The newly discovered Paodaoling porphyry Au deposit from the Guichi region, Lower Yangtze River Metallogenic Belt(LYRB), contains 35 tons of Au at an average grade of ~1.7 g/t. It is a porphyry ‘Au-only' deposit, as revealed by current exploration in the depths, mostly above-400 m, which is quite uncommon among coeval porphyry mineralization along the LYRB. Additionally, there are also Cu-Au bearing porphyries and barren alkaline granitoids in the Paodaoling district. Zircon LA-ICP-MS U-Pb dating of the Cu-Au-bearing porphyries yield an age of 141–140 Ma, falling within the main magmatic stage of the LYRB, whereas the barren granites give an age of 125–120 Ma, coeval with the regional Atype granites. The Cu-Au-bearing porphyries are LILE-, LREE-enriched and HFSE-depleted, typical of arc magmatic affinities. The barren granites are HFSE-enriched, with lower LREE/HREE ratios and pronounced negative Eu anomalies. The Cu-Au-bearing porphyries in the Paodaoling district have high oxygen fugacities and high water content. Pyrite sulfur isotopes of the Paodaoling gold deposit indicate a magmatic-sedimentary mixed source for the ore-forming fluids. Based on the alteration and poly-metal zonation of the deepest exploration drill hole from the Paodaoling Au deposit, we propose that Cu ore bodies could lie at depth beneath the current Au ore bodies. The magmatism and associated Cu-Au mineralization of the Paodaoling district are likely to have formed in a subduction setting, during slab rollback of the paleo-Pacific plate.  相似文献

Methane (CH4) emissions estimated with the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) inventory method at the city and regional scale are subject to large uncertainties.In this study,we determined the CH4:CO2 emissions ratio for both Nanjing and the Yangtze River Delta (YRD),using the atmospheric CH4 and CO2 concentrations measured at a suburban site in Nanjing in the winter.The atmospheric estimate of the CH4:CO2 emissions ratio was in reasonable agreement with that calculated using the IPCC method for the YRD (within 20%),but was 200% greater for the municipality of Nanjing.The most likely reason for the discrepancy is that emissions from unmanaged landfills are omitted from the official statistics on garbage production.  相似文献

Viral hemorrhagic septicemia virus (VHSV) and marine birnavirus (MABV) are the causative pathogens for some of the most explosive epidemics of emerging viral diseases in many Asian countries, leading to huge economic losses in aquaculture. Rapid molecular detection for surveillance or diagnosis has been a critical component in reducing the prevalence of pathogen infection. The loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) of DNA is currently one of the most commonly used molecular diagnostic tools, as it is simple, quick, and easy to amplify target DNA under isothermal conditions. In the present study, a novel and highly specific LAMP assay for the sensitive and rapid detection of VHSV and MABV infection in fish was developed. Using a set of synthesized primers matching a specific region of the genome, the efficiency and specificity of the LAMP assay were optimized in terms of the reaction temperature and DNA polymerase concentration, as they are the main determinants of the sensitivity and specificity of the LAMP assay. In particular, we demonstrated that our assay could be applied to efficient detection of VHSV and MABV infection in the wild fish, Paralichthys olivaceus. Our results demonstrate the simplicity and convenience of this method for the detection of viral infection in aquatic organisms.  相似文献

The deep ocean floor between the Clarion and Clipperton fracture zones (NE equatorial Pacific) has the highest known manganese nodule abundance in the world oceans. A detailed analysis of MR1 (Mapping Researcher 1, 11–12?kHz) sonar images and free-fall grab data in the Korean manganese nodule field areas reveals a close relationship between side-scan sonar characteristics of the seafloor and manganese nodule abundance. Eight sonar facies are identified based on back-scattering intensity and distribution patterns. These sonar facies can be interpreted as (1) volcanic seamounts (facies I-1), (2) bounding faults of abyssal hills (facies I-2 and II-1), (3) lava flows or volcanoclastic mass-flow deposits around the volcanic seamounts (facies I-3 and II-2), (4) crests of abyssal hills (facies II-1), (5) abyssal troughs between abyssal hills (facies III-1), (6) relatively flat areas (facies II-3 and III-2). In the areas where facies II-1 (abyssal hill crests with thin sediment cover) and II-3 (relatively flat areas draped by thin sediments) are dominant, manganese nodules occur abundantly. In contrast, zones comprising facies III-1 (abyssal troughs with thick sediment cover) and III-2 (relatively flat areas covered by thick sediments) are characterized by low abundance of manganese nodules. This relationship between distribution of sonar facies and manganese nodule abundance implies that (1) the qualitative difference in acoustic reflectivity of long-range side-scan sonar with some ground truth data is useful for regional assessment of manganese nodule occurrence over wide areas in a reasonable time, and (2) seafloor topography and sediment thickness are important controlling factors for regional occurrences of manganese nodules.  相似文献

Plagioclases and K-feldspars in the sandstones and mudrocks of the Cretaceous non-marine Gyeongsang Basin, Korea, were partially to completely albitized. The preservation of fresh plagioclase grains in early micrite-cemented sandstones suggests the diagenetic origin of albite. Albitization textures in mudrocks were examined using backscattered electron images. In contrast to completely albitized plagioclase grains in sandstones, those in mudrocks are mostly partially albitized. It suggests that mudrocks can be more useful for a provenance study than sandstones by preserving detrital minerals better. K-feldspar is unaltered to partially albitized in both sandstones and mudrocks. In mudrocks albitization starts preferentially along microfractures, cleavages and grain margins. Albitization along grain margins seems to be a characteristic feature in mudrocks where development of microfractures in silt-sized feldspar grains by physical compaction is limited by clayey matrix as well as by overpressure. The extent of albitization in mudrocks is mainly controlled by composition of the detrital plagioclase. Mudrocks containing calcic plagioclase grains tend to be more extensively albitized than those containing sodic varieties.  相似文献

土壤微生物特性是土壤修复的指示因子,近年来西南喀斯特地区退化土壤的相关研究较多,但不同植被类型的土壤微生物特性的变化研究相对较少。对贵阳郊区耕作土壤、灌丛、女贞人工纯林和马尾松人工纯林表层土壤(0~10cm)微生物生物量碳(SMBC)、微生物呼吸(MR)和微生物代谢熵(qCO2)的研究结果表明,土壤SMBC和MR均表现为次生林高于耕作土壤,灌丛最高;与qCO2相反,马尾松林土壤微生物活动显著弱于其他样地,不同植被类型土壤微生物活动均表现为在秋季相对较强。与植被类型的显著影响相比,季节变化、植被与季节的交互作用对SM—BC和MR的影响不明显。SMBC与土壤温度不相关,与土壤含水量呈极显著相关而土壤含水量季节变化不明显。MR与土壤温度和含水量均无显著相关性可能是季节变化对两者影响不明显的主要原因,但需要大量区域样本进一步证实。认为演替初期的灌丛比人工阔叶或针叶纯林更有利于土壤微生物群落的生长,土壤有机质积累较快,植被自然恢复是喀斯特退化土壤恢复初期更适合的徐径.  相似文献

本文用四层模式分析了热成风适应。在适应过程中将发生四种波速不同的惯性波来调节流场和温度场的关系。它们的前阵面的速度分别为306米/秒,114米/秒,36.2米/秒,19.2米/秒。层次愈高,快速惯性波的作用愈大;惯性外波在750毫巴以下才有它的重要性。 计算指出:大气中辐合辐散以及垂直运动在垂直方向上互相迭置的现象,是一定条件下热成风适应的结果。本文计算了各种情况的初始条件下温度场和气压场的相互调整。例如375毫巴上单纯非地转风的流场的反气旋涡旋,适应后可建立起对流层暖性、平流层是冷性的高压系统。将初始非热成风的暖温度中心,放在对流层下层和放在对流层中层适应后的结果将不一样。前者只能在对流层下层形成一浅薄的热低压,而后者可在对流层上层建立起一个强大的反气旋,甚至一直影响到平流层。最后,结合气旋发展时所产生的非热成风的特点,讨论了它们的适应。  相似文献

静压桩施工过程中,可能会沿桩身形成很大的残余应力。通过在砂性土中1根长约26 m静压桩的原位试验,观测了沉桩结束后的残余应力在后续的循环载荷试验、3根邻桩顺次压入、第2次载荷试验以及较长静置期内的长期变化情况,试验历时约212 d。结果显示,循环载荷试验加载水平与循环次数的增加会造成残余应力的进一步累积。邻桩压入使既有桩残余压应力减小,与邻桩即时贯入深度一致的桩身残余应力测点受其影响最明显。桩身残余应力在长时间内会逐步消散至某一稳定值,其时间效应主要与砂性土的蠕变有关,它使得桩周土的土拱效应减弱,并使桩端土的接触压力减小。  相似文献
