十堰台数字化水管仪倾斜潮汐观测质量评定

Proteomic aspects of infection by lymphocystis disease virus in Japanese flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus)

To reveal the key factor in self-healing from LCDV (lymphocystis disease virus)-infec Japanese flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus), serum proteins from self-healing and sick Japanese floun were separated by two-dimensional electrophoresis to screen differentially expressed proteins. Prot spots demonstrating changes greater than two-fold in the expression level were digested and furt identified in capillary liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). Two immuni relevant proteins were thus identified as transferrin and the complement component C3 of Japan flounder. These findings suggest that the two proteins may play important roles in the self-healing lymphocystis in Japanese flounder. This is an important theoretical foundation to promote self-healing LCDV-infected Japanese flounder by improving their innate immunity.     

基于Sentinel-1数据的鲜水河断裂带震间形变监测

基于Sentinel-1卫星数据,利用InSAR技术获取鲜水河断裂带2015~2018年的震间形变速率场。研究表明,InSAR结果的可靠性较高,且与GPS监测结果具有很好的一致性。形变速率场显示,鲜水河断裂具有明显的左旋走滑运动特性,断层滑动速率约为7~11 mm/a,自北向南存在递减趋势,且在2014-11 M6.3康定地震附近,由于受到震后余滑影响,滑动速率达到15 mm/a。

汶川震前几种低频事件波形分析

列举分析了国外文献所记载的几类低频事件.选择汶川MS8.0地震主断层附近四川省部分台网宽频带数据,采用相应频段,进行带通滤波处理,检测到4种类似的低频事件波形．分别为低频震颤与滑移事件（ETS事件）,深低频地震事件(LFE事件),深低频震动事件（DLF事件）,以及超低频震动事件（VLF事件）．定位分析实例证实,汶川震前的ETS和DLF等低频事件发生在主断层附近,表明大震发生之前龙门山断裂带附近有低频事件发生,主要为ETS和VLF两类事件及少量DLF事件．因有远震记录与LFE事件时间相近,无法确认此类事件是否存在．低频事件作为天然地震目录的补充,可为大震前兆和触发机理研究提供新的探索方向．

A 42-yr soil erosion record inferred from mineral magnetism of reservoir sediments in a small carbonate-rock catchment,Guizhou Plateau,southwest China

Shibanqiao Reservoir (25°56′56.5′′ N, 105°26′44.5′′ E and ∼1400 m a.s.l.), southwest Guizhou Plateau, SW China, was built in 1958. It lies in an area of sub-tropical monsoon humid climate in a carbonate-rock-dominated catchment of 6 km². Two sediment cores (24 and 23 cm long) were retrieved from the reservoir, and four soil profiles were sampled in the catchment. Mineral magnetism was measured on all sediment and soil samples. Soil and sediment magnetic measurements together with analyses of sediment ¹³⁷Cs activity, particle-size, TOC, and C/N revealed changes in soil erosion between 1960 and 2002. During some phases, erosion (probably as splashing and/or sheeting) was relatively low and tended to take place only in the topsoil as indicated by high ARM/SIRM of the sediments. During other phases, erosion (probably as rilling and/or initial gullying) was relatively intense and thus disturbed the deeper soils, as expressed by high IRM_−100mT/SIRM. Most of the changes in relative intensity of erosion can be ascribed to fluctuations in precipitation. Changes in land use/land cover or human activities may account, in part, for changes in soil erosion inferred for four more roughly identified periods.     

十红滩铀矿床矿石铀价态分析与浸取试验研究及其地质意义

本分析了采自十红滩铀矿床31线和39线勘探剖面中10个矿石样品的铀含量和铀价态，并对其中具代表性的两个矿石样品进行了浸取试验。矿石样品的U^4 ／U^6 比值较大的变化范围(0．82～1．81)，表明了矿石中铀价态的多样性和赋存状态的复杂性。在基本达到浸取平衡的条件下，浸出率曲线在不同浸取液浓度、不同浸泡时间和不同氧化条件下，呈现较好的变化规律，据此可半定量确定矿石中的活性铀与可溶性铀的含量。结合矿床地质和矿石特征，认为十红滩铀矿床矿石中的铀主要以分散吸附状态存在，从试验的角度证实了其具有可浸取性。
