalies are located over the tropics with east-west dipole pattern. It implies that ENSO events are related closely to the variation of the Walker circulation.     

Non-Simultaneous Failure of Ice in Front of Multi-Leg Structures

Because the multi-leg jacket structure is the major type of offshore structures in the Bohai Sea, the study of non-si-multaneous failure of i鏴 on multi-leg structures is important. However, the non-simultaneous failure has not been consid-ered in engineering design until now, obviously resulting in costly design and notable waste. To resolve this problem, this paper, by means of analysis of experimental data, calculates the coefficient of the non-simultaneous failure for the double-pile structure, the square four-leg structure, the single-line multi-pile structure, and the conical structure, respectively, and provides some reference criteria for engineering design.     

红树植物白骨壤叶片衰老过程中叶肉细胞Ca2+水平的变化

用焦锑酸钙沉淀的电镜细胞化学方法，研究了白骨壤叶片衰老过程中叶肉细胞Ca^2 水平的变化．结果表明，在白骨壤幼叶和成熟叶叶肉细胞中，焦锑酸钙沉淀颗粒大量出现在液池和细胞间隙中，细胞壁中也可见少量沉淀，而细胞基质中则看不到焦锑酸钙沉淀．在衰老叶中，细胞基质和细胞膜上焦锑酸钙沉淀增加，而液泡和细胞间隙中的锑酸钙沉淀则显著减少，并且叶绿体外膜部分破损，结构破坏，核膜与液泡膜内部结构模糊，叶绿素含量、净光合速率、气扎手率和蒸腾速率显著下降．Ca^2 的区域性分布的变化与植物叶片衰老密切相关。     

A STUDY ON MICROBIAL DEGRADATION OF OIL POLLUTANTS IN THE MARINE ENVIRONMENT: DECRADATION OF CRUDE OIL AND DIESEL OIL

Monthly collected water samples from two different stations in the Xiamen Harbor in one whole year were analysed for crude oil and diesel oil degradation by nature microbe flora. The results indicate that the difference between degradation rates of the two stations is related to the material type, temperature, oil degradation bacteria counts of the environment and season. The degradation velocity of diesel and crude oil in seawater is influenced by microbial degradation time. The calculated degradation velocity of crude oil and diesel oil by natural microbe flora in Xiamen Harbor sea areas based on the measured degradation rates were 0.02-0.19g/d·m2and0.004-0.61 g/d·m2 respectively. This provides, to a certain extent, a scientific basis for preliminary evaluation of the oil pollutant purification capacity of the described sea areas.     

杭州湾大桥北航道桥索塔施工高精度

在高大建筑施工中,高精度的标高传递测量是施工测量的难点之一.本文以杭州湾跨海大桥高大索塔标高传递测量为例,提出了全站仪垂直向上测距法高差测量,较好地解决了高大索塔施工标高控制的问题,实践证明该法是恶劣环境下高大建筑物高程传递测量的一种较为有效的方法,可以满足施工的高精度要求和保证工期.     

基于Web 2.0的GIS模型共享平台研究

本文提出了基于Web 2.0建立GIS模型共享平台的设想,以期建立一个能够让用户创造模型和组织数据的GIS模型共享平台,并基于模型共享平台建立原型系统。借鉴了Web 2.0的数据自组织形式,按标签分类的方式让用户参与元数据组织,以适应各个领域用户的需求。同时为改变以往被动等待用户查询信息的方式,原型系统按RSS标准主动发布有价值信息,用户可以在第一时间获知系统更新。原型系统功能用网络服务封装,并提供客户端程序,提高了系统适用范围。原型系统的建立,证实了构建基于Web 2.0的GIS模型共享平台的价值和可行性。     

Tephra Discovered in High Resolution Peat Sediment and Its Indication to Climatic Event

Floating tephra was deposited together with ice core,snow layer,abyssal sediment,lake sediments,and other geological records.It is of great significance to interpret the impact on the climate change of volcanic eruptions from these geological records.It is the first time that volcanic glass was discovered from the peat of Jinchuan(金川)Maar,Jilin(吉林)Province,China.And it is in situ sediments from a near-source explosive eruption according to particle size analysis and identification results.The tephra were neither from Tianchi(天池)volcano eruptions,Changbai(长白)Mountain,nor from Jinlongdingzi(金龙顶子)volcano about 1 600 aBP eruption,but maybe from an unknown eruption of Longgang(龙岗)volcano group according to their geochemistry and distribution.Geochemical characters of the tephra are similar to those of Jingiongdingzi,which are poor in s.Jica,deficient in alkali,Na20 content is more than K20 content,and are similar to distribution patterns of REE and incompatible elements,which helps to speculate that they originated from the same mantle magma with rare condemnation,and from basaltic explosive eruption of Longgang volcano group.The tephra,from peat with age proved that the eruption possibly happened in 15 BC-26 AD,is one of Longgang volcano group eruption that was not recorded and is earlier than that of Jinglongdingzi about 1 600 aBP eruption.And the sedimentary time of tephra is during the period of low temperature alteration.which may be the influence of eruption toward the local climate according to the correlativity of eruption to local temperature curve of peat cellulose oxygen isotope.     

人口空间聚类规则挖掘——全国各省市产业结构分类研究

本文采用离差平方和法(Ward方法),对2005年全国31个省市产业结构情况进行分析说明,归纳总结出各省市的主要产业类型及各产业与人均生产总值的关系,并从经济的视角获得各省市的产业结构类型与其经济发展状况的关系。
