珠江口水体中铜与悬浮颗粒物相互作用的研究

使用无机离子交换法研究珠江口水体中铜与悬浮颗粒物的相互作用，测出钢与悬浮颗粒物相互作用的ｐＨ曲线呈Ｓ形，其分级离子交换等温线是一种新的“台阶”型；从分级离子交换理论求得分级平衡常数Ｋ１为５．０，Ｋ２为７８．１，珠江口水体中铜的表观络合容量为０．９２μｍ及其条件稳定常数为３．５×１０７。     

符合药用质量要求的甲壳素精制工艺

本文探讨了符合以下药用质量要求的甲壳素的精制工艺，甲壳素脱乙酰度在７０－９０％之间，钙的含量〈０．５％，总蛋含量在７－８％之间，灰分〈１％，酸不溶性灰分〈０．０５％，无毒，为甲壳素在医药上的应用，提供了生产数据。     

河口Si输运过程研究

基于拉格朗日余流及其输运过程的一种三维空间弱非线性理论，进一步假定Ｓｉ在河口的无因次化学转移项量级为ｋ＾２，给出了Ｓｉ的长期输运方程。对于一种二维模型河口，数值求解了零阶天文潮，欧拉余流、斯托克斯漂移、拉格朗日余流和盐度的分布；分别计算了平均逼留时间为１３，３０，６０，１８０ｄ等所对应的Ｓｉ浓度分布；给出了Ｓｉ－ｓ相关图，讨论了河口中Ｓｉ的保守性问题。     

盐藻和β-胡萝卜素研究述评

养殖盐藻生产β－胡萝卜素是近十几年新兴起的研究领域，因其应用前途广阔，现已成为微藻生物学的研究前沿和热点，预计本世纪末和下世纪初将有更大发展。鉴于我国在这方面文章不系统，不全面，本文从盐藻生物学，养殖学，β－胡萝卜素异构体，β－胡萝卜素形成生理等角度全面概念了该领域研究现状，并提出存在的问题与研究方向。     

Behavior of Pile Groups under Lateral Load

Based on investigation and model tests, and in combination with the research work on group effect for pile groups under lateral loads relating to the code of fixed offshore platforms, a series of studies have been performed on the behavior and failure mechanism of laterally loaded pile groups, critical pile spacing inducing group effect, lateral bearing capacity of pile groups and its main influence factors, the stress-strain relationship for single piles and pile groups and so on. Some new laws about non-uniformity of load distribution in the longitudinal direction of pile groups and load-deflection (p - y) curves for pile groups have been discovered, and an empirical formula is presented in order to remedy the defect of current calculating methods at home and abroad. These results can be used for reference in the design of pile foundation under lateral loads.     

Effect of Berm Width and Elevation on Irregular Wave Run-Up

This paper discusses the effect of berm width and elevation of composite slope on irregular wave run-up. Based on the data obtained from model tests, the formula and distribution of irregular wave run-up on composite slope are derived. The changing of wind speed, width and elevation of the berm are considered comprehensively. The wave run-up with various exceedance probability can be es-timated utilizing the distribution curves of irregular wave run-up.     

秦山核电站邻近水域石油降解细菌的生态学研究

本文分析了1989年4月(春),7月(夏),10月(秋)和1990年1月(冬)秦山邻近水域表层水中石油降解细菌的丰度和分布规律,同时比较了温度、含油量、营养盐、溶解氧、盐度等环境因素对其数量变动的影响。分析结果发现,测区表层水中石油降解菌数量最高值达1.1×10~5个/dm~3,最低值为400个/dm~3,季节变化波动于97～4.9×10~4个/dm~3之间,菌量变化与水温,含油量呈正相关,与盐度呈负相关趋势,认为测区高营养盐、高溶解氧状况可能不成为石油降解细菌生长繁殖的限制因子,并指出测区低丰度的石油降解菌数量与该海区低水平的油污是一致的。     

正压浅海湍流运动的雷诺应力封闭模型

根据湍流封闭理论,建立一种适用于正压浅海湍流运动的雷诺应力封闭模型(RSM),以代替目前三维浅海动力学模型中普遍采用的湍粘性系数的传统假设。通过直接建立并模化f—平面上正压海洋的雷诺应力传输方程,分别得到的微分形式和代数形式的RSM方程组。并讨论了进行数值计算所需要的边界条件。利用该模型可以进一步研究浅海潮流、风暴潮流及风海流等浅海流动的三维结构和湍流特性。     

Preliminary research on sea-level changes of the South China coast since late Epipleistocene

Several views on sea-level changes of the South China coast are briefly introduced in this paper. On the basis of 236 samples whose ages are determined by 14C chronological method and their sites are corrected with ancient water depth and crustal deformation, a basic model about sea-level changes of the South China coast since late Epipleistocene is set up. This model basically accords with the general cognitions of predecessors, i. e. it not only represents the common characteristics of sea-level changes of the East China coast but has some features of the South China coast itself. In general, this model is relatively close to the Fairbridge's curve, indicating that the sea-level undulations exist since 6 ka ago but the ranges of undulations are slightly larger than those of Fairbridge's curve.     

Mutagenetic action of ethyl methanesulfonate on Spirulina platensis

In the present experiments, ethyl methanesulfonate (EMS) is used to treat blue-green alga Spirulina platensis. Results show that the chemical is a very effective mutagen on the species and some genetic changes, including morphological variation, different growth rate and greater resistance to low temperature, have been found, which may offer an efficient method for the strain breeding of Spirulina platensis.
