DISTRIBUTION, ECOLOGY AND RESOURCE CONSERVATION OF THE SPOTTED SEAL IN THE HUANGHAI AND BOHAI SEAS

The Phoca largha is found in the coastal waters of China from the Huanghai Sea and Bohai Sea to the northern part of East China Sea. Its breeding ground is situated in ice packs in the Liaodong Gulf., from about 40°10′ to 40°45′ N, from 121 °15′ to 122°E. At the breeding season, male and female seals in pairs form many family groups. The pup is born with white lanugo fur on ice packs in Liaodong Gulf during a period from January to the middle of February, and usually carried by its mother on her back to run away. However, from February to March, it could be caught around some islands in Bohai Strait. In recent years, these species resources have been reduced rapidly. It must be strengthened to protect the seals from extinction.     

ELASTIC CLASSIFICATION OF MODIFIED WATER MASS IN SHALLOW SEA

In this paper, the principle and steps for differentiating water masses by fuzzy cluster method are introduced, and a scalar formula based on Euclidean distance and a method for determining objectively the number of water masses by F-test are proposed. Consequently, a method and specific steps for differentiating modified water masses in shallow sea according to fuzzy elastic classification are given. Computation of the membership degree in which each sample belongs to every water mass determines conveniently and quantitatively the cores, boundaries of water masses and mixed zones. An example for the Huanghai Sea and East China Sea is shown and compared with previous results.     

EQUATORIAL EASTERN PACIFIC SST AND SUBTROPICAL HIGH

The variations of sea surface temperature (SST) on the east Pacific asd their relation to general atmospheric circulation are examined according to the data of the monthly mean SST and the 500mb level height for the period from January 1951 to December 1980.     

1976年夏季东海陆架区浮游植物生态的研究

关于东海浮游植物,虽然国内、外都有人进行过一些调査研究,取得一些成果,但因调查时间较短或调查范围較小所获资料不全,都未能代表东海浮游植物的全貌。中国科学院海洋研究所继全国海洋综合调査之后,自1976年夏季又在东海陆架区进行了综合调查。这次调查，分析了东海浮游植物的个体数量和种数的分布状况,讨论了其主要种类的生态性质、群落组成和它们与水文环境的关系,对东海浮游植物的生态状况有了进一步了解。 1976年夏季在东海陆架区进行了两次(6月25日至7月23日和8月27日至9月21日)调查,调查范围南到北纬26°30′,东到东经127°,在沿纬度安排的6个断面共44个测站上(第一航次还在黄海南部增加一斜断面),分別进行了水文观测,并用网目为64平方微米的小型浮游生物网(Juday phytoplankton net),从水底到表面垂直拖网进行浮游植物采样,以个体计数法计数分析。     

南海北部含油气构造上方化探异常研究

在南海北部利用地球化学方法作为油气勘探的一种辅助手段。在6个航次中采集了沉积物、底层海水及海面大气样品，测定了近50种化探指标，并采用稳健统计方法进行了数据处理和异常圈定。化探结果在油气藏上方发现了清晰的、具不同指标组合的综合化探异常，与邻近空构造形成鲜明的对照。圈闭顶部的块状异常和圈闭周绿的环状、半环状异常是下伏油气藏的良好指示，而剖面上呈锯齿状、平面上呈线状的异常则与断裂带有关。实践表明，建立已知油气藏上方的化探异常模式及解剖已知空构造上方的地球化学特征对于指导本区或邻区的化探异常评价是十分必要的。     

关于多项式特征值的条件数

Tisseur(2000)研究了非齐次多项式特征值问题的条件数，所得结果的不足是对无穷特征值必须另外处理；Declieu和Tisseur(2003)运用微分几何方法研究了齐次多项式特征值问题的条件数，所得结果的不足之处是与系数矩阵的尺度化(scaling)有关。这两种条件数都有各自的应用范围。本文基于投影尺度引入齐次多项式特征值问题的条件数，其优点是与系数矩阵的尺度化无关，因而也许会有较广泛的应用。     

Sediment Transport in Rivers and Coastal Waters

Following Bagnold's approach, a relationship between sediment transport and energy dissipation is developed. The major assumption made in the study is that the near bed velocity plays a dominant role in the process of sediment transport. A general relationship between energy dissipation and sediment transport is first proposed. Then the equations for total sediment transport are derived by introducing the appropriate expression of energy dissipation rate under different conditions, such as open channel flows, combination of wave and current, as well as longshore sediment transport. Within the flows investigated, the derived relationships are fairly consistent with the available data over a wide range of conditions.     

青岛市水环境污染及其防治对策

通过分析近几年青岛市地表，地下水水质监测资料，总结水环境污染地区分布规律，摸清水环境污染形成原因，对当前防污治污工作提出了对策建议。     

半潜式超大浮体连接器动力特性的一种时间序列分析方法

根据刚性模块弹性连接器 (RMFC)假设研究由 3个模块连接而成的半潜式超大浮体MobileOffshoreBase(MOB)的波浪载荷动力响应。模块和连接器动力响应根据时间序列法计算 ,这种方法包括海况模拟 ,波浪载荷计算和结构响应计算三个主要部分。通过对结构的适当简化 ,根据Airy波理论 ,Morrison公式以及流体中的结构运动方程、弹性连接器变形方程 ,计算求得MOB在不规则海况下的动力响应 ,并将其与相关文献中的结果进行比较 ,表明该方法有良好的精确性     

新型抗脑缺血海洋新药989对血栓性大鼠脑缺血的保护作用

该文采用 Fe Cl3局部涂抹损伤血管造成的大鼠大脑中动脉血栓模型 ,以脑梗塞范围、行为障碍、脑组织病理改变为观察指标 ,研究 989对脑血栓所致局部缺血性脑损伤的保护作用。结果表明 :9895.0、10 .0 mg/ kg手术后 30 min舌下静脉注射能明显缩小脑栓塞大鼠 2 4 h后的脑梗塞范围 ;98910 .0 mg/ kg能明显改善脑栓塞大鼠的行为障碍。脑组织病理检查发现 ;98910 .0 mg/ kg组动物大脑中动脉内血栓形成极少或未形成 ,脑组织缺血病变较轻。表明 989对栓塞性脑损伤具有明显的保护作用
